Had a very enjoyable week at this hotel Views from the hotel and room were absolutely stunning. I often couldn't concentrate on my book because I was too busy enjoying the view. We stayed in an economy room which was down near the carpark. It had everything that we needed with comfortable beds, a great shower and a huge fridge. AC and WiFi worked well. Hotel is spotlessly clean and all staff are so efficient, helpful and welcoming. We were half board and thoroughly enjoyed breakfast and dinner. There were plenty of different choices and all dishes were really good. My son has food allergies and the chef took the time to come out every night to show us what dishes he could have. My son said he didn't know food could be so good! Snack bar was great too. Yes, the walk to the hotel from the beaches is steep but they will taxi you up and down in the mini bus if you want. The young man who drives the mini bus saw us walking along the road in the heat and kindly turned round to pick us up. Would definitely recommend a stay here. Thank you to all the staff for making our holiday so enjoyable.

Cleanliness was good, but not at the highest level. We had to climb on top of the hill. Maybe there's and option to accommodate people with children at a lowest level and not needing to walk all the way up. Food was excellent with loads of variety. Vegan options could be better . Restaurant staff is very friendly, reception team could improve friendliness. Prices are super high on the entire island. Going out on a day trip we arrived up north where the signal is so bad due to Albanian borders and we have not been warned at the reception. I think it should be told to tourists that traveling up north can be tricky with the internet signal.

Everything was OK except one thing. This hotel is absolutely NOT suitable for anyone, of any age, with mobility issues. Do not stay here; very steep paths, steps and no lift. In the heat it’s very unpleasant. Nice hotel, shame about it clinging to the foot of a mountain.

Fabulously relaxing holiday. Room was well appointed With a really comfortable bed, excellent shower and bathroom and a stunning view. TV you can cast your Apps to and an excellent Wi-Fkc it Quick and easy check- in and then a lift to the room with luggage. We were after midnight so the walking up the steps element was unapparent till the next day! Ok It’s steep but the views are the payoff- you get used to it and there is always cheery Nandy and his shuttle service to take the strain now and again! The breakfasts and dinner offering was great. Always hot and always something for everyone, plus salads and breads. Pool is quite cold but as we got the the 30• + heat towards the end of the week it was a welcome - it was spotless as was the rest of the hotel. The modern sleek reception and bar are a pleasure to be in. Staff - the most excellent friendly and efficient staff EVER! Maria and Thannos, Carla, Alice and Manos looked after us so well all week. Usually in Greece you expect an element of laid back service, not at the Pantokrator. Service was quick and courteous, the team work is always apparent. There are so many islands and places to visit in Greece but we will definitely return to this hotel and Barbati . 6 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We are here on holiday as I write. Staying in an Economy room that is so well equipped. Beautiful hotel gardens, excellent gym, pool. Staff are marvellous so kind and welcoming. This hotel is so well ran by the family owners. All the staff are happy. I would strongly recommend. Food is plentiful and delicious. Great selection every day. Spotless hotel. Transport provided to main road by Nandy the driver. Shout out to receptionist with History degree, charming, knowledgeable, funny and helpful. Bus stop on main road, so easy to trip about yourself.

Quiet hotel which suited us. Clean and comfortable. Staff were lovely and friendly. Buffet restaurant with a variety of salads, hot food, fruits and cheeses. The pool area was clean and quiet. A bus stop at the bottom of the road to access Corfu Town or the North East of the island. A little cove was discovered nearby which was gorgeous and a bonus!

We’ve just returned from an incredible stay at this beautiful hotel in Corfu and honestly, we didn’t want to leave. From start to finish, everything was perfect. The staff were truly exceptional – special mention must go to Manos at the pool bar, who made our days extra special with his friendly service and great conversation, and Thanos from the evening bar, who brought such warmth and energy to every evening. Maria, our waitress, was the epitome of hospitality – attentive, kind, and always smiling. We stayed in a standard room, which was spotless, modern, and surprisingly spacious. The rooms were cleaned every single day to a high standard, which really added to the comfort of our stay. The food was delicious – fresh, varied, and beautifully prepared – and we found ourselves not even wanting to leave the resort because it had everything we needed for the perfect holiday. Although this hotel is officially rated as 3 stars, it easily meets – and in some ways exceeds – the quality of a 4-star resort. It’s an ideal getaway for couples of all ages, and families whether you’re looking to relax, soak up the sun, or enjoy fantastic hospitality. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay unforgettable! Kerry & Michael

This was our second time here after last visiting in 2022. First of all the hotel is located atop a rather steep hill and the rooms are located on various terraces so those with disabilities please think again about booking. The hotel does supply a bus up and down to the village. Staff are fabulous especially Manos at the poolside bar and Maria in the restaurant. Food was acceptable although Luke warm at both breakfast and dinner and there is little to no "Greek" food which is disappointing, however there is plenty of it. Poolside bar had a good menu and is very reasonably priced and Manos is always on hand to help. Plenty of sunbeds and shades. Pool is large but is not heated so in the really hot months you'll love it. Rooms are not as advertised or as we booked which was a big disappointment as we had fab rooms when we last stayed but I think the "nicer rooms" are kept for Tui or their booked walking tour customers. Saying that the rooms were clean and had everything you needed although my bed was absolutely awful. But as I booked directly with the hotel was expecting something more than we had.

The restaurant and bar staff are lovely but that still does not make up for the state of the room. The pictures of the Superior Room on the hotel website are misleading. The pictures attached show the grim reality of their Superior Rooms. I spoke to the front desk who told me that "yes, your room is superior but all rooms are different" Luckily we were just staying for 2 nights. Add to this: • no hot water on both days (front desk said the water situation impacted everyone as if she thought that made us feel better • tiny bathroom • no sound proofing in the room. It's possible to hear everything in the adjoining room • clothes storage that was just an open shelf unit • no extra bed (we didn’t need one but the website said it had one” • standard domestic fridge in the room that made a racket • no tea / coffee making facilities (well, unless you consider three packets of Green Tea (nothing else) to nail that feature) The room was tired. The one piece of furniture was cracked and splitting where the cheap MDF material had got damp. We strongly believe it is the worst hotel bedroom we have ever experienced. But as I said at the start. The restaurant team and bar team were delightful.

Had a lovely weeks holiday with my husband in September 2024. The weather was a mix bag.
The staff are lovely and friendly, our room was clean we had a beautiful view of the sea and mountains.
We found the hotel quiet and not much to do surrounding us.
The beach is pebbled,shoes required.
My fault with the hotel was people smoking whilst we are eating our meals.
Ashtrays need to be removed.
Don't underestimate the steep hill to your hotel. oxygen tank may be required, and it's steep 😀🤣
I felt they didn't really cater for people with Ceoliac disease or have lactose free milk, and neither did the small supermarket next door.
We enjoyed our break, but Barbati was too quiet for us.
