Lovely staff and felt very welcomed. The accommodation was clean throughout. Breakfast was primarily continental but with some hot choices, very good though. Located a little outside the city centre.

Service is friendly, attentive and accommodating. The staff was very welcoming and warm. The hotel itself is modern (rooms have Chromecasts which I think is a great value add), has a decent gym (elliptical, rower, bicycle, treadmill and resistance bands - you can get a good workout) and the breakfast is really good (both varied and items are cooked with care - the scramble eggs were truly delicious...

Probably the best hotel at this price? Very clean toilet and superb breakfast, very friendly receptionists!

Staff a bit miserable but the room was ok.

We found the day staff very unfriendly and quite robotic in their interactions with us. Almost like they were tired of their jobs. Rooms were good, but the bedding was far from luxury with tiny pillows and thin covers.

The hotel’s location is excellent, a few minutes’ walk from the centre of Vannes. The car park is convenient, but extremely tight so you have to be extra careful whilst manoeuvring. Vannes railway station is about 15mins walk away. The hotel is looking a bit scruffy on the outside and a tad run down on the inside. The rooms have been refurbished to some extent, but still have quite a dingy and cheap...

We liked the spacious room, pleasant lounge area with bar, very good variety of choice for breakfast.

Great location about 300m from top of town. Underground parking, good continental breakfast, pleasant rooms. Paper cups for making hot drinks but no milk! Staff very friendly. Vannes is excellent for a visit, highly recommended. Would stay at a different hotel next time.

Very nice hotel near to harbour

The only fault was that the tea/coffee making facility in the room wasn't very well stocked. As an English visitor, the choice of an English breakfast tea would have been welcomed as well as the herbal varieties offered. There was also no milk. Whilst I am sure the concierge would have obliged had we phoned, it wasn't so important that we felt to need to call.

Excellent access to the old town and parking is available albeit at a high price per day

Very nice hotel. Neat room, comfortable bed, quiet location 20 min easy walk to the historic center. Our lovely, hardworking hostess Natalya is personable, attentive, knowledgeable of the area. She made us feel welcomed, and we enjoyed our two nights stay here.

I spent 2 nights at Villa Kerasy to visit my family nearby. It was a great choice. The hotel is very charming and very well maintained. Room was upscale and was very nicely decorated and very quiet. Excellent place to explore Vannes and the surrounding areas. Parking and an easy walk into the centre. By the station, but never heard a train.

A most welcoming, comfortable hotel, close to Vannes station, about 15 minutes walk to the historic centre. A very friendly welcome; pleasant modern room with good shower/ WC. The hotel has an oriental theme based on old French trading posts, well furnished and with all facilities. Our room had a nice little external space and was very quiet. The bed was comfortable.

Excellent hotel, attentive staff. We loved our stay here in the Edo room. It’s not in the dead-center of town, but the location is an easy walk to it, and it was very peaceful during our stay.

The staff there was very welcoming, friendly and everything was clean in the hotel. The reason I put only 3 stars is because the room was small, there were only 2 drawers for our clothes. The breakfast was good but very expensive for the amount of choices (12€ per person and per day).

We had a lovely spacious room with a superb balcony. Food in the restaurant was excellent and we indulged ourselves in the Cave which was an extra bonus to a great stay. Very pleasant walk into Vannes itself, superb location and must return to this area very soon.

We take the time to leave a very positive opinion on both the hotel and the catering section. After several stays we can only recognize the friendliness of the staff, the excellent quality/price ratio for the Hotel and Catering section... the location which allows easy access to the center of Vannes but also to the bicycle and pedestrian walks of the Gulf... My partner and I had to find a hotel urgently because the hotel we were going to wanted payment by credit card but we could only pay in cash. The receptionist was very nice. Being invited to a wedding in Vannes, we needed a hotel room for the following night. We did not regret our choice. Charming hotel, on a human scale, not a building. Very clean, well appointed rooms. The reception is open 24 hours a day. Very satisfying breakfast. Parking surrounding the hotel.

This hotel is just off the motorway, free parking. On entering the hotel is clean and staff friendly. Rooms tired , basic they need an upgrade. 1.5 miles to walk to the city. I wouldn’t use this hotel as it’s too far out. Great area to explore nearby though by car.

Good location, good value for money, bus in city are frequent and cheap. Staff friendly and helpful especially as we do not speak french. Vannes has a lot to off for the visitors.

Hotel is located in the city center close to historical center. Room was clean and nice. Shower and toilet suits. Desk officer was friendly and helpful. Breakfast great - wide sortiment to eat. Parking on the street in front of the hotel. Parking during the night is free of charge.

Lovely helpful staff. Quality rooms with top quality fittings. Big fluffy towels and crisp cotton sheets. A proper glass shower door on quality runners. One of the best breakfasts I remember in a small hotel. Definately come again!

Centrally located hotel, perfect to visit the city. There is street parking around the entrance but you may need to search a bit before finding a spot if you arrive during the day. The room was ok but lacked a thermostat, and could have been heated up more for our individual comfort.

We’re very happy with our hotel booking. It was a very nice location in the city center and all the things we needed to make it a pleasurable stay. The Wifi - worked great. Very disappointed that could not make a drink in the room or buy one from machine (broken) or person, especially after a long journey when we did not want to have to go out looking for a drink. Little room for 3 people to unpack anything otherwise room & bathroom good. Good breakfast and bed excellent.

Rooms were not much more than beds and a small bathroom, but was clean and modern. Air conditioned room was fantastic during the heat to cool off. Breakfast in the morning is very basic and if you want enough food at an appropriate temperature you should get there early as it all had run out by the time we got there. Nice restaurant right next to the hotel for dinner.

Whilst this is rated a 4 star hotel, the facilities and customer service would rate it lower from my own experience. The bathroom was very basic, and the toilet was on a plinth and very difficult to get on and off. The shower door was hanging off and would not close. The bed was comfortable. However, the pillows were not. They were very old and somewhat tatty. The breakfast was very poor, very limited...

Decent hotel, room was pleasant, big bed, very comfy. Shower room was a little dated but everything worked fine. Was a little noise from room next door, walls a little thin, so maybe would benefit from some additional sound proofing between rooms. Breakfast was an excellent self service buffet.

Nice, modern hotel with free parking on site. Close to shops and restaurants. The center of Vannes is not far away and definetly worth a visit. My room was far too hot but with no way to reduce the heat. Wonder how it is to stay here in the middle of summer? Room was otherwise clean and neat. Typical modern furniture. Apparently there is also a Spa. I did not try the breakfast.

A lovely location, a short 10 stroll to some lovely bars and restautants, and beautiful buildings. A smalll shelf in the shower would be useful to put your shower gel on, if I put it on the floor, I wouldn't be able to pich it up again. The owners were lovely, sending us the door code and our room numbersas it we were quite late cheching in.

Great communication with the host, large and clean room, and great breakfast for a very reasonnable price!

I really appreciated the zero waste approach but also the homemade products (jams, yogurts), the artisan bread and the local products for breakfast. The rooms are tastefully decorated, pleasant, clean and well equipped. The staff is warm.

A lift would be nice for older people. Breakfast ise fine.

Helpful reception staff. Pillows very uncomfortable and a bit noisy outside the night we stayed. Bar was closed when we came back from dinner.
