Absolutely awesome place. Very responsive and friendly staff. Varied cuisine. The sea is nearby, however, you need strong legs to climb from the sea to the central building :). I strongly recommend it.

We had a the best time at Stefan Village! We stayed all inclusive for a week in August, during what would be peak time, but it wasn't hugely busy. The kids had a fantastic time on the slides, in the pool and also the baby splash area. Everyone that work here was great. The breakfast was amazing. Tha pool and place in really nice. We were just little disappointed about our room. It was smaller and not as modern as its looked in the picture. We lived in the older part of the hotel. The room was hot despite the AC.

Helpful staff, good food and very clean. Their all-inclusive concept was better than other hotels I’ve been to - the kids could self serve their ice cream, chips and popcorn. The bar also had family board games which was appreciated by the kids.

In general a good hotel, especially if you have kids, a good playground and pools for babies/ bigger children. The hotel is located right on the beach, divided by a road (there is a tunnel). The rooms (or mainly the bathrooms) are classified as about 3 stars by Polish standards. I stayed in Deluxe Double Room Sea View which is in the newest building of the hotel. Very nicely decorated, new modern furniture and bathroom with walk in shower and good water pressure. Amazing hotel with brand new facilities and nice pool/beach area. Breakfast was good as well. Stuff is friendly, helpful and very good at following social distancing and Covid preventing procedures. One thing to note that sun beds cost 10EUR per day (2 sun beds) but this includes water, other refreshments (we’ve got watermelon juice) and some cold towels to refresh in a heat. A great place to stay in Agia Marina. The staff is very professional and friendly. The rooms and every spot of the hotel is very clean and neat. Breakfast is fantastic and the restaurant of the hotel has good food. The beach is also nice, with distanced sunbeds and no loud music so you can enjoy the sound of the waves and cicadas.

Absolutely lovely hotel! Staff is extremely nice and helpful, tasty breakfast, lovely view from the restaurant. Rooms aren’t the most modern, but everything was working, including air conditioning. Swimming pool is nice, with tasty cocktails from the bar. The only downside I can think of is that there is a bit of a climb to get there.

The hotel facilities and location are great but what really sets this place apart is the hospitality skills and attitude of the staff there. Those people are hospitality pros in all senses of the phrase - responsive, considerate, discrete, friendly and super helpful. They elevate the whole visit from great to unique.

Everything was exceptional. Starting with a very warm welcome when we arrived and ending with a very nice gift when we checked out, during the whole time we really enjoyed our stay. Great hotel with a superb sandy beach in the backyard. A lot of aquatic activities to do. The best part for us is to paddle board all the way to the small island in the background! We had a free room upgrade, which was a such good surprise! Will definitely stay there again if visiting Crete again!

Nice hotel on a very beautiful sandy beach. I have been here back in 2015 and if I compare the food quality and diversity I notice a downgrade. Back in 2015 you could reserve a beautiful diner on the beach, now the beautiful ideea is almost forgoten. Overall the experience is nice, the beach and the see is amazing!

People working here are wonderful! We have been here for ten days and they made sure every day someone is there for you. The staff in this hotel were so lovely and friendly - after moving to this hotel after a bad experience at our previous hotel, they did an amazing job at making sure we had a special stay. The Junior Suite room is very big and cosy and the restaurant offered lots of great options for food. The pool bar is also a nice place to hang out in the evenings.

Everething is good, just a few small cons: weird shower (water goes to the room), every day almost the same meals. The beach is 50m away, but it's not the best, it's better to go around 1km to the east to find beach with normal sand. If you have all inclusive option, you will get only the cheapest drinks in the bar.

Very nice hotel, pretty much everything in it is brand new. The food is tasty, a good mix of local and continental cuisine. What's most important though is the service - a group of the most kind people on the planet. Especially the bartenders! I will have some of the most beautiful memories to keep from this place.

We stayed at Atrion for a weekend in July and we loved everything about it. The hotel is very clean, comfy, located in a very beautiful area. The staff are very helpful, attentive. Especially Anna, the hostess at the breakfast is the best! We hope to come back again soon!

Atlantica Caldera Village is a lovely hilltop hotel with amazing views. The hotel is well-maintained and the staff are friendly and helpful. Despite being on a steep hill, the hotel has a lift for convenience. The local restaurants in the area are also brilliant. Overall, it's a great place to stay for a peaceful retreat with stunning views and excellent hospitality.

People complain about walking up the hill - it is not bad at all. Only last 50 meters is super steep, but for all the amazing views that hotel offers? So worth it. Overall very good hotel, good food (we had only breakfast), I appreciate the fact that there are multiple pools that you can choose from - some of them were occupied by kids and one pool was more chill and relaxing. High up on a hill. Great views and friendly service. I've been there three times. Pretty much the only downside is that climbing up there may be a burden sometimes, but you can look it from a point of view of getting an exercise. All inclusive has good variety of foods and also vegans can find mostly all they need (may need to eat fish occasionally to get enough protein).

I generally had a great stay at the studio in Crete, but there was one point of concern that I would have liked to know before booking: there was a quite steep slope to reach our studio. Unfortunately, this was not mentioned in the booking. It was sometimes challenging to climb this slope, especially while carrying a backpack or after a long day of exploring. The hotel is really lovely. The amenities and rooms are amazing. Rooms include little kitchenet, balcony and very spacious living room, as well as bedroom. The room service was daily and common areas for the guests were cleaned regularly. View from the hotel is amazing, however it's location is quite difficult to manage. Excellent value for money.

I’ve visited this resort twice now and it’s great. Lovely staff, nice apartments (especially sea view apartments) and is located right on the beach with two pools. Lots of food options nearby as well as in the resort. Special thanks to Rena at the reception who was the most helpful to me and always seems happy.

The best hotel in agia marina on the best strip of beach - we walked most of it and it's the best section of beach and sea by far. The staff are all ridiculously friendly and helpful, breakfast buffet was terrific and the view from our room was lovely. (We had room 6 which is supposedly the best one) Hope to visit again in the future

Kambos Willage je velmi pěkně umístěný resort se třemi bazény obklopenými dvoupodlažními řadami apartmánů s prostorným balkonem s výhledem na bazén i moře. Klidné okolí bazénů s krásnou vodou, barem a dostatkem lehátek. Bohatá snídaně u bazénu byl velmi příjemný začátek každého dne. V okolí i u moře je spousta restaurací s příjemnou obsluhou.

Great hotel, wonderful and hearty food, really rich breakfasts, lunches and dinners. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are modern and comfortably furnished. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the beach. The reptile is just as beautiful. The hotel staff are very nice, happy to help. We definitely recommend this hotel. Brilliant hotel! The staff and facilities are second to none - very clean with all of the staff being very friendly and accommodating. Excellent cocktails from Andre (better than Chania old town)! Alongside the hotel manager being very accommodating and recommending all of the best beaches alongside some non-touristy local villages and towns.

The pool area is a bit average. the pool is a smaller than what we expected and in the afternoon there's no sun. But overall is a nice place with friendly staff. Walk to the beach and lots of shopping and restaurants. It was clean. The only issue was that the shower was extremely small. Needs to be updated to a normal size or bigger for more comfort. It took a while for them to show up at the front desk, but they are very nice and accommodating.
