An excellent hotel with friendly, helpful staff and a great breakfast. Our room was spacious with air conditioning, comfortable bed and a balcony overlooking the sea. The pool area is a great place to relax and the pool bar serves food as well as drinks. We will be back.

Having just stayed there I was amazed to see anything other than five star reviews for this place. It’s not five star luxury of course but it is very clean, the food is good, the staff are helpful and friendly, and the pool is beyond lovely. It’s an easy walk downhill into town and a tricker walk back up, but a taxi is €5 from the town to the hotel so really easy. I would genuinely really recommend...

Stayed here for three nights and was lucky enough to have a room on the upper level. The view over the ocean was amazing. The hotel was maintained to the highest of standards and the staff were excellent. Breakfast was good with ample choices. Would love to stay here again.

The hotel Rastoni is a beautiful guesthouse with a wonderful garden and nicely furnished, big rooms. The team is very much dedicated to create a relaxing atmosphere with a very tasty breakfast in the morning. The location is ideal for walking the city and to spend time at the beach.

We visited for a long weekend with no expectations. The hotel is very nice, peaceful atmosphere with a pool and very helpful people and staff. The room was spacious and we were lucky to have nice view to the sunset. A very nice place if you want to spend a relaxing weekend.

This hotel is listed as 4 Stars on hotels.com, but that makes no sense. It is a very basic hotel with dated rooms and furniture. The bed was very squeaky, and the washroom was tiny and VERY dated. The shower was impossible. The sliding door on the washroom was impossible to close. We had four rooms in our group and all were the similar. No place to open a suitcase. It's a beautiful hotel located in the city centre. It's cozy and no short in charm, with historic landmarks in the nearbies. The staff was quite helpful and generous.

We booked last minute and had an early check-in. Was very easy with Trip.com. We had a blocked shower drain with our first shower and they moved us to a different room-fast. This was great! Just returned from a lovely stay! The staff are soooo lovely, the food is AMAZING especially the fig pizza, the room was clean and the bed is comfy, cleaning staff came everyday to take rubbish and top up loo roll! Lovely family run hotel in a prime location. I see a lot of negative comments about the run-down state of the building and rooms. And sure, it's by no means modern, but I think it adds character and for the price you pay you really can't complain. People running the hotel are lovely and the rooms are clean and air-conditioned.

Me and my sisters got this place last minute for two nights and we were shocked by how KIND everyone was there. Best staff I’ve ever met in any hotel I’ve stayed at. And let’s talk about that BREAKFAST with enough deliciousness to stuff yourself full, it’s even healthy, and it was cheap, so let me tell you it was way worth it. I stayed at Hotel Aegina for a week in October 2024. The rooms are kept really clean, All the staff, both front of house (Maria, Sofia and Vagelis), and those cleaning and doing breakfast, were lovely. They helped arrange a great car rental too. This is a small Greek hotel. The rooms are basic but very clean and comfortable. All staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very good and fresh. The hotel is ideally situated to walk into the nearby town for excellent shops and any nightlife you could wish for.

This familie run hotel is located in the center of Aegina, very convenient. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating, they really make you feel good. The rooms have all necessary commodities and we had a comfortable and very large double bed. There is no elevator, so the only reason not to go to Plaza hotel is if you can’t climb stairs.

Basic but comfortable. We had a balcony room overlooking the harbour and the Peloponnesus beyond - a view to die for. Nicely at the busy centre of things, with a plethora of bars and restaurants just round the corner. The proprietor was a lovely friendly man, for whom nothing seemed too much trouble.

solid 3/5 and great for the price. The staff were very friendly and the view was amazing but there were some inconsistencies with overall cleanliness of the rooms, the housekeeping never changed our sheets when we asked them to and they didn’t serve breakfast although it was advertised as so in booking.com . Overall it was a great experience and I recommend it to anyone with a tight budget.

The main bed was quite comfortable although the childrens bed were a tad hard I thought although they didn’t complain. very quiet hotel but more to do with the season we went. I’m sure it’s much busier in July. Breakfast was ok. Basic but delicious coffee and croissants etc. Good location away from the noise of the town but still easily reachable on foot

Traditional greek hotel. Our room was large, with separate kitchenette and a decent bathroom. Nice view from the balcony. Extremely clean and well-maintained. Pet-friendly. Only a three-minute walk away from the main beach of Souvala and a ten-minute walk away from the beach of Loutra. Excellent value for money.

I've been to Aegina many times over the last 10-12 years. I find that this family run hotel is a great spot to stop. Just on the outskirts of Souvala it provides a comfortable resting place after a busy day exploring the island. Fortunate for me, the owners do speak English. Hope to see them sooner than later.

Prime location in the centre of town and close to all amenities. Excellent service- nothing was too much trouble :) Pool clean and well laid out. Rooms cleaned daily, hotel tidy and breakfast decent. Would highly recommend at this price!

Really nicely located, building with a great potential, but needs some renovation and could be a bit cleaner. Yet, a really good option for the price demanded.

Amazing location, affordable price, beautiful and clean hotel with a pool, and lovely staff! The friendly owners went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome, especially Spyros. They were simply impeccable! We even ended up staying an extra night -- definitely highly recommended. Will stay there again!

Big, cozy rooms with a genuine Greek feeling. Not the most modern, but that only adds to the genuine feeling. The pool area could be nicer and the pool could have been cleaner, but with the amazing and super friendly owners everything is forgotten.

You get what you pay for. Clean beds, helpful owners. Wifi not great. But a good cheap place to stay for the night.
