From the moment we arrived, the service at Canale Hotel and Suites was exceptional. Every request was listened to and delivered with such care—nothing was too much trouble. We felt truly looked after throughout our stay.

The breakfast was incredible—fresh, varied, and beautifully presented each morning. A real highlight!

We were also very lucky to be upgraded as we were celebrating a birthday, which was such a thoughtful and generous gesture. It made the occasion even more special.

We had the chance to use the spa at the sister hotel nearby, and it was fabulous—exactly what we needed after travelling.

A huge thank you to all the staff for making this stay so memorable, with special thanks to Maria and Petros, who went above and beyond. Their local recommendations were spot on—every place they suggested, we tried, tested, and absolutely loved.

We’ll 100% be back and cannot recommend Canale Hotel and Suites enough. You truly have our hearts. ❤️

I would first like to thank the staff at the hotel for making our stay fabulous. Our daughter and now son in law where getting married. Which I have to say was stunning. The staff at the hotel were amazing from start to finish. Making sure everything ran smoothly . Not only on the wedding day but from arriving and leaving. The breakfast was amazing and wouldn’t be disappointed that’s if you can eat it all. The rooms were cleaned 2 to 4 times a day. Hot tubs on balcony with a great view. I will certainly be going back . What an experience at Canale Hotel & Suites! From the second we arrived right until we left the staff were exceptional, so accommodating, welcoming & helpful. The rooms were clean, and spacious and are the breakfast was absolutely divine. Highly recommend for anyone traveling to Kefalonia and we can’t wait to come back!

This hotel is the most amazing experience you could have. Just spent a week there and cant praise enough. The staff are superb, exceptionally friendly and nothing is too much trouble, They make you feel like you’re one of the family. The decor and feel of the hotel is awesome and exceptionally high-quality and the breakfasts are the best we’ve had. Many thanks to everyone of the staff who made the holiday very special.

Thoroughly enjoyed our short stay in Canale Hotel. Every member of staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The rooms are modern, stylish and very comfortable with spectacular balcony views across the bay to the mountains. To top things off, the breakfast was also an absolute treat. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and to return to this superb hotel.

I’m not sure that any words can do justice to this fine hotel.
Let’s start with the most important, the staff. We are fortunate to have stayed in some of the finest hotels in the world, and none of them match the hospitality of Canale. From the high tech rooms, to the outrageous breakfast, it’s all five star.
There isn’t a moment that you do not feel that you are among friends that you have known for years.

Beautiful hotel, amazing location, great food and such warm and lovely staff! Costas and Petros were particularly amazing at offering lots of recommendations and were always so much fun to chat to. We always looked forward to seeing sweet Cristina every morning too. Literally every member of staff made such an effort and we had a wonderful time on this stunning island, can't recommend highly enough!

This is a 10 star hotel!! Everything was perfect. They attend to every detail. Petros and Costa at the front desk were absolutely amazing and so very helpful. The breakfast each morning was delicious and the service was impeccable. We cannot say enough good things about this wonderful hotel. It made our visit to Kefalonia very special.

Amazing hotel! The staff is extremely helpful, they even make restaurant reservations for you and hand you a list of the best places on the island. Rooms service is impeccable. They get you a first line reservation for Costa Costa beach which is the best beach. The breakfast is amazing as well. The hotel actually gives you a 5 star service, not 4 as they modestly claim. We will surely visit again. This is a hotel that exceeds the expectations greatly.
