Wonderful hospitality, with great hosts. Very comfortable rooms and large beds, with everything you need and a nice balcony with a view over the harbour. The hosts are really lovely people

Hector’s BnB was so nice we returned later on our same trip. The location and view were exceptional, having the balcony outside to sit or lie on was lovely, as were the rooms. The photos don’t do it all justice

His breakfast was a cut above any other breakfast in Greece - just expect to eat it on Greek time! Loved Ermioni

Thanasis is a wonderful, friendly and informative host. He gave us tips on where to eat. The rooms that do have sea view (not all of them do) indeed have a great view of the gulf. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

Thanasis was a great host, he was kind and thoughtful. He provide us everything that we need and recommend us good places to eat. The apartment was perfect, with view to the sea and it was well equipped.

The room was incredible with a huge balcony and unparallel view of the golf of Ermioni. Just a few meters from the sea and very close to the restaurants it’s a perfect choice for visiting Ermioni

beautiful setting, difficult to get to if you do not have a car. Porto Heli is a beautiful place. The bar man in the main bar was excellent. The staff were extremely friendly.

We stayed for 2 nights in September at a sea view room. The position and view is excellent! The rooms were nice with all amenities and with adequate space but could use some renovation

Use this day for going out to Porto Heli for evening walk at the center

I would definitely recommend for the scenic location and service

I visited the hotel with my husband and my three months old baby and I finally managed to relax and enjoy! The only negative thing is that we had an incident with the car, the hotel’s parking is full of trees and our car became dirty with the juice from the tree and took us more than 3 hours to clean it

It’s a good option for family holidays since there are also activities and playground for children. Staff and service were so kind, Friendly and helpful. It’s a bit expensive but it’s worth it

All suggested and organised by Zoe and her super efficient concierge team. Idyllic, traditional hotel in the belle epoque style, wonderful sea views, unmissable breakfasts. Lots of walks in and around town and to beaches

We loved every moment of our six night stay - plus the road transfers to and from Athens airport which included side trips to Mycenae, Epidavros, the Corinth Canal and Nafplion on the way

We didn’t plan a thing in advance and with her help had a marvelous day trip to Hydra with great food and swimming recommendations, rented ebikes, and had phenomenal dinners

The breakfast spread here is impeccable as is the service! Massages were great as well. We loved our room overlooking the water and woke up and went to sleep to the sound of the water

We stayed for ten nights and had a wonderful experience at Nissia. The staff are absolute stars and provide an excellent service. Amazing location, right by the sea, we enjoyed the lovely view every morning at breakfast

The residences are well maintained and unclude everything to ensure your stay is as relaxing as possible. They are traditionaly decorated but have all the conviences of modern life. I will definately return again

Recently renewed rooms in historic building. Very convenient central location, everything is nearby. Rooms furnish in modern and stylish way. Everything is cozy and comfortable (e. Sockets and lamps nearby bed)

It is very close to the centre, so you will hear some people at night walking and driving by (though this might depend on where your room is located). Only tip I have: our fridge was quite noisy during the night :-)

Truly a very nice place to stay. Close to everything, clean, quiet, well managed and very friendly. Everybody will notice different things when staying in a hotel but my silver lining was the gentleman cookie breakfast

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Armata Boutique Hotel for the second time and it was a pure pleasure. The rooms are spotlessly clean, the pool and patio are charming, and breakfasts were delightful

But what truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional service and family-friendly atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable, making us feel like visiting old friends

So typically Greek, but very high quality. Lovely breakfast, so many options, it's a great start to the day Odd number rooms gave pool views and get more sunshine on the verandah

One very minor quibble would be the space around the pool, but don't let that put you off Very well positioned for walking into town or to local beaches

Right in the heart of the center, near the port (2 minutes walk) below you had shops for food, drink. The service is impeccable, the girls at the reception are sweet

The hotel, which is family-run, is in a very central location, on a square with restaurants. Most if not all of the rooms have sea views

The only negative thing was the fridge that sounded too loud and the old frames, the doors. with the result that there is not good sound insulation

Great hotel in the centre of spetses, Klimis (the owner’s son) is super friendly and shares great knowledge about the Island beaches, restaurants etc. rooms is clean and nice, price vs what you get is great

What a location. Smack bang in the centre of spetses town. Easy to walk to beaches, ferry and buses. Real friendly staff, nice rooms, continental breakfast and what a view!!!!

Our stay at Klimis Hotel was amazing. Everything was nice and clean. Also, the man at the reception (i think Klimis was his name) was very helpfull with everything (directions,places to visit and even places to eat)

First of all, let me write the positive sides; The reception staff are very helpful and friendly. The hotel is very close to the port and restaurants. The sea view from the room balconies is magnificent

Rooms are functional (very good AC, silent during the night especially). Good breakfast. Very good service (eg. Beds are sorted while your take your breakfast). Staff is happy to give advices about the island

Eftychia welcomed us with flowers as we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. A must try is the breakfast prepared by the owner and her friendly staff. We slept well and left Spetses well rested

Everything about this place is great especially the host and owner of the establishment Eftychia. Well catered, clean and lovely courtyard where you can have quiet breakfast

Effie is such a generous and welcoming host, and in the beautiful courtyard you can sit amongst the bourgainvilia and eat the most delicious breakfasts you could imagine

This is the most wonderful place to stay it is in the heart of the town but tucked away in a quiet street

The location and the view to the sea were amazing! You could go everywhere on foot, there was a beach in a just a few metres' distance and many things to do around

Also the property managers were very friendly and helpful

all done with pleasure and lots of smiling. We will surely stay here again. The only negative thing was the scrambled egg in the buffet, it wad overcooked. But I guess it is not even an issue in such a pleasurable hotel

Close to old town and sea front. To get to a good beach, you need to take a carriage or taxi - only 10 min. Otherwise, there is a pool in the hotel. The breakfast is amazing!

The location is perfect for a short stay and the staff were helpful with information and recommendations of where to go

I enjoyed my stay at Argonaftis Spetses. The property is walking distance from the port and town centre. The room had everything i needed, i. e heating, toiletries, blinds and a coffee machine

The "cleanliness is next to Godliness" must be the motto of the owner. Recently renovated, simple and understated as it should be for this island. Fairly priced (accommodation in Spetses is slightly expensive)

Excellent service and detailed rooms at 5-star hotel level. Everything seemed to be well designed and thought out at my little studio and I look forward to getting a room with a view next time.

Stayed a couple of days during summer vacations of August 2021. Very nice hotel, clean room and very nice balcony with a very nice view as well (2nd floor!)

A magnifient old building, close to the center yet far enough to experience the calm of Spetses, the rustling of the leaves, the cicadas singing. A pure gem, made even better by the lovely service of Maria and Spyros

Rich A rich breakfast with homemade dishes in a unique wonderful setting in the hotel's garden. It really is worth visiting and experiencing the experience, because staying in Marne Monte is really experience !!!

It is a completely renovated mansion of the time that makes you feel so comfortable that you relax incredibly! Very clean in all areas and incredibly rich breakfast with the best coffee! Highly recommended!!

A very nice lady, owner of the villa! The room was very tidy, modern and spacious. A downside was that the bathroom is too small for 2 people. Good price, close to the beach in town.

We were in September 2019 guest. The rooms are typical of the country and clean. The hostess is very friendly and accommodating, even speaks German and likes to surprise with olives and other fruits. Lovely again!
