We loved our stay at the hotel. The room was exceptionally clean and was cleaned daily by the housekeeper without ask. The owners are friendly, welcoming, and work hard to run the hotel. Location is only a few minutes walk to the centre and beaches, but far enough away for it to be quiet on an evening. We would stop here again if returning to Kassiopi

4.5 stars if I could rate that way. Nice apartments. The owners may come across a bit grumpy at times but they are just quiet and reserved I think, they were always polite to us. Just stayed at Frosini Gardens for a short break and will definitely be going back. Welcomed by George and Costas with a bottle of water and a drink. The junior suite room was really spacious with a comfy bed and was cleaned thoroughly every day. The pool area was great, really big pool, and very peaceful and relaxing. Location was great, just a short 5-10 minute walk into the square and the harbour with lots of great restaurants.

We stayed at Frosini Gardens for a week in June/July 2018. Overall, it was a good experience and we had a fantastic holiday in Kassiopi. Stayed August 24’. Started off the holiday with the hotel arranging a taxi from the airport. Great! Check in was perfect. The lady behind the desk couldn’t have been nicer. The room was perfectly clean. The view over the harbour was incredible. The shower was literally the best shower I have ever used. The breakfasts were lovely. The stay was brilliant. Will stay again and 100% recommend.

Fantastic hotel! Very clean, perfect location in the heart of Kassiopi and THE most amazing staff! Shout out to the lovely girl with long black hair who brought me a hot chocolate by the pool despite knowing it was completely crazy when it’s 30 degrees! 😂 Breakfast buffet is delicious with loads of choice. Hotel booked airport pick up and drop off taxis, perfect communication, all worked as it should...

Lovely staff, great location and fabulous amenities. Pool is nice, breakfast is superb, nice bar overlooking the harbour, and sea view rooms have the same views. Rooms are nice and bathroom looked more or less brand new.

The hotel is perfectly placed by the harbour with wonderful views across the sea to Albania. There are plenty of good quality tavernas with a scattering of bars close by. The breakfast is really good and well presented by the lovely staff who are so friendly and caring. They are a credit to the hotel. I didn’t stay in this hotel, but I wanted to leave this here as they helped my Grandfather through a bad health scare. My grandparents stayed here while the rest of the family stay in Kassiopi Bay up the hill, in the second week, my Grandad was struggling with the breathing and and a low heart rate, the staff done all they could to help. Just spent one night there and we can already tell it's perfect, we're staying another 24h with pleasure. The location is fantastic in the center of Kassiopi, the staff is very kind, and it is in pristine condition, amazingly clean. I recommend 1 or 2 nights to fully enjoy Kassiopi, but then I wouldn't stay much longer, just because Kassiopi is small enough and there is plenty to do in Corfu :)

All the staff are lovely, particularly the owners Spiros and Roula(?), and Magda who served our breakfast and also works in the restaurant across the road in the evenings. As always an excellent friendly welcome......I hidden jewel of a hotel. It feels like coming home every time So much to see and enjoy in this area I can't think of a better place to stay Due back again soon ....7th year on the go.....multiple trips per year.

Excellent place to stay family run only a 2star but I wouldn't hesitate to go back the owners and the staff are friendly and helpful and funny. Breakfast was cooked freshly every morning after you told them what you wanted. Rooms were cleaned every day. Pool area very nice and lots of sunbeds all so has a pool bar. Thanks flora and kosta 👍😎

Wonderful Friendly Atmosphere: Flora and Costas are so eager for you to enjoy your stay, and are charming and interesting people. Nothing is too much trouble for them and their staff. Fantastic home-made food, freshly made every day. Room cleaning is excellent and we found the location is just right, with a short walk into the town centre and to a choice of lovely, quiet beaches. Very quiet location. Food was good . Drinks for all inclusive crap . But if you want to buy they a good. Staff very polite and friendly. Specially Lia in reception. Hug from us to her. To town you have to buy tickets for both sides £16 by bus . Not so many activities around or at hotel. Evening entertainment very boring I would say. Anyway if you going there enjoy !

The hotel is pleasant but needs a little renovation in places, especially the astro turf. The food is reasonable as well, but it can't quite match the variety of the larger all-inclusive hotels. The area is beautiful. A walk into the hills gives beautiful views over the North Strait of Corfu into the rugged landscape of Albania. There are also some nice little beaches with crystal clear water to enjoy

Great hotel, with good pools, and entertainment. A bit remote as the nearest town is 6 miles ish. Excellent food. As with most all inclusive locations the beer on draft was not the greatest which lead to me buying cans for the local supermarket. 2 great beaches within 200 metres . Overall worth a visit

Absolutely beautiful place to stay, we went for our honeymoon & the pools & scenery are beyond beautiful. The hotel & staff were polite & friendly , rooms were cleaned everyday , the adult only pool was just what we needed to relax & enjoy our time together. We did use the other big pool & this was also brilliant , the food was yummy & so were the cocktails !

Well having read the reviews ,we were expecting the worst. Our room had a very refurbished bathroom with new shower & tiles. Bed was huge & we found it very comfortable. Food in hotel was very acceptable, good selection, cereals, fruit, cooked food, snacks not so good. Dinner was great choice, drinks had good selection local beers, wines & spirits.
