Poseidon Hotel was the perfect accommodation for my trip to Ios. The management were extremely kind, helpful and organised. The facilities were nice and I got exactly what I paid for and even more! Would highly recommend.

We have to be very honest this hotel is a must in Ios. If you have a chance to go to this island one day don’t hesitate to book a room there. They have everything from a fully fonctionnal room to a fantastic pool/bar. The owners are good and honest people willing to treat their guests as family that’s what hôtellerie is all about ! Prime location at port - can easily walk to port beach or take bus to the popular Mylopotas beach. Clean, calm atmosphere. Wonderful staff.

Mare Monte was a dream. It is a beautiful property, steps away from the beach with stunning views. Rooms are clean and the hosts (Lambros, Nikki, Katerina) are wonderful. They were very responsive, helpful and friendly. I highly recommend the place to anyone visiting Ios!

Nice Place except for the Hill Climb! Everything is Great about this place, especially the view of the Town, except for the 1 Kilometre walk up a Very Steep Hill!! Made me only want to walk down and back into Chora once a day because of it… Hire a Car or Quad bike to commute around the island, you’ll be glad you did!!

The kindness of the property owner is evident when you stay here. We were very lucky to enjoy this place in the off season and really get to know some of the locals.

Fantastic views Accomodation consists of separate apartment type buildings. Pool area is first class. Breakfast is excellent with various options. Only possible problem may be the walk back to hotel as it is situated up a very extreme hill.

The hotel is in the country and has a bus stop 2 minutes away. From Mylopotas it is 10 minutes at the most and from the port 10-15'.

Excellent spot in the country (everything was next to and with easy access to MMM) with a great view of the whole island. The service was highly professional (all the staff are friendly and willing to help you to suggest activities) and the icing on the cake was the cleanliness. I RECOMMEND IT TO EVERYONE

Acteon Hotel is a cosy small-scale hotel very conveniently located next to the entrance of the port in Ios. The rooms are spotless clean. We had a great view of the harbour. Very close to the port which made it easy getting on and off the ferry. Jessica in reception was very friendly and helpful. It was a decent up hill walk to the centre but the bus was €2 and runs every 15 minutes to both Chora and Mylopotas. The hotel rooms were basic but very clean and the rooms have everything you could want.

So sweet and so accommodating!! Informed us on what not to miss out on in Ios and how to get there by bus/taxi and offered to call it for us. Rooms were super clean. Definitely would recommend if you come to ios, right by the port and the bus station

Stayed 1 night at the Acteon hotel. Rooms are ok standard, but paper thin doors so you basically here everything going on ..... Nice view over the port and 10 steps from the bus to chora/mylopotas beach. So for 1-2 nights stopover it's ok, price too. 60 Euro, in high season.

This hotel was lovely. Right in the centre of chora with excellent access to chora Town and the bus stops to go to the beaches. Free shuttle to and from the port and the shuttle guy also helped us book trips etc The room was basic but pretty with stunning views of chora Town. Lovely friendly owners. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel!

Our stay at Aphrodite was amazing! The room was quite big, clean, and had everything we needed and more. The owner was super helpful in providing anything we needed, and recommended places to eat, the best beaches to go to, and gave us reliable taxes services to contact. Wonderful view. Quiet area of Chora. 5min by foot to center of Chora. Next door is a small coffee house for breakfast or evening drink enjoying the view. Our rooms was little but very clean. It was cleaned daily. The terrace is comfortable with a very nice view. Very nice and helpful hosts.

The host picked us up from the port free of charge and brought us to our rooms. He also gave us water on arrival. Lovely lovely man. Would recommend!

Everything was excellent, the owners welcomed us very well and were very friendly, they gave us pieces of advice on where to eat and what to visit in Ios. The room was clean and the view on Ios was perfect, every night we met other clients who where staying there too and went out with them. I recommend it !
