They guided me to the wrong room on site, and because of that, the hotel view in Luang was a mess.
I am currently requesting a refund for the difference in price through Trip.com due to the downgraded room,
and I will also strongly demand compensation.
Disappointed with our room - seems a lot smaller than any on the photos (no 9). Also has peeling paintwork and mould in the shower. Not what I expected to pay over £90 for 1 night. There are certainly better and cleaner hotels in Rouen for the price.
