We booked the premium double room, and we got nothing close to what was pictured on the website. The picture shows the real bathroom our room was offering.
The first two nights we were assigned a temporary triple room which was very bad, and we were told that we got an upgrade(?).
The transition to the other room was not smooth which led us to delay for our boat trip, which we had booked in advance.
There was a constant smell like public restrooms in the room if we kept the windows closed.
The view, the breakfast, and the friendly stuff were the best.
Unfortunately, I would not recommend it, and the main reason is the misleading pictures of the rooms on the website.

The Pantokrator Hotel is a no-frills, good quality hotel with spectacular views and provides everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. Our rooms had air conditioning, a fridge to store drinks, comfortable beds and basic shower rooms - everything worked fine with no issues. Each room had a small balcony with a stunning sea view. The hotel is exceptionally clean and well maintained with a lovely pool area. There were lots of different types of sun loungers for relaxing, with a large swimming pool and smaller paddling pool. There is a large restaurant with outdoor terrace and pool side snack bar selling food and drink at reasonable prices. There is also a small gym for the holiday fitness fanatic, which is quite well equipped. We stayed half board and the food at breakfast and in the evening was plentiful, fresh with a good variety of choices. The hotel provides free WiFi which worked fine both in our rooms and around the pool. The hotel is perched on the side of a mountain and the rooms are laid out in a series of terraces above the main reception and restaurant building. You need to be prepared to walk up lots of steps or steep slopes to get to your room, so the hotel is not suitable for those with mobility issues. There is a free shuttle service which will take you between your room and the main road but we didn’t bother with this. All in all we had a lovely stay at the hotel, the staff are great and provided excellent service - 5 stars.

This is an amazing hotel. It feel much more than a 3 star. It is beautifully designed and feels very boutique. The pool area and views are stunning, the food was really nice and the whole place felt very relaxed. The best thing about it though was the staff. They were all lovely but especially Maria from the bar/restaurant who was so sweet with my little boy. Highly recommended.

The hotel is cosy, and surrounded by mountains, and from room balcony you can see sea. Hotel looks like small village and not overcrowded at all. Rooms are simple but nice.
Stuff in reception and restaurant are pleasant and food is good.
Downhill half a kilometre aside there is nice beach.
For old people or people with children theres downside climbing to you room teraces.
Orher than that, down the street theres no sidewalks for pedestrian.
And to swim, better take swiming shoes, because it is stony.
In the restaurant in evenings drinks are payable.
We recomend to rent a car to know island more, which is beautiful, with sightseeng and beautiful old small villages (Old Perithia, etc)
Bus goes every day to Kerkyra (nice oldtown and parks).

Great hotel with all rooms having a view on the sea. Located high but with parking possibilities for skilled drivers. Breakfasts are tasty, diverse and generous.

The hotel is extremely clean throughout and has a wonderful pool area. There are more than enough sunbeds for everyone and the pool bar is very well priced. The sunbeds are comfy and the poolside is relaxing. Shout out to the staff on the pool bar as they have been so welcoming and attentive throughout our stay. We didn't eat there of an evening but the breakfast had a very good seldction. Tbe food at the pool bar was also very good. Our room was upgraded when we arrived and was a very good standard for greece, including a king size bed and smart TV! The hotel is placed on a hill but we were warned of this on every website so it wasn't a shock to us. There is a free shuttle bus up and down the hill to help out too. Overall a wonderful stay.

The hotel is clean, the food is fresh. But dont be mistaken, you are not allowed to eat or drink anything around the hotel unless purchased from the hotel. We went half board, the breakfast is a good selection, the evening meal never changed in 10 days, maybe 1 dish different. To get around you will need to take the bus which is an hour to get anywhere!. The hills up and down are no joke so be prepared. Corfu town, so expenaive to eat and drink,.the people are not particularly friendly in this country either. £120 euros for 2 people to go on a boat trip 3 hours there and back again, just to spend an hour in the sea if you wish and then an hour in a town, also mega expensive!. Its all a captured audiance. No snacks of an evening you have to climb up and fown to shops to get anything. I really did feel its not worth the money anymore.

The hotel advertises a superior room with beautiful photos on their website. In reality, we were placed in a room that looked completely different and more like a hostel. In particular, the shower had a plastic curtain and broken shelves. Our room didn’t even look like a standard one. We asked the reception to change our room, but they told us that this was a superior room and that all rooms just look different. They also said the hotel was fully booked and couldn’t offer us another room. Later, we overheard another couple complaining about the same issue and receiving the exact same response. In the end, the hotel sells more expensive rooms but accommodates guests in the cheapest ones. Very disappointing experience.

Had a very enjoyable week at this hotel Views from the hotel and room were absolutely stunning. I often couldn't concentrate on my book because I was too busy enjoying the view. We stayed in an economy room which was down near the carpark. It had everything that we needed with comfortable beds, a great shower and a huge fridge. AC and WiFi worked well. Hotel is spotlessly clean and all staff are so efficient, helpful and welcoming. We were half board and thoroughly enjoyed breakfast and dinner. There were plenty of different choices and all dishes were really good. My son has food allergies and the chef took the time to come out every night to show us what dishes he could have. My son said he didn't know food could be so good! Snack bar was great too. Yes, the walk to the hotel from the beaches is steep but they will taxi you up and down in the mini bus if you want. The young man who drives the mini bus saw us walking along the road in the heat and kindly turned round to pick us up. Would definitely recommend a stay here. Thank you to all the staff for making our holiday so enjoyable.

Cleanliness was good, but not at the highest level. We had to climb on top of the hill. Maybe there's and option to accommodate people with children at a lowest level and not needing to walk all the way up. Food was excellent with loads of variety. Vegan options could be better . Restaurant staff is very friendly, reception team could improve friendliness. Prices are super high on the entire island. Going out on a day trip we arrived up north where the signal is so bad due to Albanian borders and we have not been warned at the reception. I think it should be told to tourists that traveling up north can be tricky with the internet signal.
