Avoid at all cost, This is laughable to call them luxury suites !!!! They are far from luxury. They bang on about the bed linen how you have to use there special make up wipes to remove makeup as to not get it on the bed linen. You can actually buy Guy Laroche bed linen on Amazon 🤣 Dirty bath , jacuzzi not working ! Bathroom door handle broken, shower seal coming off. Stained floor around toilet, no choice of coffee pods , no milk or sugar, weird breakfast situation where you’re escorted to a corner bar and left there nothing explained. 🤷‍♀️ There are much nicer places for less money in Fiskardo or surrounding places. Read reviews before staying. As the write up sounds lovely. But leads you into a false pretence. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

Poor management frightened my daughter with his aggressive behavior . Said they would refund as they couldn't supply the correct room and now cannot get hold of anyone . Their website is very deceiving , if you want a nice holiday in Kefalonia do not go here !!! Overpriced aggressive owners , very dishonest and not Honorable

I wouldn't recommend staying here, its not a 4 star as things don't work properly. Management is vey poor and after promising a part refund verbally (manager on departure) & Owner in writing, he simply didn't do it and apparently didn't care! Note - all the good reviews are pre 2020 after this they go downhill. Beware!!!!! I booked a special treat including spa bath, slippers, robes the works weeks in advance, only to be told on arrival that the spa bath and the door lock wasn't working & no robes or slippers. Long story, but the management promised a part refund. I paid 130Euros and requested a 50 Euro refund, it never materialised! All that glitters is not always gold. As per other recent reviews go elsewhere. The Owner does not deserve your custom - not a holiday experience at all. NOT AS ADVERTISED AS NOT MUCH WORKS.

(+) The location was of course perfect - right in the center of the small fishing village. The village itself is the most beautiful place on the island, so you should definitely stop by here when you visit Kefalonia. (-) The accommodation is advertised as a "Luxury Suite" with 4 stars, which is quite simply the exaggeration of the year. We are really not a spoiled luxury couple, but we pay attention to a fair price-performance ratio. Since this small fishing village does not generally have a large selection of accommodation, we opted for what was apparently the best accommodation. The "Luxury Suite" that we had booked was designed for 4 people!!! Here I have to say to every family with children: Don't do that! It is a maisonette cave in which a narrow staircase leads to the upper room. This is under the roof WITHOUT air conditioning. So if you don't want to grill your children in 50 degrees, I advise against booking. There is also the option of setting the air conditioning downstairs (double bed) to extremely cold, in the hope that some of the cold will reach the attic. By the time it gets to that point, however, the parents have frozen to death downstairs... The safe fell apart and beeped annoyingly, cables from the TV and air conditioning were hanging around in the room and the bathroom furniture in the bathroom was partially splintered. The young man at reception assured us, however, that this was a newly renovated accommodation... The highlight, however, was the breakfast. We had booked including breakfast because we had seen very appealing photos of the breakfast on offer on ***********. Now we were here in the summer of 2020, which is why there are understandably some regulations to be observed due to Corona. However, what was served here lacks any Corona justification. Even the ready-made packages from a budget airline are more appealing than this "breakfast". The package included cold, moist toast, an undefined sausage mixture and a packet of juice. Absolutely unacceptable and has nothing to do with Corona regulations.
