Where to stay in Corfu Town

About 2 weeks ago I visited this hotel with my family and we had a very nice experience. The restaurant had a big buffet for breakfast and dinner with plenty of options and in general great food. The workers were very friendly and helpful, specifically Antonia, who would always greet us with a smile and would often recommend us beaches to visit. Stayed as part of a four-stop, family, holiday. Really liked the hotel, the location and the facilities. Our two rooms had access to a private pool, which was lovely. The private beach is lovely and not too crowded. Breakfast very busy and fairly chaotic with coffee machines way too slow to cope with demand. Didn't notice airport noise at all, from our side of the hotel.

We stayed for a week and really enjoyed our family holiday at Corfu Holiday Palace. For those who are afraid of aircraft noise, I would say that the next night you won't think so much about it. We paid a little extra for the superior sea view and the view is breathtaking. Every day good cleaning with fresh towels... well, you don't get that in every good hotel. Breakfast and dinner to suit all tastes...

After reading mixed online reviews about this hotel I was anxious if I had made the right choice in this hotel. But I loved it, the whole experience was better than I expected. I just want to give a special mention to the young man Samuel who works at the pool bar his customer service skills are amazing, he was so pleasant and couldn't do enough to help always with a smile on his face.

Had a great stay at the resort. The staff were very accommodating, the beach is amazing (sandy, long) with comfortable chairs. They get booked quickly but the staff made the effort to help us find a spot. Excellent accommodation in every respect. Built during the French period in Corfu, it sits by the old Venetian fortress, the [English] cricket pitch and the palace and gardens. Beautiful location for the beautiful people watching and great bars and tavernas. But there is a little extra Liston added tax because it's that bit extra special.

Awesome tastefully renovated hotel over looking the the square and old fort. We stayed only for one night but was the best stay we had up until that stage. Room and bathroom were compact but perfectly decorated, with a balcony overlooking the old town. Breakfast was great with best coffee I had for days. My review is not for the hotel, but the restaurant. We had lunch here on our last day, and were not disappointed at all. All the dishes we had were really good. Drinks too were well made. Loved the decor inside and out. Good food overall which is not touristy!

Good location. It is a 2 star hotel so don't expect any more than that. The price/quality for the room is ok, maybe a bit to steep.
