Reviews
The hotel is very well-rounded, with multiple restaurants serving delicious food. Whether you’re craving local cuisine or international dishes, each meal was a delight. The staff is exceptional — always attentive, friendly, and ready to help with anything you need. They truly go above and beyond to make your stay special.
One of the highlights was the breathtaking view from our room. I highly recommend booking a sea-view room for the ultimate experience.
If you’re looking for a place that combines luxury, comfort, and great hospitality, this is the hotel for you! I can’t wait to return!
Only a couple of bits of constructive feedback. First being the pool not being heated which means it was quite cold, which wasn't great for our young boy. Another area for improvement is that the beach area to side of the hotel feels a little neglected as its out the way. Was never very popular and not much going on there which is a shame!
Location wise, not loads to do around the hotel itself but we knew that in advance so not a huge issue. Very easy to get to from airport and for a trip into Corfu Town.
Not too big but still of a certain size, This resort has some great pools and facilities, and its location gives some incredible views of the island and across to Albania.
The buffet restaurant succeeds in providing high quality food every meal. Salad choices are excellent (the beetroot hummus in particular) while the cooked options are suitably varied and tasty.
The team are very friendly and very helpful, you feel genuinely welcomed!
I'd love a little more in the way of pool activities for the kids bit it's a minor request really.
I'll definitely return!
There was a great choice of food at every service. All the meals were very well prepared and tasted freshly cooked – there weren’t any meals that felt like they’d been left stewing all day like some all-inclusive buffets seem to suffer from.
The two additional specialist restaurants on-site are also very good, although we felt the Asian-styled restaurant was a better overall experience than the Greek one. There was a generally good selection of Greek-themed food in the main restaurant which made the additional Greek restaurant seem rather superfluous.
Also, we felt it would be nice if the restaurant choice was slightly more themed around one cuisine each evening, rather than mixing and matching each night.
The bar service and choice of drinks were also excellent. A good selection of quality cocktails and other drinks available throughout the day. The bar staff were attentive and hardworking, even though the daytime temperatures were very high during our stay.
There were ample sunbeds around both pools and the beach area. Every sunbed is of high quality, with solid wood and upholstered mattresses, which adds a level of luxury.
The animation team were very hardworking and friendly, and persuasive to join in without being intrusive!
The hotel is situated in its own large grounds, some way from the town centre and any other hotels. This is both an advantage and disadvantage. The lack of other hotels nearby means that they seem to not need wristbands or other indications that you’re from the hotel. It was nice to not have to spend two weeks with a fluorescent band on my wrist! It’s also spared from the noise and traffic that a hotel in a more central tourist location may suffer from. On the negative side, this means there’s very little to do that’s within walking distance from the hotel. Taxis and buses to the nearby town are readily available.
One relatively minor quibble: the choice of music in the bar and restaurants. This tended to be never-ending dance music covers in the bar areas and lounge-music style covers in the restaurants. If I never hear another classic pop song covered in a slow-paced lounge singer style again, it will be too soon! I’m not sure if it was a conscious decision by the hotel to play objectively bad music, and avoid playing subjectively good music that some people might hate!
Another thing to watch for: the hotel was renamed some time ago to “Kerkyra Blue” from “Kerkyra Golf”, but the old name remains in a lot of locations, including in one email we received from the hotel itself! This was particularly an issue when arranging bus transfers back to the hotel, as the bus stop serving the hotel is still labelled and known as “Kerkyra Golf”.
But overall, a very good and well-run hotel. I would not hesitate to recommend it.
I enjoyed the "Stretch" class outside facing the gorgeous views across the bay and really appreciated the fun and dancing at the kids Mini-discos.
I would highly recommend Kerkyra Blue Hotel N' Spa 💙
The staff are wonderful, really friendly but in a down to earth manner rather than forced.
The beds are as comfy as anywhere I've stayed (including home!)
Only 3 stars for location, however that's personal preference, as I like to walk somewhere for a change, and you can't really do that. However for balance, it is only a short 10/15min taxi to Corfu Town.
The only negative we had was the reserving of sunbeds, however I understand its hard to police, and happens everywhere.
Change-over days though it was far easier to get one.
Special mention to Georgia in main restaurant. A lovely lovely girl. Eleni misses you already!! X
The hotel is nicely decorated including the rooms which are nice and modern. The grounds of the hotel are landscaped and well maintained. Everywhere is kept spotlessly clean. There are two large pools plus a kids pool. There’s no need to reserve sun beds - there are always plenty available. We preferred those sun beds with the stunning views out across the water to the mountains and Albania.
We felt relaxed from the minute we arrived. The staff are all welcoming, friendly and helpful when required. Service is with a smile. There is no messing around at this hotel - the safe security box is included (no charge) and there is no messing around with deposits for towels etc.
The location is excellent. The site of the hotel is big enough to go for a stroll in the evening. At one side, you can watch the sunset from the beach or the jetty. From the other side, you have views towards the Old Town and the port with the huge cruise ships. The town itself is a short bus ride away.
The food at breakfast, lunch and dinner is excellent. There is plenty of variety (my only recommendation would be a little more variety on the fruit provided) and it is all cooked to such a high standard with lovely flavours. The large dining terrace has a lovely atmosphere especially in the evenings.
We travelled with our 20 month old toddler and she had a great time. There is a kids disco in the evening which is good fun. And there are activities during the day as well as a small play park.
We loved this hotel and have had such a great time. Thanks to the staff for helping make it such an enjoyable holiday.
