An Amazing Experience! Perfect for Families!
There are truly no words to describe how wonderful our stay at this hotel was! From the very first moment, we were welcomed with a smile and genuine warmth. The staff were absolutely amazing always kind, helpful, and sincerely caring, making us feel right at home.
The facilities were simply perfect. Spotlessly clean, beautifully organized, and full of thoughtful touches. But the highlight for us and the kids was the children’s pool area absolutely fantastic! Wonderfully designed, safe, colorful, and filled with fun features that kept our little ones entertained for hours.
The kids never wanted to leave, and we were finally able to relax, knowing they were having the time of their lives in a safe and joyful environment. It’s rare to find a hotel that balances parental relaxation with children’s fun so perfectly but this one nailed it!
We wholeheartedly recommend it to any family. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Genuinely the worst resort I have ever visited. I was going to wait till I got home to write a review however I wanted to save anyone who was contemplating currently booking this hotel from the giant waste of money. I did research to find the best resort for our holiday and don’t be fooled by what you read (like I was). The food is terrible (except for the Italian restaurant), the starters and salad are good at most of the restaurants however the main courses I would barely considered edible they also have little to no kid friendly options. There is obviously not enough personnel,
they are working with skeleton crew to save money I assume, the people are obviously over worked which in turn makes them not so friendly and leaves you waiting 10 to 20 minutes for your drink. Minimal sitting space at the pools so you have to be up at 7am otherwise good luck finding so much as a singular chair to put your stuff down. The so called “carts to the beach” maybe run once a day, I wouldn’t know, never seen one, even the employees laugh when you say you are waiting for a cart. Information is constantly incorrect or difficult to find, they have an app but don’t put any actual helpful information on it it, they just leave a 3 small calendars next to reception which most people don’t even know are there. Their spa shows option that they don’t actually offer. The “splash park” is the sun with no shade for kids and no bar to order even so much as a water. Honestly it would be a much shorter list to list the positives of this resort then is it to list the negatives. Many people also seem to share this opinion. This resort is a disgrace to the 5 stars it claims to have and I hope it gets quickly reevaluated. They also seem to be aware of all these problems but are not interested in fixing them. I can not stress this enough DO NOT BOOK THIS RESORT, you will be sorely disappointed and there are so many better options in the same price range.

So let’s start with restaurants in the resort. Food is okay… don’t expect nothing special. If you want to eat very good you have to eat outside of the resort!!! Rooms, pools are perfect. Everything is new, service is fast and friendly. Beaches are okay with the small stones and no sand. Normal resort nothing fancy but good for relaxing.

I had an amazing time during my stay at this hotel in Rhodes. The location is ideal to relax — just a short walk to the beach and close to the main attractions, but still peaceful and relaxing.
The rooms were clean, modern, and very comfortable, with beautiful views. The pool area was also a highlight — spacious, well-maintained, and with sunbeds.
What really made the experience special was the staff. Everyone was so friendly, helpful, and professional. They always greeted us with a smile and went out of their way to make sure we were enjoying our stay. A special thanks to the animation team and the restaurant staff — their service was truly outstanding! ❤️

The suite we’ve stayed in is perfect, spacious and private with all the amenities we needed. We were very grateful for the selection of pillows that were available. The bed was very comfortable. Big shout out to Joy who went above and beyond to make the most delicious mocktails - she made every effort to be creative and provide for us which was really appreciated and she always served with a smile! The staff at the hotel are clearly very hard-working and dedicated to providing the guests with a good experience. We’ve really loved the crêperie - they’ve served us with a smile every time and served crêpes that would make the French proud! The staff who cleaned and restocked our room have also gone above and beyond and done an excellent job keeping our room clean, fresh and restocked!

Excellent hotel, with fantastic staff. Buffet restaurant was okay, but the a la carte restaurants were fantastic.
Felt like it was lacking in evening entertainment, and could have benefited from additional seating areas rather than just the hotel lobby.
Parking was challenging as there are so many hire cars and tight spaces to navigate.
Overall though a few issues didn't spoil the holiday at all, and we'd definitely consider staying at a Mitsis resort again.

Very good hotel, we had an excellent stay, food was amazing, the buffet is a standard hotel buffet type food but they do change it up each night but the a la carte restuarnts for us were amazing, we had great service and great food. Portion sizes at the greek and italian were huge so we way over ordered, possibly could of done with a little more at the asian and mexican but the dishes we all had were superb. Only grumble on the food is that there isnt much for kids, they didnt do smaller portions of the main meals so seemed like a lot of waste to order a main for a child. However we did sometimes get them a starter instead of a main then went into the buffet restyarnt afterwards if they were wanted somthing else. They were never hungry!
The information and opening times of everything could be better, the creperie/ice cream place is advertised on the app to be open from 8.30 but doesnt open til 10, but there are no opening times at each bar/restaurant so unless you look on the app you dont know.
And it would be good to have a bar near the splash park with drinks and ice creams but other than that we had an amazing time and will go back.

Some brilliant staff - at the Italian, George at the Greek, zeta at the bar but also some awfully rude - Agela I think her name was at reception who was h friendly and told us we "should feel lucky" we got 2 ALC bookings.
