Where to stay in Kassiopi

Lovely hotel! My partner and I loved this hotel so much that we came back for a second stay! The sea views are stunning. There is plenty of choice with the all inclusive. But most of all, the staff are amazing - super friendly, very hard-working and they go above and beyond to make sure that everyone's having a great time. Love it here. The resort offers all you could want but there's beautiful coast, beaches and nature immediately outside the bottom of the complex if you want a quick escape. The staff are friendly, professional, polite and warm. The food is plentiful, fresh and covers all bases. Everything is spotlessly clean and the nearby towns are fun, with boat trips and plenty of history.

Room clean when arrived. We arrived late and restaurants they have were all closed however the reception gave us sandwiches, which was a lovely gesture and a first good impression. The room was clean and bed was comfortable, and every other day the cleaners gave fresh towels and bed sheets. The staff was lovely and I especially loved the Animation team. The location is more than an hour drive from the airport unless you have a chauffeur or coach service booked. The room were nice and comfy but we were attacked by ants in our room which I guess is a common problem in the island. On our check out day, there was a national electricity breakdown at 8 am and the hotel staff wouldn't help by extending our checkout time by an hour. The electricity was restored...

We came for a family holiday and whilst the facilities are modern and clean, the standard rooms are outdated and in need of some renovation and repairs, especially considering there was a black mould problem in the bathroom. Very clean and efficiently operated. Staff are good. Nice location with views of the sea and mountains. (although a bit far from the airport and Corfu Town both 1 hour away). Beds are comfortable, wifi connection and speed is not great.

Well having read the reviews ,we were expecting the worst. Our room had a very refurbished bathroom with new shower & tiles. Bed was huge & we found it very comfortable. Food in hotel was very acceptable, good selection, cereals, fruit, cooked food, snacks not so good. Dinner was great choice, drinks had good selection local beers, wines & spirits. Great place for a chill vacation, the location is amazing - right on the water. Rooms are good, nothing special. Food is simple but well made. There is a bit of a be problem though, hope they find a way to take care of that.

Recently stayed for 9 nights. Lovely welcome from George, who was friendly throughout. Relaxing place, great location, lovely pool that is not overcrowded. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Good air conditioning, lots of storage space and all you need for self catering. Short walk to the beach and main bars. George and his dad were lovely and friendly. Wouldn't hesitate to book again on our next visit...

Stayed at this hotel 4th - 11th June with absolutely no complaints. Pool days were peaceful & relaxing and a good range of meals / drinks at good prices. This hotel is literally a short walk to what I believe is the most prestigious part of Corfu. Excellent stay and excellent value!

Just back Frosini Gardens is just lovely,the pool and setting just brilliant,right near the town, short walk. Our room was lovely over the pool and clean towels everyday also bedding changed. Shout out to the cleaning lady she's lovely. Only downside was the breakfast ,but....owners made us very welcome will stay here again. Recommend to all.

We loved our stay at the hotel. The room was exceptionally clean and was cleaned daily by the housekeeper without ask. The owners are friendly, welcoming, and work hard to run the hotel. Location is only a few minutes walk to the centre and beaches, but far enough away for it to be quiet on an evening. We would stop here again if returning to Kassiopi

4.5 stars if I could rate that way. Nice apartments. The owners may come across a bit grumpy at times but they are just quiet and reserved I think, they were always polite to us. Amazing views, lovely welcome. Set back from town and quiet. Also taking covid precautions very seriously. Room spotlessly clean and plenty of social distancing. Don't hesitate if you're booked up this summer, glad we made a leap of faith.

one of the best places we have ever stayed in and even with the Thomas Cook collapse and the fact that the owners Pipitsa and Spiros have received no payment from them since June , they did everything possible to ensure that their guests were looked after like one of the family. Nothing was to much for them.

Wow what a fantastic place this is. Fantastic hosts , lovely reasonably priced meals, excellent apartments and a great quiet pool. 20min walk into village and everything that has to offer. Katia consistently beats 3/4* venues around Kassiopi every year to make it one of the best places to stay in the area. Don't be fooled by the 2* rating for facilities. If you and yours want to be looked after in a 5* way then Katia is for you. I can't recommend this place highly enough, we are looking forward to catching up with the Katia "family feel" for the 4th time later this year.

Just got back from a week holiday at this excellent place. Whilst it has few stars it is a very good place to stay close to Kassiopi. Stayed August 24’. Started off the holiday with the hotel arranging a taxi from the airport. Great! Check in was perfect. The lady behind the desk couldn’t have been nicer. The room was perfectly clean. The view over the harbour was incredible. The shower was literally the best shower I have ever used. The breakfasts were lovely. The stay was brilliant. Will stay again and 100% recommend.

Lovely staff, great location and fabulous amenities. Pool is nice, breakfast is superb, nice bar overlooking the harbour, and sea view rooms have the same views. Rooms are nice and bathroom looked more or less brand new.

The hotel is perfectly placed by the harbour with wonderful views across the sea to Albania. There are plenty of good quality tavernas with a scattering of bars close by. The breakfast is really good and well presented by the lovely staff who are so friendly and caring. They are a credit to the hotel.
