One thing was the staff was very nice and helpful to us. The room didn't have much and the bed was uncomfortable since I was in back pain. The dinner was good and my wife had the steak for our two nights. It tasted good but there was a lot of butchering she had to go through- mostly with gristle. She ordered the first night the clams, but it was too salty and smelled too fishy. We sent it back and got the steak instead. I had the steak and lamb shank both were good! The breakfast was good but they ran out of food and people had to ask about the not having the meats or eggs or bread items out. This happened on the two days we were staying there. Also, they cut the Swizz cheese very thinly, too! Oh, well! This seems to be something that happens in other hotels as well. Oh, I forgot about the first course I ordered it was white asparagus. I received one large cold asparagus. It tasted fine. The best part of staying here was the great staff and the reserve parking on site. Call ahead to reserve your parking space!

As there is an answer asking why I'm not completely satisfied, I edit.
The hotel is OK, according to what one can expect for the price. I consider 3/5 star an OK review and I reserve 5 star for the cases when something is really shockingly extraordinary.
Positive things: clean, everything you can expect for this price, appropiate breakfast, good situation and kind staff.
Negative things: different grade of hardness on my wife's part and my part of the bed, being mine too hard for my taste, so we changed. And, specially, what we considered a lack of staff in the breakfast time. The same person had to deal with the reception tasks and refilling whatever was needed for breakfast, and that made impossible for them to control everything, making the breakfast experience clearly far from what should be: often lack not only of certain things to eat, but plates, glasses, forks..., no one to ask for anything...
On our first day there was no one to control access and tell us where to sit so we sat wherever we wanted. When we were having breakfast realized that the person to control it had appeared. The second day there was a huge lack of everything in the breakfast room.
We thought it was needed one person for the reception (and control the access for breakfast) and another to control the things in the breakfast room.
That was clarly the reason to worsen my review from 4 to 3 stars. Anyway, I have to say, the breakfast was good quality and the staff that were was absolutely kind and helpful. It wasn't their fault, but there was a lack of people in our opinion.

Disappointed , nicely positioned. We had a disabled room so good size. But room was damp and smelled damp and little tiny bugs I discovered on my bag the next morning. Other wise staff good eating area looked good
