We've been to Emelisse three times now and it is our favourite place on the planet! The breathtaking location, the understated elegance of the property, and most of all the incredibly kind, generous and helpful staff all make this the perfect place to relax

What a fantastic hotel , and wonderful people, the main restaurant has amazing food and the friendliest people, one night was ‘Greek’ night with superb music two staff members also sang and they were both brilliant !!

The breakfast was the best with homemade jams and my favourite marmalade, which was made by the two ladies who owned the hotel. The Emelisse is a family run hotel, and the staff is so friendly

We went on a motor boat trip which was to be frank, the best excursion ever. The skipper was a friendly chap called Costas who knew the areas and the best beaches to go to. I have never enjoyed a trip so much

Clean with very friendly staff and owner. Amazing views, great rooms. Comfortable beds! 2 minutes from village with a couple of small tavernas and two shops. 10 minutes by car from beautiful Fiskardo

We had one of the best stays at the Melmar View Hotel. Dynos was very helpful and gave us some good tips on sightseeing. The rooms were comfortable and spacious and the breakfast was also a good spread

I don't have enough good things to say - Dinos is a beautiful soul, exceptionally helpful and just a lovely human! The hotel is clean, has everything you need, is tucked away from everything (15 min walk to the ocean), with a sunset view that's unbeatable

This is place is just amazing! The room is spectacular, very clean, very comfortable beds and huge balcony with unbeatable view! Breakfast is also great, good variety of all sorts of food

Brilliant hosts and setting, you'll not be disappointed with the atmosphere or location, if you want quiet unspoilt views of Kefolonia

The best part was the view of the Ionian Sea from the bar and pool area was just superb. Overall, a great stay and awesome service

Small supermarket located on property and a bakery right next door. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Fiscardo

Had an amazing stay in Balhambra. Location is superb, right in the heart of the beautiful harbor but still quiet and peaceful. All saff is very friendly and eager to help out. We ended up extending our stay

What a wonderful location to stay! The rooms are enormous and well appointed. We stayed in room #2 and have a beautiful view of the courtyard and partial view of the boats in the harbor

Amazing hotel in a great location on the marina. Staff was great, room was huge, air conditioning very strong as was the water pressure. This place was beautiful and clean

The owner Angelo was so helpful and wonderful to chat with to get the inside scoop of the local eateries and shops to check out. Absolutely loving my stay here!

She recommend me to buy some great olive oil, I think it was the best from the island. We have got our car, so was quite easy to go around. The parking was free of charge and close to the location

Agnantia B & B is the perfect place to stay as it’s not in the hustle and bustle of Fiskardo where literally hundreds of people are dropped there from large vessels sailing in from other parts of the island, as well as luxury yachts mooring there

Agnantia is in Tselentata, a short drive up in the hills above Fiskardo or an 8 euro taxi ride. It is delightfully quiet and the view from our room was peaceful and mesmerising. Agnantia’s hospitality is first class

We stayed for four nights and enjoyed every moment! The hospitality was exceptional! Aen excellent breakfast with the option to take a pastry for later, spotless cleanliness, a stunning view, and a warm, homey atmosphere

In a nutshell, I really recommend this place. About the Fiscardo, in my opinion is top notch. The water in the sea in some places look like in Maldives

The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was amazing and Maria, the chef, catered for my gluten and lactose intolerances with such grace going out of her way to bring in gf bread

The Almyra hotel was a delight, far more luxurious than its 3* rating. Perched just above Fiscardo, it was the perfect location to reach both the beautiful port and various beaches of Kefalonia

Both the rooms, facilities and service were impeccable. I need to make a special mention to Eleni, who was a fountain of knowledge on the island and provided a 5* service ensuring our stay ran smoothly

We have stayed at Almyra on several occasions. The lovely staff, Eleni and co are always so welcoming and friendly. The hotel is incredibly spacious with a great pool area

This hotel and room was top quality indeed, there is a real large bath and it's true that the Jacuzzi system doesn't work, but we have always found wherever we go, these systems are problematic, and there are stairs to go down to get to this hotel so with heavy luggage it might be more awkward for some folk, but these 2 points would not prevent us coming back to this quiet brilliantly placed town centre...

The accommodation does not have parking. The main carpark is about 30 steps climb and a couple of mins walk away. Parking is free, but it can be difficult to find a space

A very luxurious hotel with helpful personnel and based in the center of Fiscardo. It has many facilities, extremely high quality orthopedic beds with a selection of pillows

We were not given any money back they just did not care. Breakfast is either Greek or continental, and you get this at Grecos tavern, which opens at 9 am. The breakfast was fine, with no issues

My poor husband booked this for us as a treat for my 60th birthday. We were going to Fishcardo restaurant. See the review I posted on that place

I would mention every gadget is to hand including ice making machine, quality coffee machine, music system and satellite TV, luxury touches that you don't normally get in 5 star hotels in London! Lovely comfortable large bed too! Just a really nice stay here was certainly our experience

We were made very welcome, our hosts recommended great restaurants and activities to do in the area. Cared for throughout your stay, you can only have a pleasant and relaxing time at the Faros suite residence

Excellent location in Fiscardo. Breathtaking views and manicured and elegant interior. You need a car to visit the beaches. A few meters walk to the center of Fiscardo

We loved our stay at the small apartment with kitchenette and a fabulous view over the bay, just in walking distance to Fiskardo and many small pebbled peaches. The team was supernice and the room was impeccable clean

We have just spent several days in one of the magnificent apartments of the Faros residence. We took advantage of a very beautiful and (very) spacious terrace with a privileged view of the island of Itaque

we had a beautiful (and very clean) room with a great view over the bay. the manager was very nice and helpful. you need only 3 minutes on foot if you want to go for a quick swim

My wife and I stayed in the 2br villa (#3). It was massive and led on to an enormous private balcony overlooking Fiscardo Bay. Well equipped kitchen, good aircon, GREAT shower, quick WiFi

Had a last minute overnight stay here, everything was great, the communication from the staff was good & we loved the accommodation so beautifully decorated but not only that everything was catered for & our terrace was amazing with fantastic harbour views & just a few steps onto the harbour

Some amazing restaurants right next door. I was concerned that there might be a bit of noise coming from the restaurants, but no worries at all. We look forward to staying again

Perfect studio with perfect wiew. Very clean, cozy and chic rooms. Here you are in the heart of Fiskardo town.

The bathroom was very small with a small shower, enclosed by only a shower curtain. The large fridge was very welcome and being able to make our own drinks. Great location, only a short walk to the harbour front

But what makes this room is the balcony and the view of Fiskardo harbour and the sea beyond. You can sit there for hours just enchanted by the toing and froing of the boats and just the sheer beauty of the view

The room is compact, but includes a decent fridge, a kettle and some cups for coffee and tea. A tiny but clean and functional bathroom. The bed was comfortable if a little firm. The air conditioning was good

This is the 5th time my wife and I stayed here so I guess that says it all. It's still brilliant! Not high end luxury but the rooms are spotless and in my opinion it is the best position in Fiskardo

Views of the harbour were stunning from our room. A short easy walk to the bars & restaurants in the harbour & only two minutes walk from the ferry landing, if that’s how you arrive (as we did)

Initially it was a very beautiful and very clean house with a wonderful view within walking distance of Fiskardo! The house provided literally everything and the hospitality from the hosts was wonderful

They come to the Villa and cook for you, they are both lovely local people and the food is yummy plus they make extremely large portions. Its our second time to Kefalonia. The first time we stayed in the south

Its fun to have a BBQ as Spiros knows an excellent local butcher. By the way the host is the best he knows the island better than anyone and is more than willing to help you with anything you need

There is a good selection of local wines for sale inside the villa and the prices are extremely low. The kitchen is very well equipped and there is a really wonderful local chef couple that Spiros suggested

We (family of five) have now stayed three times in the Entheos Villas and every time has been just perfect. The host, Spiros is very welcoming and so helpful - nothing is a problem for him

We Firstly saw the Photos of this villa and read so many wonderful reviews and thought that this is the place we want. When we arrived a special welcome pack was waiting for us with so many local goodies

Now the biggest thing here is the amazing view we have never had anything better than this it's so special as you have an unobstructed sea view along with the sweetest and most romantic sunset

It is a 5-10’ car journey from Fiscardo town and the beautiful Foki Bay which was one of our favourite swimming spots. My only regret was not staying another week!

Beautiful villa a short drive from the centre of Fiskada . The villa was very well equipped and spotlessly clean. Amazing views from all rooms. A car is essential

The pool was also great and was cleaned throughout our stay! It is a lovely walk down into Fiskardo past Foki Beach, and you can easily get a taxi back up on the hill at the end of your evening

We loved exploring this part of the island, and can recommend Foki Beach and taverna at the bottom of the hill. We also enjoyed evenings in Fiskardo, and longer day trips out to Assos and Sami

We had a wonderful week at Villa Apollo. Everything was as fabulous as the photos promise (including the view) and the service from host, Mimi was excellent

Mimi, the host was the best host I have ever encountered; I think it never took her more than 5 mins to respond to any of our questions ! I was on holiday with my partner and my two children and we can not wait to return next year
