The service at your hotel is a real asset, The team members, each and every one, contributed and added to our vacation experience. The folks at the concierge were extremely helpful with reservations and dealing with a road closure, the ski shop team was fantastic with advice on the ski area, the drivers went above and beyond when I needed to buy chains, the room was super clean every day -really enjoyed my stay due to your employees.

Slippers and sheepskins. Drinks by the open fire. Boots on heaters. Great way to spend a coffee or lunch break. Very pleasant and friendly staff.

Stayed there for a week and really enjoyed our stay. Friendly staffs, clean room and delicious food. The spa and swimming pool are super nice after skiing. Would definitely stay there again if we go back to Val Thorne for holidays.

Amazing boutique hotel right on the slopes. Facilities are incredible - cosy bar, scenic restaurant, spa, sauna, ice room and indoor/outdoor pool.
From the moment we arrived the service was faultless and the staff could not do enough to meet our every need.
We dined at the buffet for breakfast for for one dinner service and the food was divine. It is not too big and overwhelming and the food that is available is excellent quality, with omelettes at breakfast personally cooked and pasta and steak at dinner as well.
Our room was spacious with beautiful views of the slopes and surrounding mountainside. The room was perfectly clean and cleaned again each morning after we’d left for the day and again in the evening with a turndown service.
The best ski hotel we have ever stayed in; we would stay at Altapura again in a heartbeat.

Excellent location, service ski and shop but the al a cart restaurant is too expensive and not that good it’s better to go to the wonderful buffet the overall experience is excellent!!!!!!
