Clean and ok parking a nightmare
Location is not in the nicest part of town but short walk to main area. However was good for us as they had parking and was close to highways. Room is small but efficient. Would be good if there was a kettle for morning drinks. Clean and bed was comfortable. They were able to accommodate a slight change from 2 twin beds to a queen. Room was quiet.
Ibis Rouen Very nice hotel, room had everything I needed and was very clean. The people at the reception desk were very nice. Not too far from the city centre and in a pretty location
Lovely staff and immaculately clean. Walking distance from Rouen Cathedral. Easy parking.
The restaurant is great—delicious food and a breakfast buffet with plenty of options to kick-start your morning. The staff? Friendly. But there's an interesting duality to this place: you've got the Ibis side and the Mercure side. I never ventured over to the Mercure part, but it seemed to attract a lively professional crowd as well as some older guests. I wouldn't be surprised if that was their main...
The property needs attention to some in room details. Our room had a completely non-functional air conditioning unit and it took me a lot to convince the reception to come up and understand the issue before entertaining their suggestions of keeping windows open! On top of that the bathroom was flooding due to lack of proper sealing on the shower partition wall. Otherwise it was ok for one night in...

Due to allergies, the carpet in the room gave us a hard time during our night. But the manager is exceptional and super kind. She has passion for her job.
Exceptional staff made my stay truly memorable. I had a wonderful experience at Holiday Inn Rouen Rive Gauche, thanks to the warmth, kindness, and professionalism of the team. From check-in to departure, every detail was handled with genuine care, and the thoughtful gestures made my visit unforgettable. Stephanie, Louise, Salma, and Fabrice were on duty during my stay, and they went out of their...
Simple, quiet and comfortable stay in this hotel located 2km away from the city center (option to use the streetcar). Removing 2 stars because: 1. The staff lacked kindness and professionalism during check-in and check-out (e.g. poor information, no advisory provided on the city, no feedback) 2. Breakfast was included but was badly managed (e.g. no more egg, no napkin) 3. Wifi didn't work well and...
Good rooms, lovely helpful staff, very understanding when we double booked. We accidentally booked twice, our fault, the staff were very helpful and the hotel management understanding. They sorted it out for us with minimal fuss and a professional but very friendly attitude. The stay itself was good, good beds, clean rooms and well equipped.
Very friendly, welcoming and helpful staff at the reception and at breakfast. Clean and pleasant environment. Paid parking expensive and access complicated when checking in - had to park the car temporarily on the street to go to reception to request for assistance to enter the underground garage located behind the hotel entrance.
Stay was good but the car park was difficult to find.

Noisy, uncomfortable bed, stained carpet. Otherwise not too bad.
Great location and the room was Beautiful! I loved the marble.
Easy to check in. Balcony had no chairs and sone fixtures needed maintenance. Generally a good stay worth the cost.
Excellent service but room needs fixing Badly stained carpet, bathroom door handle loose. Apart from that, good. It looks over the Seine but also a boulevard, so lots of cars (noisy). Excellent service. If you don't book your parking ahead, there is one just around the corner, just go to the hotel first to get a hotel pass ($20/night)
The receptionist was welcoming ,friendly amd helpful .Room clean with a comfortable bed and a small balcony overlooling the river .Continental breakfast availabe at a reasonable cost . Good location for metro and walking into the old city Close to shops ,cafes, restaurants
Very good location, rooms not big enough,

The air conditioning did not work properly. I believe it was the smallest room I have ever had, our suitcases had to be placed on the floor and we had to move the chair to allow the to fit on the floor, because they would not fit on the luggage rack. We stayed 3 nights. The second day our bed was not even made up. The breakfast was good but extremely limited.
Strategic location, in a quiet area, paid parking available, small rooms with barely adequate bathrooms. Friendly and attentive staff.
The hôtel was nicely decorated. The bed wasn’t very comfortable and the bathroom was really cramped. My tall husband could barely shower in it and there was zero counter space
Tiny Tim Hotel Tiny rooms, very clean but very small
Lovely city two hours outside of Paris. Rouen Cathedral beautiful and changes color depending on time of day. Magical.
We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Paulette! It was so close to shopping. The breakfast was delicious. And the staff was great! Would highly recommend!

Great price. Lovely decor. Helpful staff. Simple room bout 25 minutes nice walk to rouen
Good place to spend a night. The rooms are well equipped with the necessary: hair dryer, shower gel, TV! In a room style breakfast is included, but served until only 10am. So the hotel is designed more for a professional clientele. The rooms are very well soundproofed. I still find the bill a bit expensive: 95 euros for 1 night for 2 with breakfast and without parking Possibility of having your dinner...
For the price- it’s good. We opted to have the breakfast- I don’t suggest you to have it though. It was overpriced and the food was quite bad honestly. I would rather suggest having breakfast at a boulangerie in the city/ anywhere else because it definitely wasn’t worth the price. Service was quite bad but again, for the cheap price of the rooms, I didn’t expect much else. Overall a good place to just...

A most pleasant surprise. Perfect welcome. All the staff were charming and smiling. Hotel looks new. The rooms are clean, well appointed. Excellent quality bedding and pillows. Hospitality products worthy of a luxury hotel. The bathroom is optimized. Small but functional and modern. The shower is huge and instant hot water. A delight. Looks quite shabby from the outside, but the rooms are nice and clean, gated parking lot and just about three minute drive to the city center. Good sleep over destination if you're visiting the city by car.
Excellent location, a few minutes drive to Rouen old town, you can also walk. Lidl, restaurants and other shops a stone throw from the hotel. The hotel was clean, good size bedrooms, plenty of parking space and a good breakfast. Highly recommended
Exactly on main route Bordeaux/Paris/Calais. Very friendly welcome. Fine rooms, excellent bedding & bathroom. Plenty of parking. I look forward to staying again. Well done"

Was there on business. Rooms are large and clean, beds are comfy with options of different pillows. Clean room, comfortable accommodation
The elevator was broken. It was hard to carry the luggage upstairs. The breakfast was simple, with bread, meat, eggs, milk, freshly squeezed orange juice, and fruit. It was basically European style, with hot tea and coffee.
Good property if you are on a budget but no parking so you must find a spot on the street. Small rooms. Small elevator. Nice decor. Comfy beds. Good breakfast. Great location.
Prior to arriving we were advised that the lift was not working, however, we could not make alternate arrangements so when we arrived the receptionist was very helpful in arranging for my 82 year old sister in law to be on the 1st floor instead of the 4th all through the stay he was friendly and helpful the hotel location was very good being close to the historic district
Good location, close to the city center and a public parking lot. Nothing amazing, but overall is OK.
Enjoy your stay at the ibis hotel, located just a stone's throw from the cathedral. 😊😊

It was a nice stay in the heart of Rouen . Nice staff and a good breakfast . I had everything what I need for 2 night stay . Thank you
Great overnight stay. Everything we needed at budget price. Definitely use again. Superb location for old town
This was not far from the centre. Great location if you want a city break

Clean and comfortable in cool weather in early September. Fantastic location!
Old, but charming hotel and dito rooms. The larger 2-person room was realy roomy, but the advertised 'view' was on the hotel's courtyard. That was nicely enough decorated, but maybe not what one would expect. If the weather is nice, there might be a drawback with noise from people sitting on the terrace and cigarette smoke drifting up. The hotel is located right in the city centre (actually against...
Wonderful small hotel, right in the heart of the city.
A very warm welcome at that cosy hotel located at the heart of the medieval city of Rouen, only a few yards away from where Joan of Arc was burnt alive... Comfort and silence in that traditional Inn where the staff will do anything to please patrons' requests and meet their every needs. Highly recommended.
We had a lovely time. Friendly and helpful staff.

The location itself is really good, They guided me to the wrong room on site, and because of that, the hotel view in Luang was a mess. I am currently requesting a refund for the difference in price through Trip.com due to the downgraded room, and I will also strongly demand compensation.
Perfect location outside the cathedral. Clean and friendly!
Beautiful hotel, great breakfast, quiet at night, located right in front of the Cathedral and next to all points of interest and restaurants, very convenient! The only issue that we had was with the internet which at the moment of our stay the property had problems with the signal, further than that our stay was a great one!!!
The hotel was in a wonderful location overlooking a cathedral square. Also the room was modern and very clean and comfortable. We had an amazing stay at Hotel Cardinal and I highly recommend this hotel.
Great hotel right on the Rouen cathedral square.
Great place to stay, excellent breakfast and the host is wonderful!!! Bedding and shower head perfect!!!

Excellent. Room had air con, very well decked out. Missed a kettle but that's Brits in Europe for you 🙂. Breakfast was great.
Nice and clean hotel. Good location, paying parking available. Good breakfast, rooms are indeed small but for short city trip you do not need much more.
The hotel was clean, easily accessible. Rooms are a bit small, but okay. But the staff is quite helpful, makes it easier. The breakfast buffet is not a big spread, but this is budget, even the bread is from a supermarket. The staff asked me the room number thrice (not twice, but three times by the same employee) the same day at breakfast (nobody else was asked, at least not when I was looking) I...
As many of the reports state this hotel is newly built and therefore has exactly what we all require, which is no evidence of anyone staying in the room before you! Hotel Dandy was amazing in beautiful Rouen! The location was amazing since it was less than five minutes from the center of the old square. The restaurants were everywhere and the food was excellent. Stayed one night at the Dandy with friends on the way to the Loire Valley. To be honest I was a little dubious because the hotel was so reasonably priced - but I was pleasantly surprised !. Charming hotel, in the middle of Rouen, where we stayed for one night on our way to Cherbourg. Friendly staff at the reception, a code to open the front door after nine o’clock, and free parking below the hotel. The best thing about this hotel is the lovely lady on reception who couldn't do enough to welcome us and talk to us about what to do on our quick stop off on route to Calais.Recommend the superior room , pretty decor, lovely view of old timber buildings, just needs new bathroom suite but was clean enough .The welcome from this little hotel made us overlook ,Thank u so much for your hospitality 🙂
I can recommend this little hotel for a good value break in Rouen. It's in a pedestrianised area and sooooo close to the ancient market square and Joan of Arc church. Literally five minutes walk and with a number of very nice restaurants in walking distance. We had a room on the fourth floor all done out prettily in blue Toile De Jour. There's a small lift up there and the room was clean and nicely...
Hotel Le Dandy is a lovely building in the pedestrian area of Rouen. It has on site parking available for a small extra charge which is well worth it as it is underground and secure. Great hotel in a lovely city We booked the largest room 501. Complete with wrapping balcony and a terrace, this room was chic, fun and with good views. Hotel location was fantastic, just a block off the midway point of Rick Steve’s asking tour. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rouen is definitely worth a couple days. See the Beaux Arts museum.
This hotel is perfectly adequate and the room was big enough for the 4 of us. We were only here one night and had no issues
Fantastic location and staff! We also enjoyed our breakfast, best coffee ever! But new carpets are in need.
Lovely staff, great location to access the city, very comfortable hotel, good breakfast.

I’ve chosen this hotel since it was close to the Flixbus stop. When we arrived the receptionist told us that there was no hot water and offered to stay in another location about 5 mins walk from there without any additional fees. The staff were very nice and polite during our stay. The room was spacious and clean. Wouldn’t mind staying there again if I ever come back.
The hotel is at a good location. The room was very clean and the staff very friendly. I recommend this hotel for your stay in Rouen.
Very happy with the stay, good value for money. Staff at check in very friendly and helpful, Quality and room were appreciable, I would recommend and choose again! Only negative: an alarm at 8am and doors slamming in the morning...
View from the room! Well located..the breakfast is great.bravov
I stayed at this hotel for one night only as part of a tour group. We arrived quite late so it was basically a shower and bed before a small buffet breakfast very early in the morning and then off again. Hotel was clean and modern. The floor coverings in my room were interesting 🤔.
Extremely noisy hotel. Doors slam and footsteps are heavy in the rooms!!!!! The rooms face the street at the entrance; there are delivery trucks very early in the morning. It is extremely noisy. I am extremely disappointed.
