Aristotelis Hotel

I stayed at Aristotelis Hotel for 8 days just recently. The location was pretty nice (2 minutes from the beach by foot) but there were some things which caught my eye. The rooms weren't as clean as you would expect. Apart from the old furnitures and small tv ect.. the bed sheets weren't clean at all, with stains everywhere and an odd odour, to top it off they replaced them once every 3 days which is unacceptable. The owner wasn't polite at all, not even saying good morning which was not a nice gesture. The staff was welcoming and really polite except one member which i didn't caught her name. The breakfast was ridiculous, dull and very poor. Also i wanted to notice that after 9 the reception didn't work. If you had any problem they weren't there to help. For the price we paid per night it wasn't justified at all, for a lower price like 70 or 75€ per night i would say it's acceptable. Personally i would not go back a second time and i wouldn't recommend it to people i know.

The owner was very unpleasant, shouted at me and told me to go home if I didn't like something.

I had the worst experience !!!!!
I booked a room through Booking . Someone from the stuff called me on viber claiming that my card didn't went thought, meanwhile its unlimited credit card .
He was forcing me to pay through INTERNAL LINKS which i don't trust because i want to be protected by BOOKING.com
Plus when i told him that the card is working i was using that card in different country Macedonia he got pissed off and he corrected me that there is no country named like that. I am an American with Macedonian heritage. I bet he thought i was only American. Thats not how you do a good tourism. I came to your country with no judgments because we are the same people under this sky. I was a victim of nationalism. I want to be respected no matter the political disputes between these two countries. Please be more kind and respectful with your guests. U never know who you are speaking to on the other side of the phone.
AND I DON’T THINK ITS PROFESSIONAL FROM THIS PERSON TO TRY AVOID PAYING THE FEES FOR BOOKING . STOP SENDING THEESE UNSAFE INTERNAL LINKS !!

Giving it a one star only because zero is not an option. Hotel, rooms and location are average. Rooms are dated, with the smallest TV that one has seen. The battery for the smoke detector was removed in our room. Breakfast is the same every day and we stayed there for five days. The problem is with the rude attitude of the manager/owner. Unprofessional and with total lack of manners or sense that he is trying to run a hotel where the most important thing is service. He was so blunt that he even used and expletive and racist words toward a member of our group. Never seen anything like that anywhere. The girls that work there at the bar and at the reception desk just follow the example given by the "manager". Unprofessional and unwelcoming all around including towards children. Stay somewhere else, there are plenty of other options.

Rooms are okay. Beds are terrible, two grownups can barely fit. Bathroom shower is so small that you barely can turn around. Breakfast are same literally everyday and it’s very poor. No desert after breakfast, no fruits of any kind. If you go on breakfast late you probably won’t have much to eat. Location is good.

Bad experience, rude manner of the owner himself, also the staff is acting in a same way. Very disappointed also from the attitude to the kids (or teenagers). Poor breakfast, slow service. Do not recommend and wil not visit it again!

Very,very bad attitude! Don’t book in this hotel, please!

The personnel and the manager are extremely rude and disrespectful to their guests. The manager is inventing “rules” which are not written everywhere. He chased our friends out of the hotel, who passed to say “hi” ordered some coffees and juices, the management took the money and asked them to go out immediately, as they are not guests of the hotel and are not allowed to “enter” the hotel!!! Incredibly rude people!
