Aristotelis Hotel

Giving it a one star only because zero is not an option. Hotel, rooms and location are average. Rooms are dated, with the smallest TV that one has seen. The battery for the smoke detector was removed in our room. Breakfast is the same every day and we stayed there for five days. The problem is with the rude attitude of the manager/owner. Unprofessional and with total lack of manners or sense that he is trying to run a hotel where the most important thing is service. He was so blunt that he even used and expletive and racist words toward a member of our group. Never seen anything like that anywhere. The girls that work there at the bar and at the reception desk just follow the example given by the "manager". Unprofessional and unwelcoming all around including towards children. Stay somewhere else, there are plenty of other options.

Rooms are okay. Beds are terrible, two grownups can barely fit. Bathroom shower is so small that you barely can turn around. Breakfast are same literally everyday and it’s very poor. No desert after breakfast, no fruits of any kind. If you go on breakfast late you probably won’t have much to eat. Location is good.

Bad experience, rude manner of the owner himself, also the staff is acting in a same way. Very disappointed also from the attitude to the kids (or teenagers). Poor breakfast, slow service. Do not recommend and wil not visit it again!

Very,very bad attitude! Don’t book in this hotel, please!

The personnel and the manager are extremely rude and disrespectful to their guests. The manager is inventing “rules” which are not written everywhere. He chased our friends out of the hotel, who passed to say “hi” ordered some coffees and juices, the management took the money and asked them to go out immediately, as they are not guests of the hotel and are not allowed to “enter” the hotel!!! Incredibly rude people!

We had 3 rooms, one of them expected us with worms in the sink from the first second. They came to clean it 3 times (because we insisted every time they came back) but I think it's obvious that this is the worst kind of first impact. Also very important, the problem was never solved, but the next day they had a room free so they moved us there. (The day someone moved into that room, the problem was back, because we've seen the man who cleaned the sink for us go into that room several times)Breakfast was awful, 6 mornings in a row (probably all summer) they had the same menu: Tomatoes, two types of cheese, some ham, boiled eggs, and some disgusting mini sausages + some olives, yoghurt, canned peaches and 2 types of cereals. The only interesting food were the 2 types of chunked pies, one with vanilla and one with cheese. Also, even though they have every drink at the bar, the only cocktail they had was mojito. If you wanted to drink something else you had to drink it in the room, because you can't bring anything to the pool. Beds have some cheap mattresses, and they are on wheels, which means the bed moves if you try to stand with your back on the wall. The water temperature alternates like crazy, even on cold water, it goes from cold to medium and then to extremely hot, and repeats this cycle for the whole duration of your shower. Also the shower water had an awful smell. I will attach a picture with the worms. We've paid waaay too much for this place (100 euro per night). I really recommend looking for other places.

Very mediocre experience. Rooms are very dark and bathroom is very tiny. Worst part are the beds - we were placed in a room with separate beds, even though we are a couple, and we were told that we should have called and asked specifically for a double bed?! No internet and phone service in the rooms.. Pool is nice, but it cannot be used after 20.00. Breakfast is very basic with a very small buffet.

The woman in the reception was terrible she was talking to us rudely and was disrespectful to us so was her manager. She definitely needs to be fired.
