The best part about this hotel is the location, perfect for famillies. The beach is a stones throw and the local restaurants and bars are a 5 min walk if that. The bus stop into Zante old town is also in a 5 min walk

Basic but clean and comfortable room. Lovely pools with plenty of space, never a struggle to get sun beds. Brilliant location on the beach, it’s with a walk to alkyes for pretty restaurants by the sea

The complex itself is in a great location and the pools are good with a lovely beach on your doorstep

we managed fine by taking cutlery from breakfast and buying disposable plates from the shop. We got to see a turtle swimming around the harbour and hired a boat from golden dolphin for the day which was brilliant

Took it around the coast to see the ship wreck. Lots of swimming and even spotted a turtle on our way back which was a highlight. I would definitely return here

This hotel was perfect for our family vacation. Everybody was so accommodating with our 1 year old and make us feel comfortable

The room was perfect, the views are incredible, and you’re within walking distance of the beach and all sorts of restaurant's. specifically Heat Wave (our favorite place)

Location - just a short walk down to the crossroads where you can find really good restaurants (Relax & Fidelio) and a stop of at the Iris bar for a nightcap on your way back. Just 10 minutes from the beach

Quiet location away from hustle and bustle. Good breakfasts with lots of options, dinners however need improvement

My son loved the pools and the ham toasties! Staff were friendly, it was a short walk down to the beach and the tv had internet so we could watch something whilst taking a break out of the hot sun! From our room we had a view of the sun rising each morning which was lovely to sit and watch ☀️

We were upgraded to Family Room ( it was spacious), cleaned every day, safe available free of charge. The lady from the reception extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was the same each day but didn’t bother us

We never had an evening meal but would imagine it being very good going off the lunch quality. Have booked to go back next year. Great location about a 10/15 minute walk into a great little village

Went to the clio to meet friends who were staying there. Nice atmosphere and bar, good location looking out up to the hills

Pros: The location was perfect, as well as the pool and the views. Cons: The bathroom was too old and outdated, the beds were uncomfortable.

The price per night is fair and lower compared to other locations. It has free parking, wifi and breakfast

The location is very nice (hillside location with sea view) and there are some cute corners on the grounds, but unfortunately it seems a bit old (cushions by the pool and the furniture on the balconies) and not very well maintained

Nice and Kind hospitality, rooms are clean and you have all the equipment in a small kitchen. The room in the 1st floor was very small also the bath. The pool is amazing with nice view

the hairdryer, iron and some small accessories are missing but otherwise good structure

Since I didn't feel comfortable in the room at all, I asked for a cancellation. The owner was very understanding and generous and let me cancel for free on the day of arrival

We did a boat tour around half of the island and found that the hotel is not too far from Xigia Sulfur Beach and the Blue Caves which (in my opinion) are worth seeing the most of all things on the island, so the location of the hotel is amazing

The people working here (no matter if it was the people at the reception, the cleaners or the staff of the restaurant) always tried their best to make our stay as pleasant as possible and we always felt comfortable around either one of them

As a Hotel guest you receive a 10% discount on everything and after staying a few days we realised that other restaurants around aren’t really any cheaper and the food was often not as good as the food offered in the hotel restaurant, so we came to eat often

The Hotel makes sure that even if your room doesn’t have the Pool or Ocean View, you still get a decent nice view from the balconies on the ground floor by taking good care of a nice little garden part outside of the building

Our room got cleaned every day, we got provided with fresh towels, toilet paper, new coffee and cups and neat sheets every time. When there were any minor issues the Staff at the reception instantly made sure to solve it

rooms and playground are bit "old" instead access close to sea. not big chose of food but stuff it's really friendly, 2 pools in front of hotel one for kids one for adults. were there just 2 days would like to come back

Been visiting here for many years, atmosphere has definitely changed now. A lot of work required to bring it back up to scratch. It will be fully AI next year.

The walk to the main street was about 5 minutes and to the beach about 10 to 15 minutes. The hotel and location were perfect but the stars here go to the family, thank you all for making our stay so special xx

The pool bar served drinks and food for most of the day. We stayed in the newer block would definitely recommend as up to date and fresh. Maids came every day and towels regularly changed

We were very well looked after by Andi, Dennis, Costas, Doreen and Padohara, not forgetting our maid Mimosa who was great fun and on occasion giving a hug and a flower from the garden

The hospitality is second to none, we were self catering but ate in Nicko’s each day as it was so good

Because we have to rush to catch the ferry in the morning, we don’t have time to eat breakfast, but they still provide us with excellent sandwiches and coffee in the morning🥺🥺🥺Highly recommended hotel

The breakfast served in your room was very delicious and also the menu for ordering lunch was so good with very low prices! The room itself had a magical view over the garden area to the sea with a beautiful interior and the beach was superb with the cleanest water! If you wish for a private boat tour, direct pick up and drop off is also available

You can see the beautiful sunrise every morning when you wake up! There are also two cute kittens in the hotel, both of which look like cow cats, super lazy and cute! What I want to praise most is that the hotel staff are really good and nice

The room is a large open space with no partitions in the middle and no bedroom or living room layout, but it is well decorated and relatively sophisticated

We had an amazing stay! As a family of four, I originally booked a two-bedroom ocean-view but was upgraded to a stunning three-bedroom one. The villa was absolutely beautiful, and we enjoyed every moment there

We celebrated our wedding anniversary. Comfort was having a good night rest and the Greek style bed did not disappoint lovely comfortable pillows. The view while having breakfast on the balcony is so relaxing

We rented a car to get around which was necessary because the location is quite remote, but that was what we wanted. It's a nice, quiet location

Dennis the owner is fantastic and very accommodating. Facilities are good and clean with spacious rooms. Breakfast and dinner are great too. The beachfront is great for snorkeling with clear water

We also got recommendations for day trips and boat tours, which were amazing. We had a junior suite, very clean and nicely furnished. Best thing you can do is discover local tavernas for dinner

We arrived very late in the evening but the owner ordered us dinner and also we had to leave to the airport late afternoon and we were allowed to stay in our room until we had to go

Great place to stay, great views, the location is peaceful and not too far from tsilivi taxis are cheap 11 euros each way, food is quality and tasty, staff always happy to help, front of house always willing to help especially Kostas no problem is too big for him, will tell you the best places to go and see, eat, best photo opportunities, they offer car, ATVs push bikes for hire and a local bus runs...

There are two adult pools, one childs paddling pool and the sea right outside with shower and toilets near by, making poolside days easier. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere so very peaceful

Getting a taxi back is easy too as most drivers speak some English or you can show them the location you want on your phone! Although there was no evening entertainment music is played quietly in the back ground so a relaxing evening playing cards or chatting can be had at the bar which had a good selection of drinks available

There is a bus twice a day from the end of the road or you can get a taxi 11€ or ask if the hotel driver can taxi you to the nearest town - or 24€ to get to Zante town

We stayed at the start of the season so it was quiet and a few problems popped up but were dealt with quickly. The staff were great, always happy and helpful

Beautiful hotel and excellent staff, especially Kostas, Vasilikos and Christine, who along with the restaurant staff made sure we felt comfortable and at home! Looking at previous reviews, it’s good to see that the negative points were taken as constructive criticism and have been worked on

The breakfast and evening buffet are well stocked with a huge variety of good quality fresh items and you can order off the restraunt menu if you desire. Good selection of cocktails, wines and champagne

The staff and managers are so professional and welcoming. The rooms are amazing with their own pools. The only thing I would try to improve is the food in the all-inclusive restaurant

Very helpful staff, the rooms are nice and clean. The pool is big with many sunbeds. There is a small pool bar that sells ice creams and drinks. The breakfast was good with a selection of bacon, eggs, Greek yogurt etc

Every day there is a traditional Greek food in the menu and the bar is also pretty cheap in comparison with hotels we have visited before. So obviously I recommend it to the guy who is reading this review right now👍

This is an amazing place in the middle of an olive grove for relaxing holidays away from the urban bustle. The owners are very helpful, and the food in their restaurant is great!

Everyone was very kind and communicative with the children. The animators also did their best to involve everyone, and for those who preferred peace and quiet, there was always a calm pool area to relax at

Cleaners forgot to give us clean towels & toilet rolls on a couple of occasions Generic all inclusive food - however the Chinese & Greek restaurants are great! The snack bars are located in convenient locations with quality alcohol, I recommend a gin and tonic for the heat. The ice cream is delicious and high-quality with a wide variety of flavors

There are also sandwiches, pizzas, hot dogs, salads, fruits. You can easily get a ring a car from the hotel. They clean the rooms every day, everywhere is extremely clean

Excellent family holiday in October half term. Staff extremely friendly and nothing seems to much trouble, hotel was very clean. On arrival booking in was made very easy and welcoming

Food was enjoyable with a good variety. Our fussy eaters ate well everyday. Snack bar at the water park does wrapped sandwiches and salads and make the ideal take away for the beach days

We spent a lovely week here at the end of Sept/beginning of Oct 22. Location was good, rooms were even better and the food was really good too! Fantastic that guests are able to use all 3 hotels and the water park

Soft drinks are like rola cola but drinkable. Swim up room pools are NOT heated but once in the water you can spend plenty of time in there

It was my wife’s birthday and I asked if they could help with a cake, when we came down for dinner a whole party with hats, cake and decorations had been laid on for us, in an hour! Amazing! Highly recommended

Great service in this family run hotel. It is a bit of a walk down the hill to get to the beach, shops or restaurants. If you plan on hiring a car then owner can advise you as he did us of a few places to go
