Yayaki Spetses

Incredible hotel on Spetses! Small but only in the number of rooms... the outdoor common areas are relaxing and inviting for everyone. The staff is attentive and there to ensure you are happy with everything. I would go back if I ever have the chance.

This was by far the best hotel we went to in Greece! The most caring and hospitable staff, the rooms were lovely, the grounds are lovely. The staff is super helpful and will even help you make dinner reservations!! Breakfast is a must. Loved it here

We cannot recommend Yayaki highly enough. It is the true gem of Spetses. The bedrooms are beautiful designed with every detail and comfort considered. The interiors and design of Yayaki as a whole is exemplary and truly beautiful. Easy to understand the owners Karl and Hannah both worked in top hotels around the world when you see their vision that is Yayaki. The pool area is an oasis of relaxation with chilled holiday vibes always playing in the background. Cocktails and small lunch bites available throughout the day and a cute bar for evening drinks. Breakfast is a feast of local goodies / fruits / muesli / yoghurts and the most delicious spanakopita made by Hannah plus a wonderful cooked option. Hannah, Karl, George and Demetri along with the wonderful cook and cleaning ladies make this a special and spoiling place to stay. Think top 5 star resort in a beautifully designed boutique hotel with a short stroll to both ports and the beach. Karl went out of his way to sort everything for our group of 8 friends from boat rides to hire e-bikes and mopeds. He organised picnics and dinner reservations and was genuinely a font of knowledge and a wonderfully convivial host. All I can say is thank you to the Yayaki Team and that we will definitely be back x

First visit to Spetses and we were delighted to discover this island staying at the fabulous Yayaki Hotel. Very cool vibes and comfortable place. Chilled music always playing in the background Loved the decor throughout. Great breakfast. Georges and Dimitri couldn’t do enough for us. The rooms were spotlessly cleaned every day by the two lovely ladies. And as for Karl, he is wonderful and I was looking forward to checking his colourful footwear (matching his T-shirts) everyday. All in all we felt so relaxed at Yayaki and would wholeheartedly recommend this place! Feeling sad leaving this little oasis.

I have stayed in some top tier hotels and villas but the experience at the Yayaki was just perfect.
Karl, Hannah, George and Dimitri welcomed us and made our stay in Spetses better than we could have imagined.

The room was so homey, and we had the most beautiful view every morning. My girlfriend and I had the most amazing food, cooked by Karl himself. Which just made the experience that much better.
Breakfast is delicious every morning! I miss the breakfast by the pool.
Time at the bar with Dimitri every evening was such a laugh.
We were so impressed with the service from everyone. On our first morning we were advised on everything we could do and where to go. Our quad bike was delivered to the Yayaki in the morning without us even knowing.
I was recommending people to go to the Yayaki whilst in the airport at Athens on the way home!
I guarantee we will be returning to the Yayaki and I thank Karl and the team for the perfect experience.

THE best hotel I've been so far. Very nice staff and wonderful hosts. The place really does honour to it's name. From the moment that we've set foot inside the hotel they'll make you feel welcome. The (included) breakfast was something special. Freshly prepared everyday and made only out of organic products. Rooms we're amazing and everything was new. The whole picture of the place really speaks out the message they represent. Received great tips about the island of Spetses form Karl & Hannah (the hosts). They take care of their guest very well. 5 stars is the only rating this place deserves!

Amazing experience from end to end.
Yayaki is the only boutique hotel that is really worth it in Spetses. The rooms are spacious and super well decorated.
The whole team was really friendly and helpful. We will definitely go back next year :)

We stayed for 5 nights at Yayaki and it was the perfect tonic to the hustle and bustle of Athens. The owners Karl and Hannah were so helpful and welcoming, nothing was too much to ask for and they offered beach and restaurant recommendations around the island.
The hotel itself is beautifully designed and we slept so well. Breakfast was delicious and in abundance. The hotel is situated within walking distance from restaurants and bars which makes exploring Spetses so easy.
I can’t wait to return to Yayaki.

Perfect in every way. Location is close enough where you can walk to the main attractions, yet far enough that it’s quiet. The design is well planned and beautifully curated. The breakfast was delicious and fresh. Karl, Hannah and their team provided spot-on recommendations. I’m looking forward to my return.
