The hotel was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The rooms were spacious, elegantly decorated, and impeccably clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The highlight of our stay was the spa. Katerina at the spa reception was incredibly welcoming and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed. The hotel was truly exceptional, offering all the amenities one could wish for a relaxing stay. However, what really made the difference was the spa experience. A special thanks to Katerina, who welcomed us with such kindness and professionalism, making us feel comfortable and at ease right from the start. Additionally, Paola was absolutely amazing! Her massage was one of the best we’ve ever had, and it was clear she has great skill and passion for her work. We’ll definitely be returning to the hotel for its excellent service and outstanding spa treatments!

Our stay at Lindos Imperial Hotel was fantastic! The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive from the moment we arrived. Our room was spacious, clean, and offered breathtaking views of the sea.

Just arrived home from a lovely two week stay at this hotel. Room was cleaned everyday without fail to a high standard which is what is needed after a long day at the pool. The service provided by all waitress/bar/restaurant staff was second to none! A special mention to Fanni the evening main bar waitress, she has been an excellent host throughout our stay and is very friendly and professional; she is a true asset to the team. The only recommendation is that the entertainment could be improved on an evening; maybe more for the adults and more accessible.

From arriving to departing everything was perfect. Checking in was quick and easy, even somebody helping us with our luggage and showed us to the room. Our room number was 3218, it was clean, tidy and well equipped. The view from our balcony had spectacular sea views.
The main restaurant offered a variety of breakfast and dinner options (we did not eat there for lunch) there was something for us all and very tasty. We ate at most of the lunch time bars that offered perfect options for either a light lunch or a more substantial meal. They all had delicious ice cream available too.
Entertainment was fabulous. Some kind of activity going on throughout the whole day for all ages.
Location of the resort is about 1 hours drive from the airport. There isn’t much other than the hotel itself in the area but that was fine for us as the hotel was so big and had everything we needed.
On the beach you can find plenty of water sports and excisions. We took a boat from there to lindos beach (beautiful) it cost €15 per adult well worth the trip.
All the staff from cleaners to entertainment staff were highly professional, friendly and always happy to help.

Not a 5* hotel for sure, a good 3* to low 4* for quality.
The staff really make the hotel & why scored 4 stars, as they are very friendly! The cocktails are also amazing & food good quality for a buffet. The a la carte restaurants Greek, Fish & Italian were also good & highly recommended as the buffet restaurant is busy/chaos, although getting booked in is difficult, u have to check daily for slots which pop up on their app at random!
However, maintenance is really lacking & parts of the hotel look shabby, bedrooms are not impressive & are very basic with no nice touches as displayed in the pictures. The spas indoor swimming pool is too cold to get in, the sauna not hot at all, whirlpool also freezing cold & shower/changing area not great.
The general cleaning is awful, I have never stayed in a 5* hotel so dirty in all the corridors, with waste left everywhere on multiple occasions and the corridor down to the spa full of dust/hair/leafs & all sorts! We also had to ring reception 3 times during our week stay, initially for our room to be cleaned or room changed to a clean one, floors dirty, marks on bedding, whirlpool bathroom full of dust! Another day mid week we had to ask for them to put linen back on the bed they had stripped it & then left. We had to request a change in mugs which then were never provided, so we had to take some from the restaurant back to our room! We had to request a bin as not one in the room initially & asked for the sink to be fixed twice.
Not terrible but disappointed for the money spent. The swim up pool to a quiet shared swimming pool was well worth it! Cheap & quick bus to get to lindos town & beach which are beautiful!

Hotel resort itself was amazing - none of the pools were crowded. The entertainment team were all super friendly and good with kids, football with the amazing Egho every day was always good!
Food was really good especially the Italian restaurant. The room itself was lovely and the cleaners are spot on and do an amazing job every day.
