Excellent choice of pools, great staff - friendly and very helpfull - we were self catering and he facilities were great - only down side was the lack of a convenient Supermarket. There are loads around, but all required a bus journey to reach them. Only down side was the property next door which hd two noisy dogs that started barking early every morning!

Nice place. Pebble beach with a sandy seabed starting in ca 1m as you enter the water. Possible to snorkel in 10-15m from the shore to see colorful fish. :)

The hotel was lovely with plenty to keep the kids entertained. We had no issues finding sun loungers and in a group of eight that is not always the easiest task. The food at the snack bar was lovely although we found the buffet breakfast slightly disappointing. The biggest let down was that upon arrival the glasses in the cupboards hadn't been cleaned but otherwise the rooms were spotless

It is very much not pram friendly with stairs everywhere which also gets very slippery when wet.

FANTASTIC! WE STAYED WITH FRIENDS FOR ONE WEEK ,EARLY SEPTEMBER,VERY CLEAN HOTEL,STAFF AMAZING,BREAKFAST AND DINNER 5 STAR!,POOLS SO CLEAN AND CLEAR,BEACH STONY BUT THE SEA IS SO CLEAN.I HAD NEVER READ IN THE HOTEL DESCRIPTION THAT THERE WAS A SANDY BEACH SO I KNEW WHAT TO EXPECT!

Absolutely fantastic family Holiday. fantastic staff Very helpful in every aspect. Fantastic location. Hospitality 100% food and drink Very reasonable priced . Very clean and well maintained resort. A nice place in the middle of a tiny village. The pools and slides are great for kids. There is a small gym but no AC. Breakfast is ok, quiet a variety to choose from although the cold cuts are of poor quality. Nonetheless you can get hot pancakes made on the spot as well as waffles. The rooms are around the rate of a 3* hotel, some are renewed and some are not. The cleaning ladies come mon- fri but for a 7-day- stay you get the towels and sheets changed only once which is not enough. If you want. To clean the cups, plates bring your own liquid and a sponge. The bedroom+ living room apartaments have onle only AC in the bedroom which is not enough to cool the whole place. There us a bigger supermarket in 1 km left in the direction of Chania.
