Absolutely fantastic!
The staff was so welcoming and lovely, it felt like home! Everyone was so nice and friendly, which made the stay even better!
The rooms are the whole hotel are very clean and very quiet! We stayed for 7 days and i wish we stayed more.
In the end, we received a magnet gift to remember them by. It was absolutely heartwarming the way the hotel treated the guests.
The pool was very clean and the water was warm, absolutely amazing! The breakfast is very delicious and the bar makes amazing drinks!
There is a gym as well, which i love to use during my stay!
Definitely recommend!

I really don't see why everyone likes it maybe because they have lowered their expectations. 😃
Let's start with that they gave us the wrong room claiming it's a better one with their fake positivity looks.
The room was dirty and very used out.
Breakfast is nothing special to be honest.
Definitely would not recommend it to anyone.

A very cozy place to stay, with pool and spacious room. We stay 4 days and every day we go on Asprovalda Beach and on the pool in the afternoon. It's about 3 km distance by Asprovalda town, but you can rent bikes direct from location,for trip to beach. Enough place for parking, which it's free. The offer only breakfast, but in Asprovalda it many stores and 2 medium supermarkets (Bazar and Discount). We recommend it

After a superb trip last year, we decided to return again for summer 23. Unfortunately standard's have slipped and we were disappointed in our stay.
-We were asked to return a towel to the room, since hotel towels are not for pool use, whilst relaxing in the pool.
-Asked to remove pillows and soft furniture if we decide to eat at the poolside restaurant tables.
-The children's area we had to remove coffee cups and cigarettes / ash tray each morning from staff breaks.
-The breakfast is cold, not fresh and we can only assume prepared the night before. Chilled cold fried eggs?
-Complimentary tips for cleaners is not a good place to leave next to the companies own branded wine. It isn't complimentary and there isn't a price list for the bottle in the room.
The hotel however is very clean, the majority of staff very professional and the location is great for the beaches and local town / supermarkets. We appreciate the hotel is well kept and precious but its nice to remember respectful paying guests are there on holiday and to relax.

I don’t know were to start from ❗️ I was very disappointed by the service ❗️ first rooms and showers are small ! Doesn’t look like in the photos !
Second they do not provide swimming pool towels you have to pay them for them to give you !
3 stairs are extremely dangerous for children! They don’t allow you to take a towel from the room even if swimming pool is literally 1 step away from your room !
Parking extremely small not comfortable for big cars and also not covered but open and the sun can kill you when you go inside the car!
Food I ordered chicken soup for my son with no chicken but dust chicken 🤣 literally she said dust 🤣
And for my self vegetable soup they said vegetarian but it was only noodle’s inside 🤣
And coffee I waited 10 15 min for coffe and it tasted like water ❗️❗️❗️
Seriously do not waste your money there I would pay for this place 80€ max ❗️
Their kids fun place inside works till 9 and if it’s raining you have to stay inside the room with your child and it doesn’t feel like holiday ❗️
Food is very bad as well ❗️

It is sooo nice place to stay in Asprovalta! Good for family with children. Very clean, green backyard. Helpful and friendly stuff, modern building. Our room was not big, but very comfortable. We like it! Thank you!
