Very private with beautiful ocean views. Very clean with great amenities. Well stocked kitchen. Great for pool side vacation.

A very nice, well-kept house. Tastefully furnished, high quality kitchen equipment, very comfortable beds. There are several balconies so that you can either have sun or shade at any time. Extremely friendly and very caring landlord. There are two identical houses next to each other, each with a completely separate garden area and pool.

The owner Maria met us at the property and she had even prepared us some food on a late arrival which was most welcome! Also her husband Georgos helped us with the luggage which was very helpful.

Top notch, modern, spacious villa with a great outdoor space and scenic views from the balconies. Just a 10 minute walk to Kalyves beech. Minor point, it's located on a main road so the traffic can be a little noisy. Thoroughly recommend.

Really nice place, enough space for 4 people and the house ist really good equipped! Only a short 10 minutes walk to the beach and some good restaurants. Nice view and very clean. I would book it again!

An excellent place! Lovely garden around the pool, smartly furnished and very well-equipped interior. The landlords are really helpful. The villa’s position is very good for visiting any place on western Crete, but also make sure you do not miss the beach just 700 meters down a dirt-road from Villa Yianna!

We stayed at Villa Ammos which was just perfect. The sunsets are fantastic and it is a 3 minute walk to the small town. We have visited twice and we will be back.

We stayed during the shoulder season right before most places opened up for summer, so the town was quiet and not busy. Very cozy house, two rooms with air conditioning, living room, and spacious and well-kept outdoor areas. Very good sea views allow you to relax having breakfast or a drink. Four of us (2 adults and 2 children 8 and 13) spent 5 nights at Kiani Beach Resort. It was brilliant - even better than we expected. Great family owned hotel. We had nice large apartment with sea view. Our apartment and all hotel facilities were very clean. Hotel is just few meters from the nice sandy beach. Owner is very nice person and very helpful :) we had a great stay!
