Is in a relaxing area with beachfront views and includes 3 restaurants and 2 heated pools nice and r laxing hotel we will come again for sure!

Hello everyone. We stayed at the hotel from July 7, 2025 to July 13, 2025. We had a room in the second building, number 239. In the room there were two single beds pushed together as well as a couch/trundle bed for the child. We arrived at night, were checked in without any problem, and staff helped carry our suitcases. The man on guest relations was fantastic!!!! We would not have had a great holiday without him . He showed the best places to visit and they were amazing . Loved every minute. The food was excellent!! The staff were all friendly and helpful. The entertainment was amazing .the hotel has a very nice sandy beach with clean sea with free sun beds and umbrellas. At first I was hugely disappointed but got better. Not sure where the great reviews are coming from. Rooms and hotel facilities weren't up to the standard. The location is great but the rest is 3 stars at most. Starting from the bottom is the cleaning standards. I was at the end of the season but this kind of dirt has no excuse. Fantastic owner, simple and clean with all what you need, original decorations, great location 50m from beach, restaurants, large public parking around 60m away. On Friday and Saturday night loud music from the city center.

Great family owned hotel. We had nice large apartment with sea view. Our apartment and all hotel facilities were very clean. Hotel is just few meters from the nice sandy beach. Owner is very nice person and very helpful :) we had a great stay!

A simple, cozy place, but in a great location and very quiet. Very close to the beach; it is ideal as a base for visiting the western part of Crete and returning to a quiet place every evening. Recommended.

A very nice, well-kept house. Tastefully furnished, high quality kitchen equipment, very comfortable beds. There are several balconies so that you can either have sun or shade at any time. Extremely friendly and very caring landlord. There are two identical houses next to each other, each with a completely separate garden area and pool.

The owner Maria met us at the property and she had even prepared us some food on a late arrival which was most welcome! Also her husband Georgos helped us with the luggage which was very helpful.

Top notch, modern, spacious villa with a great outdoor space and scenic views from the balconies. Just a 10 minute walk to Kalyves beech. Minor point, it's located on a main road so the traffic can be a little noisy. Thoroughly recommend.

Really nice place, enough space for 4 people and the house ist really good equipped! Only a short 10 minutes walk to the beach and some good restaurants. Nice view and very clean. I would book it again!

An excellent place! Lovely garden around the pool, smartly furnished and very well-equipped interior. The landlords are really helpful. The villa’s position is very good for visiting any place on western Crete, but also make sure you do not miss the beach just 700 meters down a dirt-road from Villa Yianna!
