The hotel has anazing views over the small bay, both from the rooms and the restaurant. The hotel room is fine, clean and hot water, tv and AC all work well. The owners are really friendly and helped my husband (who had just had a major accident) whenever they could. The pool is amazing. The owners are very nice and friendly, the hotel is very quiet due to its location and is very close to well-known beaches (eg Glyfada) and fifteen minutes from Corfu town and the hotel is clean in key areas such as the bathroom and the beds , but only in the key areas.. This hotel does not meet the standard of a 5-star rating. The rooms are in very poor condition, especially bathrooms, where plaster is peeling off. While ther is a wide variety of food available, the hotel location by the see is difficult to access do to narrov and steep roads. Additionally, the water in the see is very dirty in the affternoons.

We loved our stay at Pelekas Monastery as a family of four. Our family room which had a sea view balcony was actually bigger than we thought from the photos and had a partition door to divide the kids on their twin single sofa beds and us. The rooms are old and tired but it didn't bother us as we were out most of the day. Despite this, the cleaning service was great and the house-keeper was so lovely...

Location is great, so is the beach. The food was delicious and varied, the Staff was friendly and always ready to help. The rooms could use a renovation to match the 5 star rating, but even so they were quite comfortable and the view certainly made up for it. Would go back again in the future :)

I fell in love with Madalenas B&b last week! The amazing sunset every evening was magic. Also, the warm host family made it feel like home. We had good chats, played games, danced around. Madalena place is Great location to stay, enjoy sunset, eat dinner and sleep. Her hospitality was amazing she is such a lovely lady and the food she provided which for us was dinner and breakfast was superb. We had a full Seaview room (see attached photos) and the view was unreal. If anyone is looking to stay in the area near Pelekas I would recommend here.

Stayed here during off season. The area is very quiet then, no restaurants open, except a coffee shop up by the main road. If you want to go to corfu town then this is a bit far out. Loved the apartment and Maria and Sophia were just lovely. Clean and beds changed during the week and clean towels lots of days. The pool was lovely with sunbeds and brollies. The stay here was a bit better. The beds were comfier. However, the shower was always leaking. I'm guessing nobody noticed it.
