Nice location with much space and a beautiful view to the sea. The terrace was large, has shadow and contents a table, chairs and a sunbed. We all felt confident and comfortable. The fifth person has to sleep on a sofa (so far that is allright), but the sofa is a little bit worn.

My stay at the Grand bleu aps in Ermioni was everything I hoped for, well layed out spacious apartment facing the sea. Rooms were clean with a fully equipped kitchen , a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. The apartment access from the sea is via a short steep hill to the front with a few stairs though there is access to the rear ( not used)

The views from the “Painter’s House” are exquisite, we could not get enough! Having steps down to the sea directly across from the house and several taverna’s nearby made this a very comfortable and enjoyable stay! The check in was fabulous. We will return!

Excellent place to stay in Ermioni. Wonderful view, on the one hand quite and on the other very close to the cafes & restaurants of the town. It has everything that you may need - in the kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms. Clean apartment and the owners are very helpful to whatever you ask!

Nice appartment with a fantastic view. Nearby many restaurants. e had a very good experience with restaurant Michalis. The appartment has a large terrace with sunbeds. The appartment also has a washingmachine. As the appartments are not directly nearby the straat you have to walk/climb steps...

The balcony had a breathtaking view,the house was clean cozy and spacious, fully renovated. The beds were super comfortable and the pillows too.There are a few steps to the property ,so I wouldn't recommend for people with young children.

Our room was so lovely, and the staff were so kind. If I come back to Erminoni, I will definitely stay here again. The resort was stunning and the food was amazing. I loved the beach, and olive groves line the property. The atmosphere was so peaceful and the family that ran it were so sweet and helpful.

The rooms are very close (15-20 meters) from the private organised beach. Had a beach bar and some water sports!! A nice restaurant!! Is a family resort so thr food and service were very good! Wonderful! Everything one can ask for in his yearly summer vacation: food, sea, alcohol and sun. We came with the family to enjoy the sea and came to visit 4 times since. Nelly the cook and the mama are a true story of a strong woman and a talented cook.

Wonderful hospitality, with great hosts. Very comfortable rooms and large beds, with everything you need and a nice balcony with a view over the harbour. The hosts are really lovely people. Our rooms were not booked on the day that we were leaving, so they let us stay until our departure in the afternoon, which was very convenient. Reasonable prices, open in the winter months. A week ago we had the most wonderful 3-day stay at Galaxy! We relaxed in our extremely clean room with the wonderful sea view, we had breakfast in the multiple levelled garden and we loved the 3-levelled pool with sofas around,while the beach was one step near! Vintage Hotel with all you need for a weeks vacations. Pool by the beach or vice versa. On Hot Season, pool becomes crowded and noisy some times . Needs GPS to find location. What a fab experience! Food was good, room service were kind, friendly and always had a smile on their faces. We got a room on the 8th (800+) building which has a nice few, but it is far away from the pools and the restaurants. It was very hot, so each time we took the car for eating and swimming. Only breakfast was served in a close, air conditioned room. The pool bar was expensive and without a few to the wonderful sea. Playground was open only till 6pm. All personal where friendly and helpful.

Good hotel but there are big points of improvement especially for the huge price increase compared to last years. We stayed in one 5 star and 2 4 star hotels in Spetses and Porto Heli. While all were excellent, Rozos is run on a very personal, familial oriented basis. I understand the laws of supply and demand but one must feel they receive value for the money paid regardless. We stayed for ten nights and had a wonderful experience at Nissia. The staff are absolute stars and provide an excellent service. Amazing location, right by the sea, we enjoyed the lovely view every morning at breakfast. The rooms are very good. Perhaps a little more attention to common areas but being relatively late in the season some wear and tear is to be expected.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever been to. Well deserved 5 stars. Ideally located to explore this beautiful picture perfect . Stasd at Nissia are friendly and professional. They add that extra level of service to everything they do. The residences are well maintained and unclude everything to ensure your stay is as relaxing as possible. They are traditionaly decorated but have all the conviences of modern life. The hotel, which is family-run, is in a very central location, on a square with restaurants. Most if not all of the rooms have sea views. Very close to one of the island's beaches (Agios Mamas), restaurants, shops and other amenities, as well as the port. Right in the heart of the center, near the port (2 minutes walk) below you had shops for food, drink. The service is impeccable, the girls at the reception are sweet. The only negative thing was the fridge that sounded too loud and the old frames, the doors ... with the result that there is not good sound insulation. Great hotel, friendly staff. Our room was kind of small, but very comfortable and cozy, always clean. It also had a TV. Only the toilet (especially the shower) was very small, but that's no issue. Amazing view from our balcony.

Consider the 15 minutes walk from and to the port, especially with luggages. Personnel really friendly even if there was a miss communication with the guy who was supposed to pick us up and drive us to the port. No internet in the room but we could use the breakfast area all day to make use of the wifi. Rooms were super clean but really small, especially the bathroom.

First of all, let me write the positive sides; The reception staff are very helpful and friendly. The hotel is very close to the port and restaurants. The sea view from the room balconies is magnificent. Despite all this, I'm sorry to say, I will not stay again. Our room was small and uncomfortable. When I took a shower, water leaked into the entire bathroom.

So clean, warm, welcoming and with an excellent homemade breakfast. Plus, pet friendly!

This is the most wonderful place to stay it is in the heart of the town but tucked away in a quiet street. Effie is such a generous and welcoming host, and in the beautiful courtyard you can sit amongst the bourgainvilia and eat the most delicious breakfasts you could imagine. Great location! Easy to find and get to. The room was a great size and nicely furnished. Clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend it and absolutely stay there again. The hotel keeper Efi was incredibly nice and welcoming. She was exceptionally helpful and very friendly.

Everything about this place is great especially the host and owner of the establishment Eftychia. Well catered, clean and lovely courtyard where you can have quiet breakfast. Eftychia welcomed us with flowers as we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. B nice thought. A must try is the breakfast prepared by the owner and her friendly staff. We slept well and left Spetses well rested.

I enjoyed my stay at Argonaftis Spetses. The property is walking distance from the port and town centre. The room had everything i needed, i.e heating, toiletries, blinds and a coffee machine. The host was welcoming, kind and helpful. Lovely balcony.

Stayed a couple of days during summer vacations of August 2021. Very nice hotel, clean room and very nice balcony with a very nice view as well (2nd floor!). Bathroom quite small though. The value for money ratio is moderate as it could be enough better.

The "cleanliness is next to Godliness" must be the motto of the owner. Recently renovated, simple and understated as it should be for this island. Fairly priced (accommodation in Spetses is slightly expensive). Owner who cares for your experience. Recommended.

A great hotel within walking distance from the port, but in a quiet location. Room was spacious and super clean with a great view (2nd floor). Coffee, water, and snacks were provided daily free of charge and toiletries too. Staff were very friendly and helpful to recommend places to visit. I would definitely recommend the place to friends and family for their next visit.

A very nice lady, owner of the villa! The room was very tidy, modern and spacious. A downside was that the bathroom is too small for 2 people. Good price, close to the beach in town.

Lovely little place on Spetses. Not strictly a hotel (no restaurant etc) but nice room, lovely courtyard with lemon trees perfect for a beer and a book, and a very friendly welcome from the owner.

Our favourite hotel at Spetses! It is quietly located close at right side if the island, close to Kaiki beach. Better have a scooter to get in and out. Mario and his family are great hosts! Very helpful and friendly! Rooms are clean and modern and very quiet! The breakfast is one of the best i ever had! Huge variety of different pies and cakes every day!

A perfect place to stay! Clean, quiet, great location walkable to town and beaches, comfortable beds, large, clean pool and beautiful outdoor space. Family run, kind, and very helpful with all our needs. We looked forward to the homemade breakfasts every morning- best we’ve had. Would definitely recommend and will be back! Beautiful and quaint spot! Micro, Andriana and the staff was very accommodating and kind. Everything was clean. The rooms are a little small, but beautiful. Breakfast was made to order and there was a wide assortment of local pies, desserts, fruit, bread. It is 10 minutes from the main port and it is so quiet. Cannot recommend this place enough! We are definitely going back!

Picturesque small hotel in a quite location just 10 minutes walk from Dapia. Rooms are not very spacecious, very clean though! Delicious breakfast is served in a beautiful garden area. The highlight is Mirco, the host. Super friendly and helpfull makes your stay even more comfortable and enjoying.

The owners are polite and willing to help you if needed and the rooms were very clean. However, it's an old fashioned hotel with nothing special to provide. Our room was not spacious at all and there was too noisy since the window was on the road.

A worth value for money hotel. It has exactly what the booking sites say. Nothing special and a lot room for improvement. However, in an expensive island like Spetses it is fine.

Incredible hotel on Spetses! Small but only in the number of rooms... the outdoor common areas are relaxing and inviting for everyone. The staff is attentive and there to ensure you are happy with everything. I would go back if I ever have the chance.

This was by far the best hotel we went to in Greece! The most caring and hospitable staff, the rooms were lovely, the grounds are lovely. The staff is super helpful and will even help you make dinner reservations!! Breakfast is a must. Loved it here

We cannot recommend Yayaki highly enough. It is the true gem of Spetses. The bedrooms are beautiful designed with every detail and comfort considered. The interiors and design of Yayaki as a whole is exemplary and truly beautiful. Easy to understand the owners Karl and Hannah both worked in top hotels around the world when you see their vision that is Yayaki. The pool area is an oasis of relaxation...

First visit to Spetses and we were delighted to discover this island staying at the fabulous Yayaki Hotel. Very cool vibes and comfortable place. Chilled music always playing in the background Loved the decor throughout. Great breakfast. Georges and Dimitri couldn’t do enough for us. I have stayed in some top tier hotels and villas but the experience at the Yayaki was just perfect. Karl, Hannah, George and Dimitri welcomed us and made our stay in Spetses better than we could have imagined. The room was so homey, and we had the most beautiful view every morning. My girlfriend and I had the most amazing food, cooked by Karl himself. Which just made the experience that much better...
