Lovely place and great service! Anna in the restaurant and Paula in the pool bar were so kind and great with quests. We had a wonderful time in clean and cool rooms.

Here for the 2nd time. The hotel is percect, location, cleanliness, food, the pool. Probably we come next year again. The staff is 5times better than before. What made our stay a lot better was all the help from miss Eugenia, who is a lovely person and has helped us a lot during our stay. Im sure that without her it wouldnt be the same. She is a true asset for this hotel

We spent a few days at the hotel that everything was wonderful. The only problem was that it we was a big family and they didn't want to put tables or waiters together until we met the lady Despoina who speaks fluent German and we always had a table ready for everyone in the family. 🙏We will come back again

The pool area and food was super nice. There was a playroom that my son enjoyed playing in so much. Staff (especially Paola at the pool bar) was really nice and polite. Also the guest relations lady was super nice and made us guest feel very comfortable.

Lovely hotel just by the sea in Karpathos, with Pigadia town in a short walking distance. The most striking thing about the hotel is its huge infinity pool and the view over the sea and mountains beyond. The beach below the pool might not be the best, with rocks in the water, but if you walk 200 m you have a sand beach. The staff was tentative (sometimes a bit too much at breakfast) but friendly and helpful. The rooms were fine, bed comfortable even though the bathrooms might need a touch up. I probably won’t come back to Karpathos but if I did I wouldn’t mind staying here again, especially for the pool area. We’ve really enjoyed swimming and hanging out there!

The bald receptionist (whose name I unfortunately didn't catch) was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was pleasant. His professionalism and genuine hospitality truly deserve 5 stars. I didn't get a chance to thank him personally, so I hope this praise gets to him.

Other than that, this hotel really needs better management, during dinner time, I found it challenging to find a place to sit, even though the dining room was half empty. Many tables were reserved exclusively for breakfast, which limited available seating for dinner guests. This was both confusing and inconvenient. Also please invest in plumbing, using the bucket is not five star worthy.
