Everything was great, the staff are very polite and responsive when you need something, the place is very cozy and clean, the cleaning ladies come every day (if you want them to, of course; there is a sign on the door that let's you choose if you want them to enter or if you'd prefer not to be disturbed), there are 2 markets at about 6-7 minutes walk. The wifi is great. They don't have their official own parking but there's plenty of parking space on the street in front of the building. It's a calm, quiet place, ideal for rest

A very wonderful hotel. I made the reservation at dawn and before that, I registered and contacted them with all respect without any delay in responding, even though it was very, very late. I was surprised when they contacted me.Faster than expected and the server was very prompt in delivering the data and password. I really advise anyone who wants to sleep peacefully after a walk in the city or going to the beach to stay in this hotel because it is distinguished by its distance from noise and provides you with tranquility. The staff at the reception were very respectful, polite and polite.I would also like to express my respect and thanks to the creator of beauty who created beauty for us in this place.💓💓🥳🥳

The hotel is excellent choice, very friendly staff,excellent hygiene. If i visit Kallithea again, for sure i will select again Perla hotel.

Clean and modern looking hotel. The rooms are decently sized and provide all needed amenities. The location isn't ideal as it's on the very corner of the town but you can get to any interesting place in the town on foot in 10-15 minutes. Doesn't have a dedicated parking lot but there is always more than enough space to park on the streets that surround the hotel.

I’m really satisfied with this hotel!!!! The price was very good! ~ 240€ for 4 nights for double room in June (9-13th)
The room was very clean, enough big, everything was new, working, the lighting was very good, 2 mirrors, the balcony was also super cute and comfortable. There is a lot of parking spaces in the streets, the hotel is very suitable for it’s price. The service was very good, the WI-FI - absolutely fantastic! Everyday cleaning and not just fast clean, but really good cleaning! There is also vending machine in the lobby and the doors are locked in the night (you can open them with the room key)
Also the location is great - 15mins walk to the beach, 5-10 to the Center or 5 with car to the beach and 3 min with car to the Center!

Clean rooms, the facility is new, pillow and mattress are comfortable, air-conditioning in the room, and TV with a lot of international channels. Hotel is not so close to the centre, but this can be good as it is very quiet and there is a free parking space
