Where to stay in Kassiopi

Had a brilliant holiday. Great room, though the shower was a bit feeble. Staff are great and the beaches are great too. Strangely, the entrance to the hotel was in Greece, according to our phones, and our room was in Albania. Make sure you know which bit you're in before using your phone cos using it in Albania costs a fortune!! And there's a time difference, so we nearly missed one of the events...

We had a great time in this resort and its in a really good location to beaches and local shops. The main attraction is the beautiful cats who chose this resort as their home. Staff were great with a special mention to Mateo and Gaga two best animators we have ever encountered. They are both welcoming, friendly and have a true skill in building relationships with guests. The hotel is just what you expect from an all inclusive, buffet better than many I’ve been to, staff very friendly and helpful. Lovely hotel! My partner and I loved this hotel so much that we came back for a second stay! The sea views are stunning. There is plenty of choice with the all inclusive. Love it here. The resort offers all you could want but there's beautiful coast, beaches and nature immediately outside the bottom of the complex if you want a quick escape. The staff are friendly, professional, polite and warm. The food is plentiful, fresh and covers all bases. Everything is spotlessly clean and the nearby towns are fun, with boat trips and plenty of history.

Sensational two week holiday, the hotel and Simpson staff looked after us extremely well. Nothing is too much trouble from arranging excursions, taxis, boat hire, restaurant bookings. Great place for a chill vacation, the location is amazing - right on the water. Rooms are good, nothing special. Food is simple but well made. There is a bit of a be problem though, hope they find a way to take care of that.

It is a very beautiful hotel, very close to the beach. I most liked beautiful views of the beach Avlaki from my hotel balcony. I loved it`s great pool. Everything was perfect. Highly recommended!

We had a genuinely lovely stay, Alex and the team run a relaxed, friendly hotel. We felt welcomed in a clean, simple, easy going environment. The pool is great and never too busy. Wow what a fantastic place this is. Fantastic hosts , lovely reasonably priced meals, excellent apartments and a great quiet pool. 20min walk into village and everything that has to offer. There are enough accurate pictures of this resort that I don't need to say what it was like visually. What made this place was the owner Alex, his personality alone made the kids sad to leave and he surrounds himself with good people, from the service staff to the cleaning crew, only the best people work here. Katia consistently beats 3/4* venues around Kassiopi every year to make it one of the best places to stay in the area. Don't be fooled by the 2* rating for facilities. If you and yours want to be looked after in a 5* way then Katia is for you. I can't recommend this place highly enough, we are looking forward to catching up with the Katia "family feel" for the 4th time later this year.

Just got back from a week holiday at this excellent place. Whilst it has few stars it is a very good place to stay close to Kassiopi. The staff are all very polite & welcoming, very clean, food as good as restaurants in town. Great pool area, and very nice bar area. Beaches 10 mins walk, lots to do in area. Four of us enjoyed all the perks Katia hotel has to offer. Swimming pool was fun for both kids and adults. Beach is super close. A beautiful hotel on the harbour of Kassiopi. Lovely bright and spacious rooms. All the staff have been very friendly and helpful. A great selection of cooked and fresh food and fruits for breakfast. Couldn't have chosen a better hotel for quality and location

Stayed August 24’. Started off the holiday with the hotel arranging a taxi from the airport. Great! Check in was perfect. The lady behind the desk couldn’t have been nicer. The room was perfectly clean. The view over the harbour was incredible. The shower was literally the best shower I have ever used. The breakfasts were lovely. The stay was brilliant. Will stay again and 100% recommend.

Fantastic hotel! Very clean, perfect location in the heart of Kassiopi and THE most amazing staff! Shout out to the lovely girl with long black hair who brought me a hot chocolate by the pool despite knowing it was completely crazy when it’s 30 degrees! 😂 Breakfast buffet is delicious with loads of choice. Hotel booked airport pick up and drop off taxis, perfect communication, all worked as it should...

Lovely staff, great location and fabulous amenities. Pool is nice, breakfast is superb, nice bar overlooking the harbour, and sea view rooms have the same views. Rooms are nice and bathroom looked more or less brand new.

The hotel is perfectly placed by the harbour with wonderful views across the sea to Albania. There are plenty of good quality tavernas with a scattering of bars close by. The breakfast is really good and well presented by the lovely staff who are so friendly and caring. They are a credit to the hotel. I didn’t stay in this hotel, but I wanted to leave this here as they helped my Grandfather through a bad health scare. My grandparents stayed here while the rest of the family stay in Kassiopi Bay up the hill, in the second week, my Grandad was struggling with the breathing and and a low heart rate, the staff done all they could to help. Well having read the reviews ,we were expecting the worst. Our room had a very refurbished bathroom with new shower & tiles. Bed was huge & we found it very comfortable. Food in hotel was very acceptable, good selection, cereals, fruit, cooked food, snacks not so good. Dinner was great choice, drinks had good selection local beers, wines & spirits. This hotel and the staff are amazing. I was really worried as some of the reviews were awful. We arrived at around 22:30 and were told to expect food after BBQ evening. To be met with a plate of cold chips, ham and cheese sandwich, a boiled egg and an apple. As always an excellent friendly welcome......I hidden jewel of a hotel. It feels like coming home every time So much to see and enjoy in this area I can't think of a better place to stay Due back again soon ....7th year on the go.....multiple trips per year.

Excellent place to stay family run only a 2star but I wouldn't hesitate to go back the owners and the staff are friendly and helpful and funny. Breakfast was cooked freshly every morning after you told them what you wanted. Rooms were cleaned every day. Pool area very nice and lots of sunbeds all so has a pool bar. Thanks flora and kosta 👍😎

Wonderful Friendly Atmosphere: Flora and Costas are so eager for you to enjoy your stay, and are charming and interesting people. Nothing is too much trouble for them and their staff. Fantastic home-made food, freshly made every day. Room cleaning is excellent and we found the location is just right, with a short walk into the town centre and to a choice of lovely, quiet beaches.
