Waiting on staff at breakfast were really good. We didn’t eat at the restaurant for any other meals. If we were to return to this area we would definitely stay again. Thank you for making our first trip to Corfu so lovely.
Arrived on Husbands Birthday the 22nd September, but,surprisingly no acknowledgement of this from the hotel.
Booked seaview room that we paid extra for,and it was well worth the money as the views (3rd floor) exceptional.
B&b okay,nothing special food wise.. just what you would expect at a hotel but the dining room was ran efficiently.
Read so many wonderful things about the lovely staff,but sadly we did not see anything that made us think they were overly friendly or went out of their way to be helpful.
Reception staff not what we expected at all,and although certainly not rude,were not welcoming or warm.
Hotel bathroom badly in need of attention,but we were aware of that when booking.
Buses ran regularly to old town.. charming but expensive.
We were so looking forward to staying at Mon Repos after researching it,but personally would not stay here again 🙄 although we would say it has character. Just our experience did not meet expectations.
Great decor at reception and restaurant downstairs .
Downfall is the rooms definitely need updating.
Patched over nicely but falling apart.
It is definitely a basic room and the service is 4-4.5 * but great value for money ( as we compared our friends spending a lot more for not as nice as the other Palace down the road).
