I went for breakfast with 4 friends, it was terrible, every order was wrong and took a very long time. Real amaturistic and after complaining i got the comment that this was end of season. This for a 5 star hotel is ridiculous. I will never again go there again, by the way 45 euro pp.

Excellent location. Well maintained. Clean. Tremendous service! The service is impeccable and rivals any 5 star hotel. From the concierge (Pierre), the bartender (Noah) and all the front desk staff and pool/restaurant staff (Tristan). Thanks for making our St Tropez trip memorable.

This was our fifth year staying at Hotel de Paris in Saint-Tropez, and once again it was absolutely fabulous. Each time we return, it feels like coming home to a place that understands true luxury while still making you feel completely relaxed and welcome. The hotel itself is stunning — beautifully maintained, with every detail thought of — but what keeps us coming back year after year is the incredible service. The staff goes above and beyond in every way, and at the heart of that is the head concierge, Samuel. He has become so much more than just a concierge to us; over the years, he has truly become a friend. His care, attention, and thoughtfulness are unmatched. Whether it’s helping us plan the perfect day, securing the best tables, or just sharing a warm smile and genuine conversation, Samuel always makes our experience unforgettable. It’s rare to find a place that consistently delivers such an amazing experience, but Hotel de Paris manages to do it every single year. Saint-Tropez wouldn’t be the same for us without this hotel and without Samuel. We are already looking forward to year six!

Fantastic stay, very comfortable room and we slept so well. Then concierge team is amazing and incredibly well connected, also providing free shuttle service to beach clubs. Perfectly located in town to walk to shopping and restaurants. We upgraded our room for a bit more space as the normal room is quite small. If you are taller or larger be sure to check on the bed size (they have some circular beds that adorable but not practical if one of you is 6'3").

The staff is incredible, kind, professional and simply lovely. The design of the room is a little bit quirky and weird… I had a round bed and a round shower and no desk in the room so if you’re planning on sharing the room with someone the shower is completely open and right at the entrance. I think the design of the room needs a rework but other than that it was a great stay, breakfast is lovely and the location is incredible

Every summer my wife and I go back “home” to Hôtel de Paris Saint-Tropez. When my wife and I arrived this summer, Samuel was waiting. Not a staff member. Not reception. My sister, my mother, and I came for Sunday brunch at the rooftop of the hotel and loved it. The view and the food were amazing. As far as service everyone was great, but Pierre was amazing. He was very attentive and kind, as well as took our rooftop photos for us. If you ever come for brunch, ask for Pierre!!

I had the pleasure of staying in Saint-Tropez, and what made the trip truly extraordinary was Samuel, the head of concierge at Hotel de Paris. I’ve traveled extensively, but I have never experienced service at this level. Samuel is, without exaggeration, the gold standard of hospitality. Every single evening of our trip, Samuel secured impossible-to-get dinner reservations at the most coveted and fully booked restaurants in town, for a large group of friends, no less. Just when we thought it couldn’t get better, he also arranged access to the hottest beach clubs, including one or two that we had spent weeks trying to get into ourselves, with no luck and secured beach beds for all of us. He made it happen, seamlessly and graciously. But Samuel didn’t stop at reservations. He coordinated door-to-door shuttles to and from every destination, saving us the hassle and high cost of private cars or taxis. He even proactively alerted me to traffic delays on the way to the airport due to an accident an hour away, a gesture that literally saved me from missing my flight. That kind of attention to detail is rare. Samuel was also our trusted insider, advising us on where to shop, where to lunch with stunning views, and what prices to expect so we wouldn’t be taken advantage of. His recommendations were always on point. At every turn, it felt like having a trusted friend on the ground who had our best interests at heart. What impressed me most is that Samuel never made any of this feel transactional. Though I gladly tipped him, it was always clear that his dedication came from genuine passion and professionalism, not expectation. My wife and I stayed in the Hotel de Paris for a couple of nights. It was one of the best experiences we both ever had. The hotel was great in all fronts. Amazing service with incredible attention to the details. Room was amazing, breakfast was great, rooftop is beautiful. And if this was not enough, great location. We really want to say thank you to all the personnel for their professionalism and dedication.

Stunning hotel in a prime location, offering breathtaking views of Saint-Tropez. The staff were incredibly accommodating, with a special shout-out to Sophie at the rooftop, whose kindness made our last night unforgettable. The concierge recommended the perfect beach club, which turned out to be one of our favorite experiences in France. Highly recommend staying here!
