Hotel is beautiful and clean! We had a family room with sliding door which was great for us, the only issue is the no door on the bathroom and glass door on the actual toilet, which is bizarre. They were the same around the pool, it's frosted glass with no lock but you can see through and around the edges, I've never been anywhere that has this before so found it strange but not the end of the world...

the pool area is great, but not enough space for the size of the hotel and so if you would like a poolside sunbed you need to be up early (7-8am) and need to stay with your bed. The food is quite good, but the elevator situation is terrible (only 3 small elevators, long queues to get in, and one of them was out of service for 12 out of the 14 days I stayed there in August 2025). Amada Colossos does not live up to its 5-star rating or the "ultra all-inclusive" promise. Clean, quiet and comfortable room, nice big pool, on a relatively quiet stretch of Faliraki beach, within walking distance to numerous restaurants and shops, nice pool bar with live music some evenings. The breakfast could be better as the food seemed to be sitting out for a long time and the breakfast area was very noisy. Generally a good 4 star experience but not 5 star.

It is a good hotel but not 5 stars. We had a double room with extra bed. The extra bed was hard so nobody sleep in it. The stuff is friendly and the food is good.

Great hotel. Fantastic pool area and direct access to beach. Far enough away from the Faliraki night life to not be disturbed but equally close enough to it if you wanted to enjoy. Excellent hotel, clean and very modern. The staff are the highlight of this hotel they are incredibly friendly and attentive, down to simple things like remembering drinks orders and being always ready to help. Right from our friendly welcome at 2.30 in the morning to the room, the food and the facilities we couldn't find fault. Special mention to Emilia our waitress who made us feel very welcome in the restaurant. We really relaxed and enjoyed this holiday and hope to come back one day.

Even they confirm room for person in whilchair unfortunately all the room from ground Flor in real is family room.Al the person in whilchair was acomodate to the superior level .This are very bad in case of fire foh they it will be evacuated?The room is not prepared to entry to shower even in room the space is to smell. Lovely hotel, very clean and staff very friendly. A wide choice of food which caters for everyone, you will never go hungry. If you have a sunbed in the garden area, you have plenty of room to spread out. The entertainment team seem to work hard and engage with the guests. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
