Lovely staff and felt very welcomed. The accommodation was clean throughout. Breakfast was primarily continental but with some hot choices, very good though. Located a little outside the city centre.

Service is friendly, attentive and accommodating. The staff was very welcoming and warm. The hotel itself is modern (rooms have Chromecasts which I think is a great value add), has a decent gym (elliptical, rower, bicycle, treadmill and resistance bands - you can get a good workout) and the breakfast is really good (both varied and items are cooked with care - the scramble eggs were truly delicious...

Probably the best hotel at this price? Very clean toilet and superb breakfast, very friendly receptionists!

Staff a bit miserable but the room was ok.

We found the day staff very unfriendly and quite robotic in their interactions with us. Almost like they were tired of their jobs. Rooms were good, but the bedding was far from luxury with tiny pillows and thin covers.

The hotel’s location is excellent, a few minutes’ walk from the centre of Vannes. The car park is convenient, but extremely tight so you have to be extra careful whilst manoeuvring. Vannes railway station is about 15mins walk away. The hotel is looking a bit scruffy on the outside and a tad run down on the inside. The rooms have been refurbished to some extent, but still have quite a dingy and cheap...

I spent 2 nights at Villa Kerasy to visit my family nearby. It was a great choice. The hotel is very charming and very well maintained. Room was upscale and was very nicely decorated and very quiet. Excellent place to explore Vannes and the surrounding areas. Parking and an easy walk into the centre. By the station, but never heard a train.

A most welcoming, comfortable hotel, close to Vannes station, about 15 minutes walk to the historic centre. A very friendly welcome; pleasant modern room with good shower/ WC. The hotel has an oriental theme based on old French trading posts, well furnished and with all facilities. Our room had a nice little external space and was very quiet. The bed was comfortable.

Excellent hotel, attentive staff. We loved our stay here in the Edo room. It’s not in the dead-center of town, but the location is an easy walk to it, and it was very peaceful during our stay.

I had a wonderful, week-long stay at Villa Kerasy. The team that runs the hotel is very welcoming and helpful with recommendations and questions about Vannes. My room was very comfortable and light-filled. And those continental breakfasts were an experience in themselves. I recommend it highly.

The staff there was very welcoming, friendly and everything was clean in the hotel. The reason I put only 3 stars is because the room was small, there were only 2 drawers for our clothes. The breakfast was good but very expensive for the amount of choices (12€ per person and per day).

My partner and I had to find a hotel urgently because the hotel we were going to wanted payment by credit card but we could only pay in cash. The receptionist was very nice. Being invited to a wedding in Vannes, we needed a hotel room for the following night. We did not regret our choice. Charming hotel, on a human scale, not a building. Very clean, well appointed rooms. The reception is open 24 hours a day. Very satisfying breakfast. Parking surrounding the hotel.

We had a superior room which was spacious, stylish and very comfortable. It had a large shower and a terrace where you could comfortably sit in good weather. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The hotel is located near the port area and not far from the quay. It was a convenient location to visit the interesting city of Vannes.

This hotel is just off the motorway, free parking. On entering the hotel is clean and staff friendly. Rooms tired , basic they need an upgrade. 1.5 miles to walk to the city. I wouldn’t use this hotel as it’s too far out. Great area to explore nearby though by car.

Wir haben das Hotel spontan von unterwegs angerufen und wurden sehr freundlich und kompetent durch den Reservierungsvorgang geleitet. Wir konnten sogar vor Ort unser Hybrid-Fahrzeug aufladen.

The staff are very friendly and efficient . Rooms quiet and clean . This Ibis is a good find , nice food . Not a big range . But cooked nicely . I rate it .

Good location, good value for money, bus in city are frequent and cheap. Staff friendly and helpful especially as we do not speak french. Vannes has a lot to off for the visitors.

Centrally located hotel, perfect to visit the city. There is street parking around the entrance but you may need to search a bit before finding a spot if you arrive during the day. The room was ok but lacked a thermostat, and could have been heated up more for our individual comfort.

We’re very happy with our hotel booking. It was a very nice location in the city center and all the things we needed to make it a pleasurable stay. The Wifi - worked great. The Bed - very comfortable ( we had a proper double). For Parking there is only availability on the street (we were here on weekday in September, so it was okay for us). the General Location was perfect. 2 minutes from the old town...

Very disappointed that could not make a drink in the room or buy one from machine (broken) or person, especially after a long journey when we did not want to have to go out looking for a drink. Rooms were not much more than beds and a small bathroom, but was clean and modern. Air conditioned room was fantastic during the heat to cool off. Breakfast in the morning is very basic and if you want enough food at an appropriate temperature you should get there early as it all had run out by the time we got there. Nice restaurant right next to the hotel for dinner.

Great team on the front desk but at breakfast and house keeping it’s not really a 4 star hotel or an Accor group level service. No latte, no cappuccino, very little greetings to people with kids at the breakfast but other couples had better greetings. Feels like we need to apologize for being a family

Une semaine dans cet hôtel nous a comblé. Personnel très sympathique et accueillant. Chambres confortables. Petit déjeuner copieux et goûteux (le pain et les croissants étaient excellents). L'hôtel est à quelques pas de la gare maritime et à quelques kilomètres du centre de Vannes. Un arrêt de bus est à proximité. Un grand parking gratuit est à disposition. Merci.

L’hôtel peut paraître un peu vieillissant de l’extérieur, il est très bien décoré et confortable à l’intérieur. Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien insonorisées. Le restaurant sur place est de bonne qualité. il est facile de L’hôtel est doté d’un parking fermé et sécurisé, mais aussi d’un immense parking en face. Les alentours de l’hôtel sont plutôt dynamiques par les restaurants et ******.

Comfortable rooms though it must be Accor policy not to have air conditioning switched on as room was very warm due to thundery weather and thunderstorm which flooded and brought down the ceiling in the restaurant. Air-conditioning was not available though advertised and installed. Staff were helpful in all respects especially Thomas who was happy to share recommendations of restaurants and was obliged...

Great warm welcome, very friendly and helpful staff. Room was nice as you’d expect from a Mercure. The location was great for us, away from the town but close enough to get in, easy access and parking and a few minutes walk to the boats where you hop on to visit the islands. If you did want to walk into town it’s not that far and a lovely walk too.

The hotel is located in a corner of the city, a little far from the train station. There seems to be no direct bus, but the bus stop opposite the hotel is quite convenient to Rochefort in Terre. The hotel is close to the town hall and can be reached on foot from the old town. The hotel is new from inside to outside, the rooms are spacious, slippers are provided, and it is clean and hygienic. The location is 500 meters from the old town. There is a free city parking nearby. The room is spacious, with a small balcony. Clean and cozy. There is no refrigerator in the room.

Had a great few days here to explore Vannes. Nice and central, less then 10 mins to the old town.. The hotel was clean, modern and the breakfast / room service food was really good! The staff were all friendly and helpful when we needed them and also very quick to post our ipad that we left in the room, great communication for that. 5 stars!

Highly recommend this recently renovated hotel. Rooms were a good size, breakfast buffet was delicious and all the staff were very helpful and spoke good English. It's just a short walk from the old city with many good restaurants nearby. Using the car park was once ie T; it's hard to find street parking on Vanne's market days - Wed and Saturdays.

We stayed in a brand new family room across 2 levels which was super convenient, had a lot of space and even a balcony. The hotel is in walking distance to the town center.

I highly recommend this hotel . Great comfortable rooms , very nice professional team , good facilities ! Dinner was very good and reasonably priced . Good parking with electrical charge which was a bonus for us. Thibault from reception is lovely and super helpful . Big thanks to him ! We will be back :)

Great location with free parking, but the rooms need URGENTLY a renovation.

Whilst this is rated a 4 star hotel, the facilities and customer service would rate it lower from my own experience. The bathroom was very basic, and the toilet was on a plinth and very difficult to get on and off. The shower door was hanging off and would not close. The bed was comfortable. However, the pillows were not. They were very old and somewhat tatty. The breakfast was very poor, very limited...

Decent hotel, room was pleasant, big bed, very comfy. Shower room was a little dated but everything worked fine. Was a little noise from room next door, walls a little thin, so maybe would benefit from some additional sound proofing between rooms. Breakfast was an excellent self service buffet.

Very nice hotel, 10-15 minutes to the port however it can be walked along the ramparts or through the centre ville which are both only five minutes away. The bedroom while not huge is adequate and everything is there. The bed is very comfortable. The bathroom however is not up to the standard of the rest of the hotel, it requires updating.

We have just spent a week at this hotel with a group of 20 friends, all in classic cars. We cannot praise the hotel enough for the excellent service from all the staff. The breakfasts were fantastic, catering for all diets. The hotel is exceptionally clean and situated in a fantastic position, just a short walk into the town centre and the train station. The ladies on reception were very helpful...

Excellent supportive staff that helped us through a difficult situation when our motorhome broke down. It was in the garage for a week. The staff were so understanding of our predicament. My husband, our 2 dogs and I had to stay a week and we greatly appreciated their kindness.

Excellent service - the gentleman on my arrival approved the reservations in accordance with the booking tariff - I had trouble paying via the Internet due to the lack of access to the company account ... Perfect location, quiet and no noise - all around clean, very kind service. Room and amenities and bed comfort for 10+ 👏

Disappointing hotel for a 3 star. Presence of a small useless bed that cluttered the room and absence of a desk. No small hand towels. The bedding was very good. Very correct breakfast but mediocre evening meal: little choice of starters and desserts.

Good for a night stay. Restaurant was not too bad but overcrowded in the evening and there were not enough staff in the kitchen so we had to wait. Otherwise staff were really great and nice. They did their best and we appreciated it very much.

Quiet hotel, very good bedding. Good complete varied breakfast (sweet, savory, cheeses, cereals, fruits, good quality loose tea, etc.... excellent pressed oranges... "never change the machine or the oranges!!). Very friendly staff, maids also. Easy access by car, parking also.

Simple and clean hotel, In the city center, opposite the train station. We spent one night there, the staff is very welcoming and friendly towards children with little touches and treats available for snacks.

Very practical and pleasant, this hotel, right opposite the train station, allows you to explore Vannes very easily. The room was clean, modern, well designed and the staff very professional and friendly. The included breakfast is of very good quality. In short, for a very fair price, this hotel is a very good address and I will return with pleasure.

Nice, modern hotel with free parking on site. Close to shops and restaurants. The center of Vannes is not far away and definetly worth a visit. My room was far too hot but with no way to reduce the heat. Wonder how it is to stay here in the middle of summer? Room was otherwise clean and neat. Typical modern furniture. Apparently there is also a Spa. I did not try the breakfast.

Quite comfortable hotel a little far from the city center

The hotel establishment is perfectly located near the Breton expressway. It is located very close to an interchange which allows multiple choices for exploring destinations in the region. The establishment has a very large car park. The rooms are very practical. The staff was very pleasant. The room corresponded perfectly to its description. There is the possibility of having breakfast.

A lovely location, a short 10 stroll to some lovely bars and restautants, and beautiful buildings. A smalll shelf in the shower would be useful to put your shower gel on, if I put it on the floor, I wouldn't be able to pich it up again. The owners were lovely, sending us the door code and our room numbersas it we were quite late cheching in.

Great communication with the host, large and clean room, and great breakfast for a very reasonnable price!

I really appreciated the zero waste approach but also the homemade products (jams, yogurts), the artisan bread and the local products for breakfast. The rooms are tastefully decorated, pleasant, clean and well equipped. The staff is warm.

Loving family-run hotel in a central location Well furnished, but very small rooms. Rather unsuitable for families with children. Just right for adventurous vacationers. Note: parking is very good and free around Art Palais But be careful! The multi-storey car park is not open at night or on Sundays

Super professional staff, helped to find our towed car (watch the signs!) The breakfast is superb, do not miss it. Clean and cozy, big wall on the window view, close to supermarket and stores and also the nice entrance of the old walled city and the tourist zone. We will be back.
