The hotel is conveniently located near the highway for the one night’s stay while passing through.
I should have checked in online beforehand as the system outside in the cold was cumbersome and unnecessarily time consuming.
The room was as expected (small) but served its purpose. The shower was a great surprise: excellent water pressure & nice and hot. The window was open when we arrived and the very loud heating/cooling system took a very long and noisy time to get the room comfortable for sleeping.
The breakfast was fine and as expected.

Very good hotel. My wife and I have had a great time, specially the moment we have taken a breakfast. Thank you for that. We recommend this hotel.

We have stayed at several newer and great B&B hotels and have been satisfied. Valence Sud is not one of them and in need of renovation. The AC didn’t work as well. Staff were nice but hard to work with a product in urgent need of renovation. We will not come back.

Small rooms, no place to put food that you have with you or to place iceclamps in. Clean rooms but not fresh towels if you have pets with you, but it's great it's possible they can have a place to stay. Complicated if you arrive late. A bit complicated to find the way, lots of roundabouts.

An error on the part of the property manager regarding the fees for the stay. The rooms were paid in advance, i.e. only the city tax was payable. An error at the reception desk resulted in the room being charged again. It took almost an hour to unscrew it in the morning and there was no satisfactory result because there was no decision-maker.
The room was so small that when you walk from one side of the bed to the other you hit the TV hanging on the wall.

Room was nearly overall clean, except black stuff fills the grout line in the shower, where I would expect it to be white and clean. Breakfast was good and filling and appox. worth the extra charge.
The location is near several places to eat which is nice. The reception clerk was friendly.

The rooms where clean but very small, we payed over 100 euro, we tought we would get some more comfort compairing with a common hotel.
no refrigerator and very very small bathroom
the breakfast was very bad. no meat only eggs and bad bacon. Coffee was from very low qaultity

Room is perfectly fine for my needs.
I was just looking for a room not so far from highway just for one night and take the road the next morning.
Room was sufficiently big for 2 adults and 2 children.
