The hotel facilities are bright and simple, the front desk staff is warm and friendly, and assisted with some work that is not part of the reception. I am very grateful to her. At the same time, the check-in and check-out process is also very fast.

The hotel is a few steps away from the train station and the old town. The Jeanne d'Arc Tower, the Rouen Museum of Fine Arts, and the Cathedral Museum are all within easy reach. The standard room I booked has either a shower or a bathtub. If you want a bathtub, please make a note when booking. The service is excellent. The point is that when we came back from Etretat, the train was delayed. The time we originally planned to pick up our luggage at the hotel became 10 minutes, and SNCF refused to reschedule. Good location near train station in Rouen. Love the hotel which is just next to the Rouen Tower, historical site. Love the sweets and candies and the fruits infused wster which is complimentary. Not forgetting the apples too. Front desk staff are friendly and very helpful.

The hotel is very close to the train station, which allows you to leave your things and walk for an extra day, delicious breakfast and a good view from the window

In the last 10 years this hotel has been renewed completely, the rooms and the common parts. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast has the right quality, really appreciate the locals products.

A modern building with the usual small elevator but that just a very minor inconvenience. The location is less than 20 minutes walking from the Cathedral and half of that time is along the old City Centre, so enjoy the free breakfast and be ready to explore Rouen !!!

Great hotel with chargeable underground parking. You can take a tram into town from a stop nearby. I had a room with no breakfast included and even though I didn't take breakfast they charged me for it. I didn't notice until a couple of days later and they refunded me for it. I'm noticing that a lot of Novotel hotels are doing this so beware if you have no breakfast that they haven't sneakily put on...

Rouen Cathedral is right next to it, very magnificent. It is convenient to every attraction, you can go to the morning market, the town hall, the Jeanne d'Arc Tower and the Memorial Hall, and the ancient clock.

I have stayed in a lot of Mercure hotels and this was the most disappointing. The room we had was tired. The curtains had holes in, there was chipped bits around the sockets in the bathroom and a socket had been removed meaning we had to pull the fridge out and un plug it each time we wanted to use the kettle. Nice clean comfortable room , very good size. The staff were very helpful. Good restaurant and bar. It's about a 15 min flat walk into the old centre which is wonderful. Underground parking is available. Would recommend.

If you can't find other more distinctive hotels, you can consider this international chain. It's a bit old, but it has everything you need. It's also very convenient in the city center. There is also a parking lot with reasonable fees.

It's an old facility, but considering it's in Europe, it's a decent standard. There are many famous tourist attractions near the hotel, so you can get to them all on foot. The parking lot is underground, and you have to pay the parking fee first to get out.

Best Western is a reliable chain hotel. Located next to Rouen Rail Station makes it a must to stay and it is central, walking distance to downtown. Highly recommended.

Booked this hotel because of the convenience. It’s right in the middle of everything in a very walkable city. The hotel is right next to the train station. It houses a historique elevator dating from 1912. The room we stayed in was a suite and it was perfect. It even had a bathtub with lights and jets. Would definitely stay here again.

Great little hotel right across the street from the train station. The front desk was SO NICE and helpful. The room is comfortable. Yes, it's noisy because it is by the train station where the unhoused congregate.

The loo would not stop filling, we had to use the manual over ride. The hot water took ages to reach the room. Because of this other guests had clearly got frustrated with the shower control, and had turned it so often it did not work. Result is a very hot shower. The room needs a new shower controller quickly before some one is scolded. Bed side reading light, bulb blown

Wonderful hotel! Fantastic staff!! Bruce, Louise and Collette were so friendly and helpful. The location is perfect. We were close to sites and delicious restaurants. I highly recommend the Hotel Literaire Gustave Flaubert.

The staff is is helpful, generous and kind. Dinner suggestions given. The young lady in the breakfast room so very helpful. Rooms, clean, small, but easy to navigate. The most interesting experience, a car elevator. We will return.
