There a lots of restaurant nearby which are at the beach but it I would recommend also going further out to explore as there are lots of lovely beaches to visit. There's nothing I would change about our stay at Almyrida Residence. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the town. Our room was spotless, comfortable and modern. The hotel is quite new. The pool area is so nice, so relaxing, and so beautiful. The staff is amazing, they are always helpful and make your stay enjoyable. A very nice, well-kept house. Tastefully furnished, high quality kitchen equipment, very comfortable beds. There are several balconies so that you can either have sun or shade at any time. Extremely friendly and very caring landlord. There are two identical houses next to each other, each with a completely separate garden area and pool.

The owner Maria met us at the property and she had even prepared us some food on a late arrival which was most welcome! Also her husband Georgos helped us with the luggage which was very helpful.

An excellent place! Lovely garden around the pool, smartly furnished and very well-equipped interior. The landlords are really helpful. The villa’s position is very good for visiting any place on western Crete, but also make sure you do not miss the beach just 700 meters down a dirt-road from Villa Yianna!
