Absolutely awesome place. Very responsive and friendly staff. Varied cuisine. The sea is nearby, however, you need strong legs to climb from the sea to the central building :). I strongly recommend it.

Almost everything perfect: rooms, food, the pool, the beach. Perfect. Almost - because the coffee was TERRIBLE.

It was nice but not a 5* resort as their website suggested. Also the all inclusive is limited bar choices and food. You can only dine at the Italian or Chinese one of the nights during a week long stay.

I stayed in Deluxe Double Room Sea View which is in the newest building of the hotel. Very nicely decorated, new modern furniture and bathroom with walk in shower and good water pressure. The bed is actually 2 twin beds but I didn’t mind that - very comfortable matrress with 2 pillows of different types to choose from. Amazing hotel with brand new facilities and nice pool/beach area. Breakfast was good as well. Stuff is friendly, helpful and very good at following social distancing and Covid preventing procedures. One thing to note that sun beds cost 10EUR per day (2 sun beds) but this includes water, other refreshments (we’ve got watermelon juice) and some cold towels to refresh in a heat. Totally worth the price

A great place to stay in Agia Marina. The staff is very professional and friendly. The rooms and every spot of the hotel is very clean and neat. Breakfast is fantastic and the restaurant of the hotel has good food. The beach is also nice, with distanced sunbeds and no loud music so you can enjoy the sound of the waves and cicadas.

Great place to be. He went Here for our honeymoon and it was Perfect. The staff Was amazing and the food was really good, especially the dinner was amazing. The decoration every night with the Lights on the beach is also really nice to see. We had a really pleasant stay here

The hotel is located right on the beach, divided by a road (there is a tunnel). The rooms (or mainly the bathrooms) are classified as about 3 stars by Polish standards. Very welcoming owner and hotel at all. It’s situated in the centre of Agia Marina. In 5 minutes bakery with ice cream and coffee, beach, shops, bars, bus station to Chania There is also amazing bar in the hotel and relax zone. Highly recommend to stay in this place.

The hotel located in the very nice area, the beach is just across the street and there are a lot of great restaurants around. The owner is very kind and gave us a helpful advice regarding the area and places to see during our day. I would recommend this place to anyone, looking for peaceful vacation in Greece.

We have been in Oscar Suites for a week. The location is super nice and the apartments are also very good. It's nice they have two pools and a fitness. The employees are very very nice and helpful. I really recommend Oscar Suites to everyone.

Fantastic staff. Very child friendly and caring. They give you personal service and remember your issues and requests. The rooms maybe a but outdated but that is in no way an issue when you consider free parking, free air conditioning, decent breakfast and a wonderful service. Definitely choose these folks

An amazing hotel with wonderful people and great service. The rooms have AC and comfortable beds. The food is delicious and the overall look is very modern and fresh.

Even though our hotel is located only a 5 minute walk away from the beach we also offer the option of enjoying our swimming pools to cool down during the hot summer days of the Cretan summer!

Absolutely lovely hotel! Staff is extremely nice and helpful, tasty breakfast, lovely view from the restaurant. Rooms aren’t the most modern, but everything was working, including air conditioning. Swimming pool is nice, with tasty cocktails from the bar. The only downside I can think of is that there is a bit of a climb to get there.

Our home for the last 2 weeks. Everything was clean, service was outstanding, and we enjoyed the daily breakfast (wide selection and tasty) and pool!

Nice hotell to a god price Some of the rooms are small and have not so Good view. Short walk to the Beach and a lot of Good resturangs in walking distance. Ungortunatly the food served are not as Good as the hotell itself. Most if the personal are very service minded bit as in other hotells there are some that would Be better of doing other things

Beautiful place and good staff. Only downside for me as i have mobilty issues was its up on a steep hill so getting down and up from main road/beach was a little difficult. However they do have a lift to to the lowest part of the hotel so its only a few steps up/down. But as a complex the rooms are wide spread and still may take a but of walking to get to lift etc. Food was always good and varied....

Nice hotel on a very beautiful sandy beach. I have been here back in 2015 and if I compare the food quality and diversity I notice a downgrade. Back in 2015 you could reserve a beautiful diner on the beach, now the beautiful ideea is almost forgoten. Overall the experience is nice, the beach and the see is amazing!

We will never forget our 3 nights in this hotel. We stayed at Atrion for a weekend in July and we loved everything about it. The hotel is very clean, comfy, located in a very beautiful area. The staff are very helpful, attentive. Especially Anna, the hostess at the breakfast is the best! We hope to come back again soon!

OK hotel. No cleaning on Sundays and one day we did not get fresh towels. The dirty ones had just been hung outside to dry. Breakfast rather boring. Pillows very flat - we asked twice for more, but without any success. Pool area was nice.

The best hotel in agia marina on the best strip of beach - we walked most of it and it's the best section of beach and sea by far. The staff are all ridiculously friendly and helpful, breakfast buffet was terrific and the view from our room was lovely. (We had room 6 which is supposedly the best one) Hope to visit again in the future

The hotel facilities and location are great but what really sets this place apart is the hospitality skills and attitude of the staff there. Those people are hospitality pros in all senses of the phrase - responsive, considerate, discrete, friendly and super helpful. They elevate the whole visit from great to unique.

Great hotel with a superb sandy beach in the backyard. A lot of aquatic activities to do. The best part for us is to paddle board all the way to the small island in the background! We had a free room upgrade, which was a such good surprise! Will definitely stay there again if visiting Crete again!

The staff in this hotel were so lovely and friendly - after moving to this hotel after a bad experience at our previous hotel, they did an amazing job at making sure we had a special stay. The Junior Suite room is very big and cosy and the restaurant offered lots of great options for food. The pool bar is also a nice place to hang out in the evenings.

Everething is good, just a few small cons: weird shower (water goes to the room), every day almost the same meals. The beach is 50m away, but it's not the best, it's better to go around 1km to the east to find beach with normal sand. If you have all inclusive option, you will get only the cheapest drinks in the bar.

Very nice hotel, pretty much everything in it is brand new. The food is tasty, a good mix of local and continental cuisine. What's most important though is the service - a group of the most kind people on the planet. Especially the bartenders! I will have some of the most beautiful memories to keep from this place.

We had a the best time at Stefan Village! We stayed all inclusive for a week in August, during what would be peak time, but it wasn't hugely busy. The kids had a fantastic time on the slides, in the pool and also the baby splash area. Everyone that work here was great. The breakfast was amazing. Tha pool and place in really nice. We were just little disappointed about our room. It was smaller and not as modern as its looked in the picture. We lived in the older part of the hotel. The room was hot despite the AC.

Helpful staff, good food and very clean. Their all-inclusive concept was better than other hotels I’ve been to - the kids could self serve their ice cream, chips and popcorn. The bar also had family board games which was appreciated by the kids.

We spent four days in the hotel at the end of the season. Accomodations ware great, food is good and the stuff gave us a home like fealing. We rented the big room with jacuzzi and it was great. (A little too big for a couple)

A solid 4 star hotel by virtue of their friendly and hardworking staff. I stayed in a suite at this resort hotel over 10 days. The hotel has most of the facilities you would expect from a 4 star hotel. The bed not too comfortable and the shower is quite weak and their old water tank still gives hot and cold water cycles. So your shower will constantly turn hot and cold which is pretty annoying...

Right by the beach, top-notch service and spacious rooms (if you can, pick the sea view). Breakfast is monotonous which is expected for the price. 20 minutes to Chania by bus, great restorants in the vicinity.

We had lunch at the patio at Minerva restaurant, and thoroughly enjoyed the experience! The setting is beautiful with a serene sea view, the food was very good with fresh local ingredients, and the service was outstanding. The lovely general manager Katerina took care of us & stopped to chat with us; we had 3 kids in our group and the staff was very friendly to them. Warmly recommended!

A unique hotel of two parts: modern technological rooms and a village part with more traditional rooms. We didn't like the modern room, which design is not for everybody. They are also right above the street and no privacy - neighbour rooms can observe you from the outside and literally anyone from the street has an access right outside your room so can't feel safety when ti keep the window/door open...
