Lovely staff and felt very welcomed. The accommodation was clean throughout. Breakfast was primarily continental but with some hot choices, very good though. Located a little outside the city centre.

Service is friendly, attentive and accommodating. The staff was very welcoming and warm. The hotel itself is modern (rooms have Chromecasts which I think is a great value add), has a decent gym (elliptical, rower, bicycle, treadmill and resistance bands - you can get a good workout) and the breakfast is really good (both varied and items are cooked with care - the scramble eggs were truly delicious...

Probably the best hotel at this price? Very clean toilet and superb breakfast, very friendly receptionists!

We found the day staff very unfriendly and quite robotic in their interactions with us. Almost like they were tired of their jobs. Rooms were good, but the bedding was far from luxury with tiny pillows and thin covers.

The only fault was that the tea/coffee making facility in the room wasn't very well stocked. As an English visitor, the choice of an English breakfast tea would have been welcomed as well as the herbal varieties offered. There was also no milk. Whilst I am sure the concierge would have obliged had we phoned, it wasn't so important that we felt to need to call.

Everything in the room was well designed and useful, although the room space was quite small. The bathroom had no hangers for the towels and no shelf or anything to put our personal items, and this lack is difficult to understand. Breakfast staff in the COVID-19 crisis was very attentive.

Found the parking a bit tight for my car but managed without any mishaps overall an ideal place to stay.

This is a fabulous hotel. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Bathrooms are large and well equipped. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast is varied and tasty. The old town is only a 5 min walk away.

Excellent place to explore Vannes and the surrounding areas. Parking and an easy walk into the centre. By the station, but never heard a train.

Excellent hotel, attentive staff. We loved our stay here in the Edo room. It’s not in the dead-center of town, but the location is an easy walk to it, and it was very peaceful during our stay.

I had a wonderful, week-long stay at Villa Kerasy. The team that runs the hotel is very welcoming and helpful with recommendations and questions about Vannes. My room was very comfortable and light-filled. And those continental breakfasts were an experience in themselves. I recommend it highly.

An absolutely superb stay in this fantastic hotel where the staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. The room was beautiful overlooking the koi carp pond and garden. The breakfasts were wonderful and the hotel so comfortable. We will definitely return. We also had a spa treatment which was excellent. Thank you for a wonderful experience

The staff there was very welcoming, friendly and everything was clean in the hotel. The reason I put only 3 stars is because the room was small, there were only 2 drawers for our clothes. The breakfast was good but very expensive for the amount of choices (12€ per person and per day).

Great location, walking distance from the railway station and from the city center. Bus stop next to the hotel to go to the maritime station to belle île. Confortable and very clean room

A charming hotel in a quiet residential area not far from the waterfront. The room was super clean and bright, comfortable bedding, with all the necessities. Large bathroom, windows overlooking the street. We loved the heated pool and sauna, generous breakfast and the authentic friendliness of the staff. Restaurants nearby.

We take the time to leave a very positive opinion on both the hotel and the catering section. After several stays we can only recognize the friendliness of the staff, the excellent quality/price ratio for the Hotel and Catering section... the location which allows easy access to the center of Vannes but also to the bicycle and pedestrian walks of the Gulf... And a special point for the superb dinner...

My partner and I had to find a hotel urgently because the hotel we were going to wanted payment by credit card but we could only pay in cash. The receptionist was very nice. Being invited to a wedding in Vannes, we needed a hotel room for the following night. We did not regret our choice. Charming hotel, on a human scale, not a building. Very clean, well appointed rooms. The reception is open 24 hours a day. Very satisfying breakfast. Parking surrounding the hotel.

We had a superior room which was spacious, stylish and very comfortable. It had a large shower and a terrace where you could comfortably sit in good weather. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The hotel is located near the port area and not far from the quay. It was a convenient location to visit the interesting city of Vannes.

This hotel was recommended to us and we were not disappointed. Nice hotel, well placed. The welcoming and attentive staff. Regarding the room, nothing to complain about, comfort and cleanliness are there. We took advantage of the breakfast and again, no disappointment. The staff are very friendly and efficient . Rooms quiet and clean . This Ibis is a good find , nice food . Not a big range . But cooked nicely . I rate it .

Good location, good value for money, bus in city are frequent and cheap. Staff friendly and helpful especially as we do not speak french. Vannes has a lot to off for the visitors.

A pretty good place to stay for the type, with plenty of free parking, a good restaurant and procimity to a small commercial centre. It's out from the centre but is serviced by buses. Our room is adequate, with a large bed and bathroom, but inadequate number of power points. Bathroom tiles have some mould growth, but otherwise cleanliness is good.

Receptionist not terribly friendly, and staff didn't have much English, but all we needed was a bed for the night, so not a problem.

Hotel is located in the city center close to historical center. Room was clean and nice. Shower and toilet suits. Desk officer was friendly and helpful. Breakfast great - wide sortiment to eat. Parking on the street in front of the hotel. Parking during the night is free of charge.

Lovely helpful staff. Quality rooms with top quality fittings. Big fluffy towels and crisp cotton sheets. A proper glass shower door on quality runners. One of the best breakfasts I remember in a small hotel. Definately come again!

Centrally located hotel, perfect to visit the city. There is street parking around the entrance but you may need to search a bit before finding a spot if you arrive during the day. The room was ok but lacked a thermostat, and could have been heated up more for our individual comfort.

We’re very happy with our hotel booking. It was a very nice location in the city center and all the things we needed to make it a pleasurable stay. The Wifi - worked great. The Bed - very comfortable ( we had a proper double). For Parking there is only availability on the street (we were here on weekday in September, so it was okay for us). the General Location was perfect. 2 minutes from the old town...

easy to find. property has a lift which is easiest when you have to go upstairs with kids and luggages. The property is pet friendly.

Good location for motorway, good breakfast and quiet. Not very near to restaurants - just one locally. Internet extremely annoying and unecessarily complicated + quite slow

Very disappointed that could not make a drink in the room or buy one from machine (broken) or person, especially after a long journey when we did not want to have to go out looking for a drink. Little room for 3 people to unpack anything otherwise room & bathroom good. Good breakfast and bed excellent.

Rooms were not much more than beds and a small bathroom, but was clean and modern. Air conditioned room was fantastic during the heat to cool off. Breakfast in the morning is very basic and if you want enough food at an appropriate temperature you should get there early as it all had run out by the time we got there. Nice restaurant right next to the hotel for dinner.

Great team on the front desk but at breakfast and house keeping it’s not really a 4 star hotel or an Accor group level service. No latte, no cappuccino, very little greetings to people with kids at the breakfast but other couples had better greetings. Feels like we need to apologize for being a family

Great warm welcome, very friendly and helpful staff. Room was nice as you’d expect from a Mercure. The location was great for us, away from the town but close enough to get in, easy access and parking and a few minutes walk to the boats where you hop on to visit the islands. If you did want to walk into town it’s not that far and a lovely walk too.

Nice place to stay. About a 20 to 30 minute walk to the historic town centre. Flat walk though along the canal

Good hotel, clean rooms and friendly staff. Breakfast is fine too. However if you want to discover the city make sure you are ok to walk as it's located outside of the city center.

Had a great few days here to explore Vannes. Nice and central, less then 10 mins to the old town.. The hotel was clean, modern and the breakfast / room service food was really good! The staff were all friendly and helpful when we needed them and also very quick to post our ipad that we left in the room, great communication for that. 5 stars!

Highly recommend this recently renovated hotel. Rooms were a good size, breakfast buffet was delicious and all the staff were very helpful and spoke good English. It's just a short walk from the old city with many good restaurants nearby. Using the car park was once ie T; it's hard to find street parking on Vanne's market days - Wed and Saturdays.

We stayed in a brand new family room across 2 levels which was super convenient, had a lot of space and even a balcony. The hotel is in walking distance to the town center.

I highly recommend this hotel . Great comfortable rooms , very nice professional team , good facilities ! Dinner was very good and reasonably priced . Good parking with electrical charge which was a bonus for us. Thibault from reception is lovely and super helpful . Big thanks to him ! We will be back :)

Rooms are good, soft bed, clean, decent size. Pity you cannot control the temperature of the a/c. Breakfast is extremely limited though very expensive, especially if you look for lactose free/vegan options. Most of the staff is not so polite, wasn't greeted at breakfast (two days out of two) and only few of them speak English. You're very close to town center so if that's what matters this is a decent...

Quiet bedroom andvthat the on site restaurant was fully open even on January 4th. Also the carpark in the cellar.

Decent hotel, room was pleasant, big bed, very comfy. Shower room was a little dated but everything worked fine. Was a little noise from room next door, walls a little thin, so maybe would benefit from some additional sound proofing between rooms. Breakfast was an excellent self service buffet.

The staff is perfect. Very helpful and friendly. The hotel is ideally located, just a stone’s throw away from the medieval town and walls. Bikes are available for free if used 4 hours or less and cost 5€ for an entire day if neesed for a longer period of time. this is just great. There are many things to see in the area and using a bike is far better than riding the bus. We came without a car and...

Excellent supportive staff that helped us through a difficult situation when our motorhome broke down. It was in the garage for a week. The staff were so understanding of our predicament. My husband, our 2 dogs and I had to stay a week and we greatly appreciated their kindness.

Excellent service - the gentleman on my arrival approved the reservations in accordance with the booking tariff - I had trouble paying via the Internet due to the lack of access to the company account ... Perfect location, quiet and no noise - all around clean, very kind service. Room and amenities and bed comfort for 10+ 👏

Good for a night stay. Restaurant was not too bad but overcrowded in the evening and there were not enough staff in the kitchen so we had to wait. Otherwise staff were really great and nice. They did their best and we appreciated it very much.

We arrived early and our car parking space was reserved in the hotel car park as requested. The gentleman checking us in was very helpful,friendly and spoke good English. The room was clean and quiet which is always nice. Great location for exploring the lovely historic town. Would definitely stay here again.

One thing was the staff was very nice and helpful to us. The room didn't have much and the bed was uncomfortable since I was in back pain. The dinner was good and my wife had the steak for our two nights. It tasted good but there was a lot of butchering she had to go through- mostly with gristle. She ordered the first night the clams, but it was too salty and smelled too fishy. We sent it back and...

Disappointed , nicely positioned. We had a disabled room so good size. But room was damp and smelled damp and little tiny bugs I discovered on my bag the next morning. Other wise staff good eating area looked good

Very good hotel in vannes with breakfast and clean. It is near the gare station that ease to take the train.

A lovely location, a short 10 stroll to some lovely bars and restautants, and beautiful buildings. A smalll shelf in the shower would be useful to put your shower gel on, if I put it on the floor, I wouldn't be able to pich it up again. The owners were lovely, sending us the door code and our room numbersas it we were quite late cheching in.

I really appreciated the zero waste approach but also the homemade products (jams, yogurts), the artisan bread and the local products for breakfast. The rooms are tastefully decorated, pleasant, clean and well equipped. The staff is warm.

Good value for money. In front of the train station - perfect place in case of late arrival in town.

Helpful reception staff. Pillows very uncomfortable and a bit noisy outside the night we stayed. Bar was closed when we came back from dinner.

Loving family-run hotel in a central location Well furnished, but very small rooms. Rather unsuitable for families with children. Just right for adventurous vacationers. Note: parking is very good and free around Art Palais But be careful! The multi-storey car park is not open at night or on Sundays

Super professional staff, helped to find our towed car (watch the signs!) The breakfast is superb, do not miss it. Clean and cozy, big wall on the window view, close to supermarket and stores and also the nice entrance of the old walled city and the tourist zone. We will be back.

Our room was so comfortable that we had the best night's sleep of our trip. Staff were friendly and very helpful, thank you! Red riding hood and Harry potter also enjoyed they're stay ;)
