Had a wonderful stay here! The room was neat and big enough, very clean. The staf was very helpful and so friendly.

I stayed at Costa Point Kiosk Hotel on August 30. Although I had booked a kiosk room, the room I was given was much smaller. It was in the attic with only one tiny window that couldn’t be opened, and the view was directly facing an air conditioner, which made the room very uncomfortable.
In addition, upon check-in I was asked to pay an extra €2 per day, which they said was a tax. This charge was not clearly stated before and felt misleading, damaging my trust in the hotel.
Because of the poor room conditions and the unexpected extra charges, I cannot recommend this hotel. There are certainly more comfortable and trustworthy options available.

The bathroom in the economy room was a bit challenging. But the location is great and for the reception 5 stars ❤️🇬🇷

Centrally located in the port. You can walk everywhere.
There is free public parking on the side of the back streets
Good cleaning
- The double bed is on the upper floor and the stairs are very narrow; very steep; the steps are very narrow; The side stair railing is shaking. Since the bed is completely white on both sides, the head hits the low wall protrusions that cannot be noticed when getting out of bed
- The sofa bed on the lower floor for the third person is very short and has uncomfortable upholstery.
- It gets a lot of noise because it is right on the road
- You can only go up to the floor of the rooms from the entrance by stairs; there is no elevator.

This hotel is the exact definition of price/performance. Prices are fair and the location is just great. Port, restaurants, bars and cafes are all within 10 minute walking distance. Some are just a few minutes away. I came to Chios with my own car and never had any problem to park my car. Usually found a space within 50m distance which is very acceptable. Note that i visted here on mid of September so it could be considered as an off season. It might be trouble
to park the car in high season. Reception ladies are very helpful. Rooms are sufficient. Overall it was a pleasent experience and i would really recommend Costa Point Chios to everyone.

When we were planning a holiday with friends, we found Costa Point by chance on the internet. We realized that the comments were positive. We were really pleased. The young ladies at the reception were very sweet. While we were in Chios, we wanted to join the Tavern and it was important for us that it was both economical and beautiful. The sweet receptionist helped us a lot with this. We got full marks from us for the hotel's location, staff and cleanliness. Thank you for everything.

Hotel's location is very nice, walking distance from the ferry and the Chios center. We had access on foot to restaurants, cafes, bars. Receptionists are very heplfull and kind 👌The room we stayed was very small, that was a bit uncomfortable. This room for example is not suitable for the families with a child. The hotel is clean, cleaning was done every day.

We really enjoyed our stay. Hotel's location is very easy. We had access on foot to anything we needed. Receptionists are very heplfull, kind and hospitable. The room we stayed was a loft, had mini kitchen, living area and the bedroom was upstairs. We had our room cleaned everyday. We had a port view in our room and we really liked it. Receptionists answered every question we asked with patience and they were so sincere. Totally recommending.

The staff at costa point were extremely nice and attentive to our needs. I appreciated that they came and cleaned my room every day and provided fresh linen and towels everyday.
