As B&B's go it was okay. Friendly and helpful staff. Room okay, got a good night's sleep, breakfast was good. One gripe though, the towels in the bathroom were a bit on the rough side, could do with being alot softer....

Looks quite shabby from the outside, but the rooms are nice and clean, gated parking lot and just about three minute drive to the city center. Good sleep over destination if you're visiting the city by car.

Excellent location, a few minutes drive to Rouen old town, you can also walk. Lidl, restaurants and other shops a stone throw from the hotel. The hotel was clean, good size bedrooms, plenty of parking space and a good breakfast. Highly recommended

Check in was quick and easy. The room we were assigned was clean, spacious and well appointed, with a good bathroom and large shower. Easy walk into Rouen centre for sightseeing.

About 1 mile walk to the historic centre, bars and restaurants etc Breakfast had the usual optins, good quality and gluten free bread on request. For the price- it’s good. We opted to have the breakfast- I don’t suggest you to have it though. It was overpriced and the food was quite bad honestly. I stayed one night at 11/18 and 2 night shift staffs are very kind!!! Because of my intercontinental ambassador, they also upgraded my room for larger type with better space and nice sofa. I can't believe how good this was. Brand new hotel, big comfy bed. Super shower, a sensible desk and chair for working. Even a bar and breakfast! For a budget hotel this is great. Only let down was the price, just a little high.

A very warm welcome at that cosy hotel located at the heart of the medieval city of Rouen, only a few yards away from where Joan of Arc was burnt alive... A nice small hotel close to most of the attractions in Rouen. There is no air conditioning in the hotel, including in the rooms. The room is spacious and clean. Good breakfast There is no elevator so you have to carry your luggage up and down the stairs. The staff is nice and welcoming.

A Hotel in the middle of Rouen with its own private parking. Only here 1 night but felt like a great place in a great location. I stayed at this hotel for one night only as part of a tour group. We arrived quite late so it was basically a shower and bed before a small buffet breakfast very early in the morning and then off again. Hotel was clean and modern. The floor coverings in my room were interesting 🤔.

Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Hotel only a 15 minute walk from the centre of Rouen, secure car parking provided for 8 euros a day which we thought was reasonable. Great and plentiful breakfast with lots of variety.

The hotel was fine - good welcome, decent price, clean and sufficient. No complaints about this. Rouen was disappointing as a town. So if you're using the hotel to visit Rouen, there are nicer places to go instead.

Excellent service and accommodation for the price. The staff on reception were great too. I must make a special mention to Medi on reception duties on the late shift (not sure that's how you spell his name). He went out of his way to be helpful which was much appreciated. Great location friendly check in and great breakfast. It was being remodeled when I was there and the place had a horrible smell and the lobby and stairs were filthy. However the room was very clean and with the window open the smell wasn't too bad. Parking is an issue if you have a car but the location is close to the Riverwalk.
