Beautiful hotel, amazing location, great food and such warm and lovely staff! Costas and Petros were particularly amazing at offering lots of recommendations and were always so much fun to chat to. We always looked forward to seeing sweet Cristina every morning too. Literally every member of staff made such an effort and we had a wonderful time on this stunning island, can't recommend highly enough!

This is a 10 star hotel!! Everything was perfect. They attend to every detail. Petros and Costa at the front desk were absolutely amazing and so very helpful. The breakfast each morning was delicious and the service was impeccable. We cannot say enough good things about this wonderful hotel. It made our visit to Kefalonia very special.

Amazing hotel! The staff is extremely helpful, they even make restaurant reservations for you and hand you a list of the best places on the island. Rooms service is impeccable. They get you a first line reservation for Costa Costa beach which is the best beach. The breakfast is amazing as well. The hotel actually gives you a 5 star service, not 4 as they modestly claim. We will surely visit again. This is a hotel that exceeds the expectations greatly.

We spent our summer holiday this year at this jewel of a hotel. This is a true luxury, personal and relaxing hide away. We have not seen such a fantastic, individual, intelligent and wonderful service in a Hotel in Europe like this before! Everything is curated in professional detail with a world class taste and heart. From the breath taking breakfast, to the modern and luxury rooms, the perfect concierge service, high security standards and an astonishing friendly, professional and care taking service team this hotel is the recommandation for real luxury, relaxing and recharging trips. We will come back!

All the staff at Canale was amazing. We stayed 3 days and cannot say enough good things about it. Our room was very nice and modern. The breakfast is amazing! And the island overall, is gorgeous. Highly recommend staying here.

The rooms was spotlessly clean, large with very comfortable beds. The breakfast was exceptional, with a vast array of options and choice and of the highest quality, the the stand out was the attentiveness of the staff.

The team at the stunning Canale Hotel turned our very much needed break into something magical.
Having read so many first class reviews, we had high expectations - and the hotel exceeded them all. It is, without doubt, one of the best hotels we have visited.
Immaculately clean, modern and chic - it looks fabulous and is incredibly comfortable.
The team are warm and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble during our stay, they were helpful and happy to help and made some brilliant suggestions for days out to ensure we had the opportunity to see as much as we could. We cannot thank them enough.
Breakfast was superb. We were spoilt for choice with the feast of sweet and savoury pastries, along with a host of other choices. The service, unsurprisingly, was outstanding.
We would recommend Canale to anyone looking to visit Kefalonia, and hope to return in the future.

By far the best hotel I have ever stayed in in my life! It is modern, beautiful, clean, peaceful and overall just a very special place to stay. What makes this hotel stand out from the crowd is the level of service, the staff really go above and beyond to make your stay perfect. They’re super attentive, friendly and welcoming, shoutout to Spiros & Costas for the daily laughs and for telling us about the hidden gems on the island! The breakfast is also phenomenal, an array of delicious breakfast treats, both hot and cold, and most days we were so full we didn’t need lunch! I loved that it was not a breakfast buffet either, which meant our cooked food was fresh and hadn’t been sat on a hot plate for hours. Can’t recommend this place enough!

We stayed at Canale hotel for two weeks and left the happiest we’ve been. The team went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we asked for and more. We felt well looked after and genuinely cared for. The amenities are topnotch and the location very central. The shared swimming pool and hot tub on our balcony made all the difference. This didn’t feel like a hotel - it was more like visiting your best friend who wanted to make sure you had an unforgettable time on the island - we ♥️ Canale and the team! One of the best hotel experiences yet! A wonderful and attentive team, that go out of their way to make sure you have the perfect time! The rooms are pristine, the hot tub always warm and such a treat at the end of the day, the cocktails are delicious (especially by the pool) and the breakfast is made for kings! What more could you want? Will definitely stay here again next time we visit Kefalonia 💙🤍💙
