Where to stay with pets in Almirida

The villa is beautiful, clean, and well located with a stunning view. The cleaners come daily and are very friendly

The owners have done a wonderful job creating three superbly appointed villas (we had a look round the other two) that have breathtaking westerly views and are located within a really short stroll from Almyrida which offers warm clear/clean sea, sandy beaches and a plenty of restaurants , tavernas etc

The owner gave us a really personal welcome, and clearly takes great pride in ensuring her guests enjoy their vacation

The villa configuration worked really well for our family (My wife and I, plus three kids in early 20’s), but would also work well for other combinations as all three bedrooms are generously sized with their own bathrooms etc

Wonderful villa, superbly appointed, beautiful pool with attentive owners for whom nothing is too much trouble. There is no downside to this villa. Gentle downhill stroll to a variety of lovely restaurants and shops.

Her team of staff (who came into the villa almost every day) were charming and we felt really pampered. We fully intend to return, hopefully very soon!

Fantastic owner, simple and clean with all what you need, original decorations, great location 50m from beach, restaurants, large public parking around 60m away

We had nice large apartment with sea view. Our apartment and all hotel facilities were very clean. Hotel is just few meters from the nice sandy beach. Owner is very nice person and very helpful :) we had a great stay!

Everything was great, nice friendly atmosphere, definitely we will be back soon!

A simple, cozy place, but in a great location and very quiet. Very close to the beach; it is ideal as a base for visiting the western part of Crete and returning to a quiet place every evening. Recommended.

We were all inclusive but midway we upgraded to all inclusive plus as the drinks weren't great but that is pretty typical for all inclusive so no issues there

Also thanks to the staff as asked to organise some flowers etc for my wife for our anniversary and really lovely present for a reasonable price on very short notice as well

The staff made sure everything was perfect, from the friendly check-in to helpful local recommendations. The buffet had a great variety of tasteful choices

There was a nice range of evening entertainment which we really enjoyed - a shout out to the Groovitas band who played a fab and varied two hour set with no break! We also loved Magic Chris, such a slick but personable act, who went down so well with all the kids and adults

We had a great family vacation there. The rooms were clean, and there was a wide variety of food and activities. Great location and value for money and we will definitely return!!

Rooms are clean and on top of that they are cleaned every day, new towels, fresh floor. Absolutely recomended, this was our favourite when compare to similar price Mallorca or Sardinia resorts that we have visited before

If one wants beach that is also available, sandy ***** is just 500m away to the side if necessary. Staff is really polite and helpful, buffet all inclusive food is not boring and selection can satisfy most i am sure

Good holiday but lots to improve The hotel is good. They claim to be five star but in my opinion unfortunately it's three or three and a half. They are not aiming at high quality - they have potential for so much more

Ok: food (lacking flavor a bit but otherwise ok), cleaning (that varied a lot - one day it was excellent, the next they just mopped in middle of the floor and took away our beach towels without replacing them)

the location and the breathless view of souda bay was perfect! the beautiful stone made hotel and the nice stuff made our stay enjoyable. the swimming pool was big and deep just they we love it

Good breakfast and it is possible to order other meals from a limited menu of meals. Nice bar in the pool area which was open to late in the night. Other tavernas reached by a 10 minutes walk

- you will need definitely a car if you want to move around to the county of Chania and popular beaches ⛱️ - the rooms are clean and spacious but simple-not something fancy

Nice place in the mountains with a very service minded staff. The rooms with AC (extra price) are clean and we had a nice view över the bay

-Home made traditional dishes available for lunch or dinner (no big variety though) -There is a mini market and 2 good tavernas closeby

Nice little place, good location for getting around, wonderful views, clean and comfortable studios and apartments, excellent bedding, terraces with umbrellas and clothes hangers

My family & I stayed here and the vacation we had here was tremendous. We are truly sattisfied and I personally would recommend these quality apartments to everyone. Thank you for genuine hospitality!!

In the pool I was able to swim at any time and I was given valuable advice on the area. If I go back there I will surely want to stay there again. Do not forget the economic price and the very panoramic visit

I am sorry to have read other reviews of people who have not found themselves well, I personally found a very nice and very clean environment. Even the managers with me were friendly and helpful

But above all, once they get to know you a little: owners who are kind to everyone, honest, generous and welcoming, you feel good in this place where friends often come by for coffee or raki

We understand here what Cretan hospitality is! To recommend: Kanaki beach, and nearby restaurants in the countryside, by car, far from tourist spots

The rooms are modern and stylish, the beds comfy and the shower is amazing. Food is great, breakfast is buffet style with lots of choice and dinner is 5 courses (with options for those who don’t want to eat meat or fish)

Wonderful, small and quiet boutique hotel situated close to the centre of Georgioupolis and a few minutes walk to both beach and shops/restaurants

We did visit the sister hotel Pilot Beach located on the other side of Georgioupolis - but it was very loud and busy - and we couldn’t wait to return to the quiet sanctuary of Pilot Amphora

We also visited the sister hotel located next to the beach. A shuttle service is provided between the two hotels

They are friendly and thoughtful, professional, kind and hardworking - nothing is too much trouble from the cleaners to the multitasking front desk/hospitality team. They are led brilliantly by Panos, the hotel manager

Half board option could be used for lunch in pool bar or at night on the beautiful rooftop restaurant with gorgeous views to sea. Off menu with huge portions!! Appetiser and salad plus main meal and free desserts

I stayed at the Georgioupolis Beach Hotel with my Parents (in their 70's). The location was perfect, steps to the beach and only one street from the town square

All cooked fresh to order in open kitchen- just amazing!! We used ours for lunch one day and went out for dinner but rooftop restaurant at hotel can’t be beaten! But the staff make this the friendliest hotel

A cozy hotel with a nice view of the sea and the mountains. At the hotel a cozy tavern with delicious home-made food. On site there is a playground, a cozy garden, beauty salon, shop cosmetics and skin

If you want a friendly hotel offering Greek hospitality, Crete style with good food a pool that's not been crowded since we've been here and a 100m from the beach this is it

Evening meals (we were half board) offered a great choice suitable for all tastes ranging from local specialities to Greek and beyond,the fish soup tonight was perfect

Lovely studios at Papadakis. Very spacious, kept immaculately clean and a lovely bathroom with a great shower. Very centrally located too with amazing gardens. Top Class.

What a beautiful tranquil place to stay. Close to the beach and central square. Beautiful well tended gardens and spotless apartments. Only went for a weekend but felt like I had been relaxing for a week

Fantastic hotel! We had a 1 bed apartment rather than a studio and it was really spacious. Very comfortable and had everything we needed, plenty of hot water, well stocked kitchen for plates, pans etc

Bed was super comfortable and plenty of storage for clothes. Cleaning was immaculate and the lady was lovely. The staff were all fantastic, helped when needed and offered great advice

and enough to cook a few meals. Also, toaster, kettle and coffee maker, full size fridge and 2 ring hob. Bathroom was well designed and modern, clean plenty of fresh towels

We stayed in room with sea view for 7 days and it was a great vacation. From booking to arrival the receptionist was super accommodating helpful and super friendly

The staff are all very friendly and always smiling especially the girls on reception, Tatiana. There is pool, it is on the beach and breakfast buffet is delicious. Restaurant was great with delicious fresh salad and food

I visit Crete every year and have stayed in Georgioupolis before. We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Lovely room very clean, bed are comfy. Denis is brilliant and friendly, staff were lovely stuff team

Nice hotel apartments with a small fresh water pool to help rinse that salt away after you've been on the beach, set just 3 minutes from the beach with no big roads to cross

Really nice taberna at the end of the road and a lovely pizza place next door, nice little supermarket just round the corner on the main road too
