5 star hotels in Karpathos Town

The bald receptionist (whose name I unfortunately didn't catch) was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was pleasant. His professionalism and genuine hospitality truly deserve 5 stars. I didn't get a chance to thank him personally, so I hope this praise gets to him. Great service at the beach! I think the woman who took our orders was called Petra or Paula? She was fantastic, despite the stress and scorching sun her serivice was impeccable!

If this was a 3 star hotel I would have given it 5 star rating. It claims to be a 5 star resort though and for that they still have a long way to go. We stayed a week and felt the countless flaws in this place on many occasions. Reception staff and most of the waiters are too arrogant and truly not customer friendly. If you want to go to a BEAUTIFUL hotel and to have amazing food and just relax, this is the place to go! My partner and I are both vegetarians and the options were endless at the buffet and we are so happy we chose the half-pension! Staff was super lovely. Service very very good. Highly recommend Alimounda Mare. Definitely going back.

Beautiful island, beautiful hotel. We thank the captain and his staff for their attention in selecting and serving very tasty lunches. Our thanks also go to the wonderful beach service. We will be happy to come back next year.

The only positive stars go to the housekeeping, who did their job perfectly. "Side sea view rooms" mean that you have a view to the nearby lounge bar - no real sea view. Dining service was a total disaster, both from the food quality and service point of view. Great hotel near the heart of the island (Pigadia). Has a large parking lot for your car or bike, as well as many accommodations for strollers/wheelchairs. Within 20 minutes walking distance to the city, and 5 minute drive. Right on the water allows you easy access to the beach or one of the 3 amazing pools

I stayed in Konstantinos Palace a few years and I was impressed. Clean rooms with a nice view, clean common spaces, great food and a very polite stuff. I stayed again this summer and I was happy to see that the hotel still maintains a premium quality in its standards and services. Well recommended.
