I've had a really good time at hotel Philoxenia. The rooms were big and very clean and they make the best mojito on the island. The food was also good and the staff very friendly. There is also a very nice pool where you can chill if you choose not to go to the beach.

The location is peaceful and serene, around the middle of the island and 25 min by car from the airport. My husband and I just stayed at the Philoxenia and as a Greek American that spent numerous summers on the Greek Islands I can say this was a wonderful hotel. Hotel Elana is the perfect place for a peaceful getaway. The breakfast is great, and the atmosphere is calm and relaxing. The staff are friendly and always smiling. The owners are very nice and friendly, the hotel is very quiet due to its location and is very close to well-known beaches (eg Glyfada) and fifteen minutes from Corfu town and the hotel is clean in key areas such as the bathroom and the beds , but only in the key areas.. I fell in love with Madalenas B&b last week! The amazing sunset every evening was magic. Also, the warm host family made it feel like home. We had good chats, played games, danced around. Madalena place is Great location to stay, enjoy sunset, eat dinner and sleep. We had a fantastic 5-night stay at Silver Bay Hotel in Corfu! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome and taken care of. I stayed in this hotel with my mum in September 2019 and we came back in September 2020. During our 8-day stay we tried several of the restaurants in Gouvia, of which this one was definitely the best. On our last day we returned here to try some more food and everything was perfect. The location is a stone's throw from the center of Gouvia where you can find every service, it is also very close to the ancient city of Corfu (5 minutes by taxi). Highly recommended...

Our apartment was really clean and tidy and spacious overlooking the pool. Was really quiet as well. Dino the manager was super friendly and made a nice cosmopolitan or 2!. Close to restaurants and bars and Gouvia beach and Kontokali beach, which is about 30 min walk away. Excellent value for money!

Very nice staff. We got so much information about the island, the best restaurants, beaches, beauty spots etc. Nice coffee, everything is clean, regular room cleaning. The pool is crystal clear. There's a steakhouse 3 minutes on foot what os the best in Corfu, and the apartments are very close to Corfu old town.

Very good value for money. Fine breakfast option included in the room price. Very clean. Very friendly staff. On the minus side: very small bathroom and noisy area, close to bars/clubs.

Absolutely amazing! Kindest staff I have ever had at a hotel, clean rooms, great AC, delicious breakfast. The hotel is right by a bus stop and the staff was very kind in explaining the public transportation in detail. Right in front of a beautiful, quiet beach, and right in the middle of tons of absolutely amazing restaurants. Cannot recommend enough.

We had a great experience! The hostes of the hotel are very sweet and bubbly. The hotel is in the centre of Gouvia and next to the beach which was perfect! The rooms are very clean because they come and clean it every day!! Defenitly recommended and hopefully we’ll come back ❤️

Couldn't fault this hotel. The location is ideal for Gouvia town, shops and tavernas and also the beach. The staff were very friendly and the rooms were cleaned on a daily basis. The pool was spotless. 1st class service, lovely hotel, amazing staff, everything so clean, yes there is the odd smell now and again but it’s not from the hotel. I’ve stayed in many places in Corfu over the last 30 years and this is superb! The cocktails are amazing , the breakfasts are great, and the pool is the cleanest I’ve ever experienced.

Cool location with pool on the front. The buffet breakfast is very nice and it is the best way to start your day. My room was in the depandance behind the hotel and it was not great. Very little space, beds were all attached with no space to separate them. Window do not have mosquito net so during the night there were dozens of mosquito entered during the day.
