Overall a fantastic hotel stunning views staff very friendly and helpful and the food was a very high standard. Would highly recommend. The only comment I would make, would be if you’re not very active and struggle walking about, would not recommend this location due to the steep location .

Very nice hotel not long been renovated but take note it’s built into the mountain so lots of steps but the view from our room over looking the bay was perfect. Rooms have everything you need and were kept clean everyday. The two swimming pools are good and quite a place to relax.

Amazing place with unbelievable views of the bay. Staff were so friendly, everywhere was spotless and the breakfasts were incredible. The perfect spot if you’re looking for relaxation. Great selection of cocktails as well!

Lovely hotel in a fantastic spot staff all very friendly Amazing pool and bar on the 5th floor the selection of food at breakfast was unreal everyone catered for and you can eat inside or outside The only thing that’s a shame is the hill from reception to the lifts is steep although sometimes there is a golf buggy to transport you there Will return when I get some new knees 🤙🏻

Great place for a chill vacation, the location is amazing - right on the water. Rooms are good, nothing special. Food is simple but well made. There is a bit of a be problem though, hope they find a way to take care of that.

Well having read the reviews ,we were expecting the worst. Our room had a very refurbished bathroom with new shower & tiles. Bed was huge & we found it very comfortable. Food in hotel was very acceptable, good selection, cereals, fruit, cooked food, snacks not so good. Dinner was great choice, drinks had good selection local beers, wines & spirits. Amazing views, lovely welcome. Set back from town and quiet. Also taking covid precautions very seriously. Room spotlessly clean and plenty of social distancing. Don't hesitate if you're booked up this summer, glad we made a leap of faith.

Only the bathroom was small and the shower with the curtain was not very comfortable. Breakfast always the same but very good, maybe it could be added some sweet croissants.. one of the best places we have ever stayed in and even with the Thomas Cook collapse and the fact that the owners Pipitsa and Spiros have received no payment from them since June , they did everything possible to ensure that their guests were looked after like one of the family. Nothing was to much for them.

Nice self catering rooms, good location and nice swimming pool. It would be nice to have at least salt & pepper and washing up liquid provided in the kitchen area.

Recently stayed for 9 nights. Lovely welcome from George, who was friendly throughout. Relaxing place, great location, lovely pool that is not overcrowded. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Good air conditioning, lots of storage space and all you need for self catering. Short walk to the beach and main bars. George and his dad were lovely and friendly. Wouldn't hesitate to book again on our next visit...

Stayed at this hotel 4th - 11th June with absolutely no complaints. Pool days were peaceful & relaxing and a good range of meals / drinks at good prices. This hotel is literally a short walk to what I believe is the most prestigious part of Corfu. Excellent stay and excellent value!

Just back Frosini Gardens is just lovely,the pool and setting just brilliant,right near the town, short walk. Our room was lovely over the pool and clean towels everyday also bedding changed. Shout out to the cleaning lady she's lovely. Only downside was the breakfast ,but....owners made us very welcome will stay here again. Recommend to all.

We loved our stay at the hotel. The room was exceptionally clean and was cleaned daily by the housekeeper without ask. The owners are friendly, welcoming, and work hard to run the hotel. Location is only a few minutes walk to the centre and beaches, but far enough away for it to be quiet on an evening. We would stop here again if returning to Kassiopi

4.5 stars if I could rate that way. Nice apartments. The owners may come across a bit grumpy at times but they are just quiet and reserved I think, they were always polite to us. Pool is really good only comment on the pool it should open at 9 not 10 and could do with a bit of music on around the pool in the day. A beautiful hotel on the harbour of Kassiopi. Lovely bright and spacious rooms. All the staff have been very friendly and helpful. A great selection of cooked and fresh food and fruits for breakfast. Couldn't have chosen a better hotel for quality and location

Stayed August 24’. Started off the holiday with the hotel arranging a taxi from the airport. Great! Check in was perfect. The lady behind the desk couldn’t have been nicer. The room was perfectly clean. The view over the harbour was incredible. The shower was literally the best shower I have ever used. The breakfasts were lovely. The stay was brilliant. Will stay again and 100% recommend.

Fantastic hotel! Very clean, perfect location in the heart of Kassiopi and THE most amazing staff! Shout out to the lovely girl with long black hair who brought me a hot chocolate by the pool despite knowing it was completely crazy when it’s 30 degrees! 😂 Breakfast buffet is delicious with loads of choice. Hotel booked airport pick up and drop off taxis, perfect communication, all worked as it should...

Lovely staff, great location and fabulous amenities. Pool is nice, breakfast is superb, nice bar overlooking the harbour, and sea view rooms have the same views. Rooms are nice and bathroom looked more or less brand new.

The hotel is perfectly placed by the harbour with wonderful views across the sea to Albania. There are plenty of good quality tavernas with a scattering of bars close by. The breakfast is really good and well presented by the lovely staff who are so friendly and caring. They are a credit to the hotel.
