Clean and ok parking a nightmare

Location is not in the nicest part of town but short walk to main area. However was good for us as they had parking and was close to highways. Room is small but efficient. Would be good if there was a kettle for morning drinks. Clean and bed was comfortable. They were able to accommodate a slight change from 2 twin beds to a queen. Room was quiet.

Good rooms, lovely helpful staff, very understanding when we double booked. We accidentally booked twice, our fault, the staff were very helpful and the hotel management understanding. They sorted it out for us with minimal fuss and a professional but very friendly attitude. The stay itself was good, good beds, clean rooms and well equipped.

Very friendly, welcoming and helpful staff at the reception and at breakfast. Clean and pleasant environment. Paid parking expensive and access complicated when checking in - had to park the car temporarily on the street to go to reception to request for assistance to enter the underground garage located behind the hotel entrance.

The air conditioning did not work properly. I believe it was the smallest room I have ever had, our suitcases had to be placed on the floor and we had to move the chair to allow the to fit on the floor, because they would not fit on the luggage rack. We stayed 3 nights. The second day our bed was not even made up. The breakfast was good but extremely limited.

Looks quite shabby from the outside, but the rooms are nice and clean, gated parking lot and just about three minute drive to the city center. Good sleep over destination if you're visiting the city by car.

The elevator was broken. It was hard to carry the luggage upstairs. The breakfast was simple, with bread, meat, eggs, milk, freshly squeezed orange juice, and fruit. It was basically European style, with hot tea and coffee.

A very warm welcome at that cosy hotel located at the heart of the medieval city of Rouen, only a few yards away from where Joan of Arc was burnt alive... Comfort and silence in that traditional Inn where the staff will do anything to please patrons' requests and meet their every needs. Highly recommended.

Beautiful hotel, great breakfast, quiet at night, located right in front of the Cathedral and next to all points of interest and restaurants, very convenient! The only issue that we had was with the internet which at the moment of our stay the property had problems with the signal, further than that our stay was a great one!!!

Great hotel in a lovely city We booked the largest room 501. Complete with wrapping balcony and a terrace, this room was chic, fun and with good views. Hotel location was fantastic, just a block off the midway point of Rick Steve’s asking tour. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rouen is definitely worth a couple days. See the Beaux Arts museum.

I’ve chosen this hotel since it was close to the Flixbus stop. When we arrived the receptionist told us that there was no hot water and offered to stay in another location about 5 mins walk from there without any additional fees. The staff were very nice and polite during our stay. The room was spacious and clean. Wouldn’t mind staying there again if I ever come back.

I stayed at this hotel for one night only as part of a tour group. We arrived quite late so it was basically a shower and bed before a small buffet breakfast very early in the morning and then off again. Hotel was clean and modern. The floor coverings in my room were interesting 🤔.

Recently stayed at this Hotel and had a nice experience. The rooms were cozy and clean, with a welcoming atmosphere, and the staff was kind and attentive. appreciated the convenient check-in at 2 PM and checkout at 12 PM, which made the stay even easier. Overall a good stay The room was clean and in good condition. The internet decent and teh staff helpful. There is parking for a fee but there is also free street parking next to the hotel as well. The only downside was the TV that is somehow locked to only function as a TV (which I can understand), but it seems that the extent of the blocking is a bit extreme.
