Absolutely brilliant place , hotel is located just 4 min near beach , rooms are large king size bed with aircondition and balcony. .cleaned daily and towel changed every day . Friendly staff and secure parking for you vehicle ..clean throughout hotel which is spotless.. you can enjoy seeting outside in tenda which quite relaxing place.. I would recommend this hotel and possibly coming back again...

Artin was amazing and so helpful. He gave us a lift into Sarande and the breakfast was delicious with homeade fig jam and honey was so tasty.

We had an unpleasant experience at first because we had already paid for the hotel and they insisted that we pay again, as they should not be finding our reservation in their system, they even gave us the card machine with the amount already written in it for us to make the payment. We insisted that we had already paid, showed them the booking code and after about 10 minutes they saw that we were correct...

I recommend this hotel at everyone , one of the best place where I have been.

The hotel is in the north edge of Ksamil but since the town is small the location is great. The room is clean and the bed is extremely comfortable and soft. At the beginning there was no hot water in the shower (just warm) and the lady at the reception was really kind and took care of it quickly (the hot water came back fast).

The hotel price and quality is probably one of the best i experienced here in Albania. The structure is rather new, service is friendly, breakfast is simple but considering the value is worth it. There is a very beautiful beach just 5 min walking distance. I would definitely stay again.

Very nice hotel on the entrance of Ksamil city. Very professional staff.Clean rooms, good breakfast, android TVs in rooms. The only downside is canalisation smells in the night when you open balcony doors, which can be prevented by closing the doors and turning the AC on. Dogs from the near fuel station are barking all night.

We were delighted to stay in Hotel Mira Mare. The hotel has a wonderful location close to the main beaches. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. The breakfast is extremely rich. They keep on bringing products for the breakfast buffet. Never seen before. The room is cleaned every day and towels/bed linnen are changed frequently. We loved our stay here

Don't book if you cant walk or drive uphill 20% up the road which leads to the hotel. Decent free parking, Free WiFi. Rooms are clean, staff is very friendly, the food is okay, kinda hit or miss. Bathroom shower need a little bit of renovation. The daily cleaning of the room was okay, although sometime they forget to put new clean towels or blankets. Very nice terrace view and ambiance.

If I had to note this place only based on staff, it would be 5 stars. I will make this the most possibly objective review. Good points: - if you think about the price you pay, it is fair - good location - you have a kitchen in the room which can be an extra for some people - staff is super nice and helpful - the view from the terrace is nice. - very clean The downside: - most uncomfortable bed ever...

The staff here really took the cake. Absolutely amazing service and hospitality. They certainly went above and beyond. Location is nice, close to the beach. On the downside the bathrooms are quite small and due to the layout of the shower always wet. Would still strongly recommend for above reasons.

The staff were so friendly and warm. Rooms were exceptionally clean and the breakfast is really top notch. The view from the terrace is unbelievable. The hotel is up a steep hill so if you have any mobility issues, definitely not for you but otherwise, couldn't have enjoyed our stay more. See you next year! 🇮🇪

The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable, the breakfast is delicious and they offer a variety of options (salty and sweet) and the staff of the hotel is very helpful and at your disposal for whatever you need. It was a perfect experience and I will definitely visit it again in the future. I recommend it unreservedly.

Modern hotel, clean rooms, friendly staff. However far from being a 4 star hotel: poor breakfast, very tiny and not convenient room ( bathroom has even no space for hang a beauty-case), no facilities (only little bar in the garage where serve breakfast), bad Wi-if connection, private beach at 2km far and we learnt only once there. For this price or even less you can find way better deal around.

We are definitely coming back in the future. Hotel was very clean and modern and the staff was very nice. The staff treated us like family which made our stay amazing and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Best hotel in Ksamil. Hotel is new and comfortable. Rooms are clean and big. There are 2 swimming pools. It is on main street and close to all beaches, only 5 min. Staff is very helpful.

I am just coming back from my 7 days stay at the hotel and I can definitely say that was the cleanest hotel with the nicest staff ever the brother owners were always there and make sure everything is going good. I have never seen such a responsible owners! The rooms were very spacious and clean, the bed sheets were changed almost every day. The pool and the sun beds area were nice and clean, perfect...

Neat and clean hotel . Family run and very helpful staff. Breakfast was good. Rooms are very spacious , clean and serviced every day. AC works in all rooms. Swimming pool and parking available too. The only downside is its by the main road and there can be some traffic noise but doesn't affect with the doors closed.

Amazing hotel, which is located in the beginning of Ksamil (great location - near to Butrint,near to Sarande),perfect cleanliness and great people who are running the hotel and taking care about the guests. Hotel esmerald is a great place. It’s family run and i must say the staff are amazing. They helped with anything we needed for example they reserved out seats for the beach. The mother and son duo are literally the best. We felt welcomed like it was our home.

The Area Hotel and especially its staff were simply great! We enjoyed our stay there a lot, the rooms were nice, modern and clean, the breakfast was so delicious and the staff was incredibly nice and helpful. The location is great as well, not too far away from the beach (but enough to not be bothered too much by the noise) and with many good restaurants in the neighbourhood.

Having arrived at the the Area hotel unexpectedly having only booked a room 15 minutes earlier via the internet (see Manta Resort Hotel review). We received a warm welcome, the room was ready in 10 minutes and Ton even arranged a birthday cake for my partner. We had the most amazing stay at Poda Boutique! We were originally staying at a hotel a bit further from the beach but once we saw Poda we knew we had to stay!! Special thanks to Tana for such a seamless last-minute booking and giving us the time of our lives in Ksamil. She was so helpful and did everything she could to make sure our stay was incredible. One of the most wonderful Hotels in Albania with a beautiful beach bar, very tasteful food, good vines and super service. With the beach just next to the hotel absolutely a worth to visit. The rooms are nice and quiet and very modern.
