Ikones Seafront Luxury Suites in Rethymno

It was a most lovely experience! We enjoyed ie very muched and booked a new visit to the spa immediately. We were totally relaxed!

Christina gave me the Perfect back Massage and Nivol was so friendly and told me everything I wanted and needed to know. I would do again anytime without a question!

I cannot fault this hotel from start to finish you feel valued and appreciated. From the bar stuff Babis & Elaneor through to reception, beach, restaurant and cleaning staff. You cannot fault anything. A great selection of drinks, food and cleanliness set this gorgeous hotel apart. It was such a beautiful week and would highly recommend staying here. I have stayed in other 5* hotels and this is one of the best.

We had a fantastic time staying here for a week. Rooms very clean and modern a bit small though. Food Exellent , sunbed to die for so comfy. Staff very friendly and helpful. Babis and Elena where great , very proffesional and Happy. The beach is great thanks to Demetrius the beach butler who kept us fed and watered The beach has a few pebbles so sea shoes a must. Would go back again and would recommend to all.

The hotel, staff and rooms were excellent. Would have preferred if smoking was not allowed on the beach / pool sun loungers or in the bar area, possibly make a designated area for smoking that can be avoided by none smokers? The food was delicious with a good variety. The hotel was quiet and although a walk up the street led to bars and music the hotel itself was very peaceful. On approximately the 4th day of our trip the hotel started playing music on the beach, fairly quiet and not too intrusive but would have preferred just peaceful quiet and the waves. It’s also not very clear when you first arrive that you have to sign your receipt for beach service, not a big problem but we were told at dinner we’d not signed for it in the day and didn’t realise. Would recommend, enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is pure luxury. Clean, new and with plenty of competent and friendly staff. The room (junior suite) was spacious, with an balcony and was cleaned every day. There was live music most nights. The spa was excellent (and a little expensive) and the view over the ocean relaxing. The beach was on the other side of a road, but that was not a problem as there was a 30 km/h speed limit and pedestrian crossing. The breakfast buffet was so good, and coffee and juice was poured regularly by the attentive staff.

Welcome drink laid back vibe easy order food. We chose a room overlooking the pool with balcony it was perfect quiet and restful - small but nice balcony. Room was lovely gorgeous big shower modern and super clean the cleaning stuff were fantastic. Welcome gift easy to use free safe. The food was plentiful and fresh I’m vegetarian always something lovely for dinner. The restaurant staff very kind and attentive and the view was really special. Some excellent evening entertainment we were lucky to see viva las divas Wow Wow Wow - fantastic. The beach was so comfortable and clean well maintained by the hotel and your sumptuous bed was 7 euros but free if ordered from hotel so small beer 4 euros and an iced coffee £5 euros now bed free. The young beach lads worked tirelessly and very attentive again. Supermarkets nearby if you wanted a good wine to drink on your balcony and lots of food. I was a little disappointed with Rethymon Town itself but the hotel the beach the staff utterly brilliant felt very rested

In an ideal location. Walking distance to the old town of Rethymno, a wonderful beach and a unique view of the sea. The staff is excellent, fresh, experienced and available for service. The breakfast is excellent, with Cretan flavors and covers all the requirements. The room is full of small details and there is nothing missing. Ideal for lovers of modern aesthetics and for all ages.

Ikones did not disappoint! The hotel is exactly like the pictures. The staff are amazing from the cleaners to the bar staff everyone was so welcoming! I must mention Sofia, as soon as we arrived she was so lovely to us and has a beautiful spirit! The team in the restaurant are amazing! We went just out of season and we definitely entertained the guests and staff lol. They cater to your needs The bar has a wicked selection of drinks which are banging. I will definitely go back and highly recommend this hotel! You will not be disappointed!
