Amazing place with unbelievable views of the bay. Staff were so friendly, everywhere was spotless and the breakfasts were incredible. The perfect spot if you’re looking for relaxation

Very nice hotel not long been renovated but take note it’s built into the mountain so lots of steps but the view from our room over looking the bay was perfect

Rooms have everything you need and were kept clean everyday. The two swimming pools are good and quite a place to relax

One thing to keep in mind: the rooms located higher up (with the best views) require some walking or taking a separate elevator, as the resort is built on a hillside

Overall a fantastic hotel stunning views staff very friendly and helpful and the food was a very high standard

From the very beginning, the welcome was warm and flawless, with a kind, attentive staff always ready to meet our needs. The property is beautifully maintained, elegant, and perfectly located just steps from the sea

Great villa located on its own and off the beaten track. We've stayed here six times in 10 years, and while it could do with some renovation, it's still very comfortable and pleasant

There are three guest rooms, each with air con and each with its own bathroom (only master bedroom is ensuite). The pool is clean and well kept, as are the grounds

Lots of play areas for children, but pool is not fenced off and the shallow end is still too deep for a 4 year old of average height

Wonderful views of Albania and the delightful San Stefanos Bay, just a five minute drive away. Pricey, but highly recommended

Great views, Great pool, we really appreciated the excellent air conditioning. Just a short walk (5 mins) into the village, although a steep drive might be difficult for some

Choice of swimming pools, an excellent poolside bar serving food with efficient and attentive staff - all set on the edge of the mediterranean sea, perfect for snorkelling

Only downside I would say is that not all the activities, including food, run off season. You can get to Kassiopi easily by walking or a 5 min drive, it’s a nice town

Very coupley which is good for couples but not great for everyone! Nice pool and loungers and a beautiful pebble beach. Walk around the beach for a beautiful sunset (we just discovered this the last night!)

Lovely lovely calm place on the edge of Kassiopi, clean simple vintage furnished rooms, very friendly staff, good breakfast, stoney beach, beach bar with very good music, good cocktails, and tasty pizza

Bella Mare is a very nice hotel at the beautiful island of corfu. It has cozy and clean rooms and at the exterior a peaceful garden, perfect for relaxing and enjoy a drink. We really enjoyed our stay.

It is a very beautiful hotel, very close to the beach. I most liked beautiful views of the beach Avlaki from my hotel balcony. I loved it`s great pool. Everything was perfect. Highly recommended!

We had a genuinely lovely stay, Alex and the team run a relaxed, friendly hotel. We felt welcomed in a clean, simple, easy going environment. The pool is great and never too busy. For a 2* hotel I was genuinely surprised

Superb balcony views from room overlooking well maintained gardens with sea view. Beach very close, great for snorkelling. Alex, Nico and Ricardo were legends, caring for us and making us feel so welcome

If you and yours want to be looked after in a 5* way then Katia is for you. I can't recommend this place highly enough, we are looking forward to catching up with the Katia "family feel" for the 4th time later this year

There are a lot of options for places to visit with Kassiopi, Avlkaki and Agios Stephano all easy and boat or coach trips to Corfu town. If you want a low key, easy going holiday I would definitely recommend Katia

What made this place was the owner Alex, his personality alone made the kids sad to leave and he surrounds himself with good people, from the service staff to the cleaning crew, only the best people work here

This hotel was cheap for all inclusive, we ate ate out a few times as it was nice to eat overlooking the harbour and to try different foods. You get what you pay for and this was good value for what we paid

Well having read the reviews ,we were expecting the worst. Our room had a very refurbished bathroom with new shower & tiles. Bed was huge & we found it very comfortable

Food in hotel was very acceptable, good selection, cereals, fruit, cooked food, snacks not so good. Dinner was great choice, drinks had good selection local beers, wines & spirits

You can hear the sea from your balcony at night as the location of the hotel is perfect

Plenty space at the pool so you can relax, the pool is also clean and the hotel staff really make sure that the hotel stays clean! There's two markets in the same area as the hotel so if you fancy some snacks you can go there which is a lovely addition but with all inclusive you don't have buy anything

Breakfast also has a good variety with cereal option available! Overall we've not had a bad meal! The only minus is that not every food is labeled so you kind of have to guess but if you ask a staff member they're more than happy to explain what's in the food

Wonderful Friendly Atmosphere: Flora and Costas are so eager for you to enjoy your stay, and are charming and interesting people. Nothing is too much trouble for them and their staff

Fantastic home-made food, freshly made every day. Room cleaning is excellent and we found the location is just right, with a short walk into the town centre and to a choice of lovely, quiet beaches

As always an excellent friendly welcome. It feels like coming home every time So much to see and enjoy in this area I can't think of a better place to stay Due back again soon

Excellent place to stay family run only a 2star but I wouldn't hesitate to go back the owners and the staff are friendly and helpful and funny

Breakfast was cooked freshly every morning after you told them what you wanted. Pool area very nice and lots of sunbeds all so has a pool bar

The hotel is perfectly placed by the harbour with wonderful views across the sea to Albania. There are plenty of good quality tavernas with a scattering of bars close by

Fantastic hotel! Very clean, perfect location in the heart of Kassiopi and THE most amazing staff! Shout out to the lovely girl with long black hair who brought me a hot chocolate by the pool despite knowing it was completely crazy when it’s 30 degrees! 😂 Breakfast buffet is delicious with loads of choice

Lovely staff, great location and fabulous amenities. Pool is nice, breakfast is superb, nice bar overlooking the harbour, and sea view rooms have the same views. Rooms are nice and bathroom looked more or less brand new.

My grandparents stayed here while the rest of the family stay in Kassiopi Bay up the hill, in the second week, my Grandad was struggling with the breathing and and a low heart rate, the staff done all they could to help

In the end he had to go to mainland for surgery, but the staff asked for consent updates, and when he got back they were AMAZING! Making sure both my grandparents were happy and comfortable, making their last few days as stress free as possible

A beautiful hotel on the harbour of Kassiopi. Lovely bright and spacious rooms. All the staff have been very friendly and helpful. A great selection of cooked and fresh food and fruits for breakfast
