Worst experience ever! This place looks amazing in pictures but will manage to screw you around like anything. Be careful of their hotel check in time of 11pm, (if its a hotel why do you have this) we tried contacting the property multiple times to let them know we need to check in after 11 due to our flight arrival time. They answered once and a man was so rude on the phone. We arrived just after midnight and everything was dark and no one was around so we were stuck with no accommodation and no way of contacting the property as they were not answering any calls. Then the next morning we were planning of checking in only to see that they had cancelled our booking as we “didn’t check in the night before” it’s totally ridiculous as we tried to however they were not accommodating what so ever. Can’t believe they can run a hotel like this when they won’t even allow late check ins. It’s so disappointing as it looks like an amazing hotel but the owners rudeness has ruined the whole experience. I would be careful when booking this place- do your research.

Do yourself a favor and don’t book this place!!!!

I'll start by saying that I've never left a review on Google. I felt that even if something bad happened, it's not enough for me to give a bad review and maybe hurt someone's earnings.

But, the situation I went through exceeded all limits.

I spontaneously bought tickets for a week in Corfu, and I had to find a place to sleep very quickly. I saw this hotel on Booking and I booked with the option to cancel until 12:00 AM (a known option in Booking). I ordered, and canceled twice (because I wasn’t sure) before 12:00 AM.

When I arrived at the hotel, the owner (!!!) received me in a terrible mood, told me that because I canceled twice I had to pay him 90 Euros. I tried to understand why, and he told me with these words "Talk to Booking, I can't waste my time on you" (the hotel was empty, empty!!! What time was he wasting?)

I told him that I had no problem paying but that I need to understand what I was paying for because I did not receive anything like that from Booking. He got angry, yelled at me, humiliated me, and told me that if I have questions, I have to contact Booking, and that in order for me to stay I have to pay him.

After hours of trying to contact Booking, when, of course, we wanted to cancel the whole deal because who can stay in a place with such an owner??? Booking answered us that I don't have to pay anything!!! That he contacted them before I arrived and demanded that I pay 90 euros, and they explained to him that I canceled before 12:00 AM and therefore he can't ask for me to pay him.

In short - we experienced a very very unpleasant day (of course we didn’t stay there..) with a man who is not ready to provide an explanation and demands money on his own accord.
Terrible vibes in this hotel when everything is supposed to be calm and fun.
