The hotel area is divided into two parts: one located on a small hill, and the second - on the first line. The transition from one part to another occurs at short equipped the tunnel. The hotel restaurants offer a wide choice of food in the framework of the program "all inclusive", in the snack bar guests can find a variety of snacks and drinks until late. Location: 59 km from the airport, in Kiotari, at 7 km from the village of Lardos. A bus stop 100 metres from the hotel.

Consists of a main building and several two-storey buildings. The hotel grounds are divided by road in 2 parts connected by a tunnel.
The hotel has 481 room.
Beach: own sandy-pebble beach only 100 m away from the Junior Suites, and 300 metres from the main building (1st coastal line). Walkway to the beach from the hotel, across the road, carried through the tunnel. Entrance to the sea pebbles. On the beach umbrellas, deck chairs, towels: free of charge. The length of the beach 200 m.

Great for couples & families. The entertainment was great & the beach volleyball was a highlight for us both!
Peach Slushies with Amaretto were excellent on the hot days!
The buffet was well varied although wouldn’t say the quality was 5* - perhaps 4*. The pasta however was excellent & authentic!
The pool is not heated so despite still being 27 degrees each day, it remained cold. The sea was warmer!
The hotel was spotlessly clean. The food offerings were great with endless varieties to choose from. You certainly deserve your 5* status.
What really stood out to us this time, even more than before, was just how hard the staff works to make your holiday as perfect as possible - everyone. They truly go above and beyond. Just one of examples - we had a minor issue when our daughter twisted a muscle, but the spa staff immediately found an available slot and worked their magic—she was back on her feet like nothing ever happened. You had to see how dedicated they are !!!
Everyone in hotel deserves a big thank you for their dedication and effort.
The only downside was the behavior of some hotel guests who were leaving a mess behind them. It's disappointing to see such disregard for others. However, they are minority.
Despite that, we’re certain we’ll be coming back again. Highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

However, I have to say this: when you go to a hotel, please don't act disrespectfully. I saw children stepping on the flowers, an elderly person throwing food into the garden near the palm trees, and some mothers leaving used diapers on the tables by the pool bar. Please, control your kids; some of them are just rude.
It's sad that I even have to say this, but some people don’t know how to behave. Think about how hard the staff works to make your stay enjoyable, and yet some people just don’t care. I saw families who took drinks until there was no more space on the table next to their sunbed, and when they left, they abandoned everything there. I understand you're on vacation, but you can't behave like that.
I truly admire and respect the hotel staff for handling certain situations so professionally.
I really appreciated that all the staff at the hotel were very helpful, smiling, and kind, and I mean everyone from the receptionists to the housekeepers and beach workers.
The cleanliness was quite good, although it’s a pity that the minibar was restocked only once every two days, as it’s very hot here and a bottle of water would have been useful. For two people, four bottles are not enough for two days, especially since the tap water was not recommended for drinking.
We were slightly bothered by the queues at the entrance to the main restaurant during busy hours, which is around 7-8 PM, but I understand that it’s better to wait outside than to be crowded inside, and it went by quickly.
It’s a pity that we had a room right next to the exit to the pools, as we were very disturbed at night by the slamming doors. Also, the walls are paper-thin, so you can hear everything, absolutely everything, from the hallway.
Otherwise, I don’t really have anything to criticize, I am very satisfied with this hotel and would return here!

Food Quality: The food is average at best. Additionally, if you're looking for Indian cuisine or flavors, you’ll be disappointed, as there are no options that cater to this taste.
In summary, while the hotel offers some nice amenities like the pool, bars, and spa, it falls short in areas like food variety and activities for kids. If you're traveling with children or have specific culinary preferences, you might want to consider other options.
