Iris Hotel in Siviri

The room which we received looked exactly as in the pictures, clean bedsheets, there is WiFi available however it's pretty slow outside the room, the towels are changed every other day, while the room is cleaned everyday. Our reservation had breakfast included which although seems to have enough variety the quality could be a lot better, the biggest downside being the fact that it's the same breakfast everyday and there's no change which could be an issue for a longer stay such as ours. Even though Greece is known for its olives the ones included in the breakfast weren't very good from our point of view. Although we haven't used the pool I can say it looks very nice same as the green areas which are well maintained. There is parking available which was spacious enough for the time we were there. The hotel also has a bar next to the pool where you can find good coffee in the morning (much better than the one included in the breakfast) and other beverages during the day.

Despite the nice location, the customer & cleaning service were poor. TV & telephone weren't working from the day we arrived & they weren't fixed even though we reported it.
