5 stars? No way, this is 3+ at most. Room in the new area was ok but nothing special, that's all the good part. Breakfast is horrendous, cheap quality (instant coffee, powder mix juice, bulk of everything, very little selection and nothing available, check the picks. I tried to get a mixed omelette 15 minutes before closure at 10am (isn't 10am a bit early to finish breakfast for a vacation hotel in August??) and the cook told me only eggs were available, it was too late, and he had the courage to tell me that next time I should come at 8 because at the start there is enough.
The 2 single beds were narrow and terrible (and there are no rooms with double), there were no towel hangers in the room, you get a bottle of water only 1st day (I know the answer, don't waste your time responding, it's part of the welcome "offer"). The building is run down in many places, like the beauty center. The parking is unpaved and very dusty, One elevator goes to the -1 floor, but it's a construction site... Dear management, don't respond with the friendly sentence to my negative comments, do something about it.
