What a lovely spot! The room was crisp and spotless, not fussy, which is perfect. Dining room for delightful breakfast so charming and warm. We had superior room with cathedral view, and what a view it was… could watch the full moon rise over the spires. Merci, Madame!

Very small room, basic facilities, noisy.
The room had no aircon so we had to keep the windows open all night, which here meant we heard partying, streetcleaners and people chatting and cheering most of the night.
The room was very basic. Not even a rubbish bin anywhere.
There was a cracked mirror in the bathroom which they were aware of.
The cups by the sink were both dirty, with toothpaste residue in the bottom, presumably from previous occupants.
Towels were dirty and not replaced. We left them on the floor as advised but housekeeping just hung them up again. We had damp and dirty towels.
I know it's a basic city-centre hotel, but we were surprised how basic it was.

Unbeatable location at a very reasonable price! The staff were friendly and happy to make suggestions for dining. The views of the cathedral are unbelievable. Clean room with a nice shower.

wonderful boutique hotel, central location, comfortable, nice facilities, has an elevator (great since we had a small child with stroller and a bunch of luggage). the proprietor is pleasant and accommodating. recommend booking directly with the hotel's website/.

The breakfast was a very good continental one;excellent choices and plenty to eat ; the staff were very helpful and couldn’t do enough to help

Ideal central location, lovely small hotel, very clean, very comfortable. Delicious breakfast. View from the room was outstanding! Even had a free light show on the cathedral at night in the summer months. Fun people watching from the balcony overlooking the cathedral square. Many excellent restaurants and shops within walking distance. Overall wonderful visit.
