Kastalia Boutique Hotel

Upon arrival at the hotel, I was informed by the receptionist that for 2 out of the 3 reserved rooms, the hotel did not have the confirmed type. Furthermore, the room types we were allocated did not match the ones reserved in terms of room size and amenities and upkeep was below expectation.
My concerns were immediately reported to the staff and confirmed by the receptionist, who stated that the hotel, by offering different room standards, only displays photos of rooms with a higher standard on booking platforms. Subsequently, the receptionist proposed a solution involving vacating the rooms and receiving a full refund, while offering assistance in finding alternative accommodation. This solution was highly debatable and not accepted by me. Booking a specific property and standard of accommodation three months in advance is precisely to avoid the hassle of finding suitable lodging on the day of arrival.
In summary, due to the inadequate provision of services and I demanded a partial refund of the paid price which was not accepted by the hotel.

Have no idea how this is a 4 stay hotel… The room is fine for the price, but the toilet in the bathroom seems pretty outdated. They have 1 pillow per bed, and when I asked for extra pillows they said no extra pillows that day… the room feels really stuffy and both of didn’t sleep well. We also went to the hotel’s restaurant to have dinner, and the waitress forgot about the sauce on the stake and grabbed it to us after we reminded her, but at that point the stake was already cold… overall the location is great, but don’t expect too much from it because it’s definitely not a 4 star hotel.

The location is great if you are exploring Delphi and the surrounding area, but this place is nothing like their advertising. The photos are misleading and not an accurate representation of the actual rooms. Ours was a total dump. It looked like they tried to make an update or two but never finished, mold in the room and bathroom, and spots/stains all over the white sheets and towels. The walls are paper thin- we could hear everything from the hall to the rooms next door. One stay here was too many- look elsewhere for a clean room!
