Sea Harmony

Absolutely horrible hotel. I was very badly received by the manager who told me on the phone that my arrival was too late even though it was only 9pm. She told me that it bothered her and that she would therefore work overtime. The swimming pool was dirty. The air conditioning in my room was broken. The cleaning was never done during the entire week that I was in this hotel. A woman from the hotel told me that smoking was forbidden in the parking lot!

The hotel changed our dates , *********** tried to contact them but with no reply. We were ment to attend a wedding. THEY ALSO MOVED THE DATES OF OUR FRIENDS. We also received an email from them in June requesting we cancelled , this was because they wanted to sell on our room for more money. We then had to rebook with a different hotel at extra cost. I will have a decision with them when I get to Lindos DO NOT TRUST OR RELY ON AS THEM THEY WILL LET YOU DOWN

*********** really need to consider whether they want Sea Harmony Hotel to be on their site. We booked this months ago at roughly the same time as friends of ours. We have recently had the dates changed without request, and then it was just cancelled, with 8 weeks to spare. We believe that our room was sold cheap then the rooms were left available on the site. As soon as the price went up we were next on the list to be cancelled. We called directly but we were just fobbed off the first time with another number, then they just hang up. Our friends have now also been put into the same position, as they paid a little more than we did, so were 'Next on the hit list'. This is a really bad way to run a booking system and leaves it totally to the profit of the hotel. We are lucky that we can afford to simply book something else for more money, not everyone is in this financial position. I would not have minded moving the dates, however we have a wedding to go to that week in Lindos, and this is not an option. I travel a lot for work and will be seriously reconsidering in *********** is worth trusting, if these are the sort of tactics they are happy to allow with their hotels. Avoid at all costs. I would have rated 0 but not allowed.

Our night from H*ll. Worst motel experience yet, and that's saying a lot. Horrible sewage smell in the bathroom they KNEW ABOUT when giving us the room, but kept the doors and windows open when showing us the room so we didn't detect it. When we came home after dinner (late) and we're hit with the awful smell there was no one to talk to about changing rooms... There were dozens of mosquitoes in the room even though the screens were shut carefully, we were kept awake until 3:30am slapping bugs off our bodies and got many bug bites 😓 in the morning I asked to speak to the manager but he was conveniently unavailable, and the sweet old lady seemed to have no idea what we were talking about even though they had multiple air fresheners in the room to try to cover the foul smell. DON'T BE LIKE US, stay elsewhere!!
