We had a problem with the toilet not working which was fixed within 20 min. Breakfast was okay, you would be quite picky if you could not find something to eat, coffee was poor tasting

The area is the best you are in the middle of everywhere you need to be, there are horse and carts to take you from the hotel to any restaurant I think it soemthing we don’t see back at home

In our opinion the hotel is not a four star however its a good 3+. The reception area and bar is pleasant and welcoming and the staff are very accommodating

Basic but clean and comfortable room. Lovely pools with plenty of space, never a struggle to get sun beds. Brilliant location on the beach, it’s with a walk to alkyes for pretty restaurants by the sea

Our room was tried and in need of modernisation the bathroom is very small with a shower over the bath not the best as personnel preference would be a shower only but the room did have a sea view and balcony

The best part about this hotel is the location, perfect for famillies. The beach is a stones throw and the local restaurants and bars are a 5 min walk if that. The bus stop into Zante old town is also in a 5 min walk

Breakfast was spectacular and the receptionist Ruth, always had a smile on her face and answered all our questions. Highly recommend staying here! We will be back!

Nice clean room, close to the downtown with many shopping and eating options. The hotel had a great breakfast. The pool was great as well.

This hotel was perfect for our family vacation. Everybody was so accommodating with our 1 year old and make us feel comfortable

We were upgraded to Family Room ( it was spacious), cleaned every day, safe available free of charge. The lady from the reception extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was the same each day but didn’t bother us

The room was perfect, the views are incredible, and you’re within walking distance of the beach and all sorts of restaurant's. specifically Heat Wave (our favorite place)

My son loved the pools and the ham toasties! Staff were friendly, it was a short walk down to the beach and the tv had internet so we could watch something whilst taking a break out of the hot sun! From our room we had a view of the sun rising each morning which was lovely to sit and watch ☀️

The location is very nice (hillside location with sea view) and there are some cute corners on the grounds, but unfortunately it seems a bit old (cushions by the pool and the furniture on the balconies) and not very well maintained

Nice and Kind hospitality, rooms are clean and you have all the equipment in a small kitchen. The room in the 1st floor was very small also the bath. The pool is amazing with nice view

The price per night is fair and lower compared to other locations. It has free parking, wifi and breakfast

the hairdryer, iron and some small accessories are missing but otherwise good structure

There is a lack of attention to detail. The rooms seem very cramped due to the small windows and the dark wooden furniture. The bathroom was also very small

It's inconvenient to climb up, there are two floors, and the bathrooms are very uncomfortable and leak water from the toilet

Booked a late deals here for 5 nights beginning of August, we was met on arrival by Stabri who was extremely welcoming and has us booked in and in the room within 10 minutes also met Vasso a couple of times who again was also very welcoming and always happy to chat ,, Angelo behind the bar runs it very well , doesn't seem to stop at all , food and drinks all very good , we also did the bbq night...

We arrived quite late on Saturday night and manageress was there to greet us. We had a couple of minor issues with room but staff couldn’t have been more helpful, friendly and nothing too much trouble

Icing on the cake was requesting a couple of wine glasses for room and they arrived along with a chilled complimentary bottle of wine to “refresh” the glasses

I have just returned from a 2 week stay at Giannis and can honestly say that it was a thoroughly enjoyable stay The complex and rooms were spotless and nothing was too much trouble from Angelo the bar manager and Vaso the complex manager

I can see already why they get frequent “returning” visitors given the warm and friendly welcome. This doesn’t profess to be a 5 star establishment and it isn’t but service has been 5 star up to now

Our apartment was very clean and comfortable. Angelo run a well stocked bar he was very helpful and accommodating and an excellent chef. Steph was also very friendly along with the housekeeper

Anthi has a reception area with car rental, boat hire, excursions all very well priced this part is run by her son who is lovely also and very kind and helpful. We will see you all again next year same time

Our room had a spotless fridge freezer and kitchen with cups, plates, cutlery, pans for cooking on our 2 hob, hob. The bathroom extremely clean beautiful shower , sink etc

Beds were comfy pillows are unrealy soft sheets cleaned Dailey as is the room. Air con is a must hear in the hot times and is encluded. I cannot fault this beautiful accommodation

We came for our honeymoon we were greeted with love and kindness Anthi is a beautiful soul works extremely hard and nothing is too much to ask

rooms and playground are bit "old" instead access close to sea. not big chose of food but stuff it's really friendly, 2 pools in front of hotel one for kids one for adults. were there just 2 days would like to come back

The staff were extremely welcoming and came to meet us from the taxi. Check in was seamless, we already knew it was extra for aircon as the booking told us so, so not sure why people think it’s unexpected

We arrived just in time for the Greek night and were welcomed to a table. The room was okay, very dark, but with a nice Mountain View

The rooms were excellent for our needs, clean daily , The staff were also excellent, give a shout out to Maria on reception, Miri behind the bar and not forgetting Niko. Had a great time and have booked for next year.

Air con and safe were extras to be aware of. Nicos bar at the hotel served great food and the Greek night was a lot of fun. Perfect location for a stroll into Alykanas where there are lots of bars and restaurants

The breakfast served in your room was very delicious and also the menu for ordering lunch was so good with very low prices! The room itself had a magical view over the garden area to the sea with a beautiful interior and the beach was superb with the cleanest water! If you wish for a private boat tour, direct pick up and drop off is also available

Right by the water, great sea view. Swim every day, the cruise ship I booked is also picked up at the pier at the door, the breakfast is very rich 😀 Very pleasant experience

You can see the beautiful sunrise every morning when you wake up! There are also two cute kittens in the hotel, both of which look like cow cats, super lazy and cute! What I want to praise most is that the hotel staff are really good and nice

We had an amazing stay! As a family of four, I originally booked a two-bedroom ocean-view but was upgraded to a stunning three-bedroom one. The villa was absolutely beautiful, and we enjoyed every moment there

We celebrated our wedding anniversary. Comfort was having a good night rest and the Greek style bed did not disappoint lovely comfortable pillows. The view while having breakfast on the balcony is so relaxing

The pool was big and clean, the sun beds too, crystal clear water, amazing private beach with a terrace, very clean renovated rooms with everyday cleaning, good wifi, very nice people working there and willing to help

Dennis the owner is fantastic and very accommodating. Facilities are good and clean with spacious rooms. Breakfast and dinner are great too. The beachfront is great for snorkeling with clear water

We also got recommendations for day trips and boat tours, which were amazing. We had a junior suite, very clean and nicely furnished. Best thing you can do is discover local tavernas for dinner

We arrived very late in the evening but the owner ordered us dinner and also we had to leave to the airport late afternoon and we were allowed to stay in our room until we had to go

I hade a great week but we had small ants in our room and the food wasn't awesome but the service was great and I honestly hade one of the best week ever :)!

There are two adult pools, one childs paddling pool and the sea right outside with shower and toilets near by, making poolside days easier. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere so very peaceful

Hotel is a bit far out and off the beaten tra can sit by the sea. There is a small jetty to sea, 2 levels of pools. A beautiful view across the sea looking towards Kefilonia

Great place to stay, great views, the location is peaceful and not too far from tsilivi taxis are cheap 11 euros each way, food is quality and tasty, staff always happy to help, front of house always willing to help especially Kostas no problem is too big for him, will tell you the best places to go and see, eat, best photo opportunities, they offer car, ATVs push bikes for hire and a local bus runs...

Getting a taxi back is easy too as most drivers speak some English or you can show them the location you want on your phone! Although there was no evening entertainment music is played quietly in the back ground so a relaxing evening playing cards or chatting can be had at the bar which had a good selection of drinks available

There is a bus twice a day from the end of the road or you can get a taxi 11€ or ask if the hotel driver can taxi you to the nearest town - or 24€ to get to Zante town

Beautiful hotel and excellent staff, especially Kostas, Vasilikos and Christine, who along with the restaurant staff made sure we felt comfortable and at home! Looking at previous reviews, it’s good to see that the negative points were taken as constructive criticism and have been worked on

The breakfast and evening buffet are well stocked with a huge variety of good quality fresh items and you can order off the restraunt menu if you desire. Good selection of cocktails, wines and champagne

The staff and managers are so professional and welcoming. The rooms are amazing with their own pools. The only thing I would try to improve is the food in the all-inclusive restaurant

Loved this hotel! Had our own swimming pool! Breakfast was great and staff were helpful too. Beach is 5 minutes walk and there is a separate swimming pool for everyone to use with a cafe and bar next to the pool. 👌

There are some issues with certain rooms having broken showers and making weird noises throughout the night which do keep you up, unfortunately we didn’t complain about this so mainly our fault! Otherwise I highly recommend this place as the staff at the pool side bar were amazing and soo friendly and genuinely lovely!

Great place and a great atmosphere! Having a room with your own pool and access to a shared pool as well as having a beach close by was amazing. The beach is more a pebble/ stone beach so it’s not sandy

The food, which is cooked by the owner's wife, is the best I ate in Zakynthos! You can really feel the love and care in the way the food is cooking, and I especially appreciated the traditional menus

Very helpful staff, the rooms are nice and clean. The pool is big with many sunbeds. There is a small pool bar that sells ice creams and drinks. The breakfast was good with a selection of bacon, eggs, Greek yogurt etc

Every day there is a traditional Greek food in the menu and the bar is also pretty cheap in comparison with hotels we have visited before. So obviously I recommend it to the guy who is reading this review right now👍

A friend of mine recommended me this hotel because of its beneficial location (near to the town and the beach) but for someone who wants to eat Greek cuisine but also relax in not so crowded pool it is perfect

Located on a mountain in Zakynthos Island, the hotel has very complete facilities, very large rooms, rich breakfast, and very attentive service. The only downside is the remote location.

The hotel is only 20-30 minutes away from the airport and i never saw anything dirty in this hotel! They keep everything clean including kitchen,pools and the sea shore

We had the same swim up room with sea view as the year before. We love this place. Tasty food and helpful staff, everything was perfect!

The personnel is very nice and they are friendly and communicative with the visitors. Rooms are very ideal and have most of all basic accessories for your stay. Their wifi system is perfect as well
